The room and king bed were very comfortable. The food and service in the hotel's restaruant was very good too. Only issue was that when the doors shut to the rooms, much noise traveled through the hallways and into my room.

It was as cheap to stay the night with parking for the week as it is to spark at airlines parking.

The amenities of this hotel, on the surface, meet the standards that Four Points by Sheraton have set. However, then the details come into play. The noise of the airplanes passing overhead. The rush of water from the bathroom (I assume it was the toilet) in the middle of the night. The pillows that felt like they were stuffed with newspaper. The TV […] remote that wouldn't turn the TV on or off and once I manually turned it on any button on the remote only changed the channel down. Even the free bottle water tasted bad. 더 보기

Great deal if you get the park and fly special. Nice rooms and great staff.

I had never been to a 4 points Sheraton. I was very impressed by the service... The hotel appearance (only down the room hallways) was a little "dorm-like", but the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Nice towels. Comfy bed. The food was exceptional in the sports bar, I was surprised and impressed for a small bar venue of this sort to produce such […] delicious food. The staff was very kind and attentive. Convenient shuttle every half hour, right to my airline. I will stay there again when business dictates so. 더 보기

Staff were very friendly. No wait to check in or out. Room was clean, however, beds uncomfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed in a clean room for a low price with nice linens. Cannot ask for much more - although the shuttle bus to the airport was a bit uncomfortable, I survived just fine.

Close to DTW airport, room was clean but a bit crammed, bar staff was friendly. The front desk staff behaviour was sub-par compared to other Sheraton/ Marriott type locations.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Small rooms. Some things didn't work in my room but nothing major. The toiletries were very basic. Nice front desk staff who let me print my boarding pass there when the computers in the business center lost their internet connection (storms). Restaurant was ok, nothing I'd go out of my way for but not bad.

This hotel lives up to the Sheraton experience, very nice hotel and staff. Definately staying there again!

This is were alot of the pilots stay! All staff: desk-waitperson-shuttle driver-maid were very nice. Bed and pillows were awesome. Room tiny bit shabby in the bathroom-small signs of wear and tear and bathroom floor could have been a litle cleaner. Breakfast was very good and the shuttle was perfect!

only down point was that 2 of the 3 rooms i reserved had no heat,everythingelse turned out just fine.

It was awful for the second time we stayed there. The first time, I kicked my shoes off to get into bed only to find the next morning a USED CONDOM over my shoe. obviously i caught it with my shoe when taking it off from under the bedskirt. Not one but three condoms in total. YUK..second visit, they put a family with a screaming baby ALL NIGHT LONG […] next to us and DID nothing after we complained several times all through the night. At 8:00am the next morning while i was lacking sleep and furious the woman at the desk said "I'm sorry, i cant do anything." " I can let you stay until 1:00 to check out." I said "so we can listen to a screaming kid another hour?" Four Points is nasty, rude, and very poor customer service. oh yeah, they gave us a bag of free fruit the first time when we found used condoms in our room. We had to stay another night in Detroit to get rest for a long drive at ANOTHER hotel...4 thumbs down for four points shereton 더 보기

This being my first trip to Detroit, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly attendant at the desk who processed my reservation and handed me a key in less than 2 minutes! Starved and tired from my flight, I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out. "Taps" was great! Though the food wasn't on par […] with a top restaurant, it was definitely MUCH better than most other hotel experiences I've had. With several beers to choose from, I was in heaven! The server was kind enough to wrap my meal so I could enjoy it in my room with a movie on the HUGE, comfy king bed. The desk/workstation in the room was spacious enough to spread out all of my work and laptop for tomorrow's schedule with plenty of power outlets to charge my many devices. The nested side table is a great touch (and the first that I've seen on my travels- bravo!) If I had to point out any negatives, I would say that the AC unit was a bit noisy (there was a slight rattle behind the grate). Also (and this is very nitpicky) I would like to see a pullup bar in the fitness room. Still, I would recommend this hotel to any traveler passing through DTW airport. 더 보기

Husband checked in at 11:00pm very tired. First, the TV didn't work. He called down to the desk and was told they knew the TV wasn't working and had called maintenance for the next day. Then the air conditioning system "screamed" all night. Not a single hotel employee would have stayed in this room. They should be ashamed to rent something this bad […] in as nice a place as this! He got no sleep whatsoever...and was too tired to move all his stuff to another room. 더 보기

It was an okay hotel. It is close to the airport, but we didn't hear airplanes. Upon check in we had to have our room switched because the comforter was visibly dirty. The second room was clean, or at least seemed to be to the eye. The girls at the front desk were nice, and helpful. It's a short drive to Dearborn and Detroit. I landed in Detroit at 10:30pm without a room booked for the night. Although I called directly and was quoted a higher room rate than I achieved via hotels.com, I was happy to pay either way- I needed a place to stay! The shuttle from the airport was very convenient. Overall a huge win!

The free bottle of water is just a nice touch. I want one at every hotel but I usually have to bring one or find a way to buy one. I will try to stay at a Four Point every chance that I get. Thank You

This was our first experience of doing the park and ride, and we were very pleased with the ease and convenience of this experience. We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food and service were good as well.We would recoomend this hotel to our friends and family.

This is good for your Airport needs only, would not stay here unless it was a layover. Food is within walking and there is a hotel bar.. Shuttle only runs every 30 minutes but other than that is an OK place.

Although the hotel is right by the airport, you don't get to hear any noise. The neighborhood is not a real problem, because pretty much there is no neighborhood around the airport. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast could be better, but there is a restaurant at a reasonable price inside the hotel.

Got a decent sized room with two double beds for an overnight stay and transit to the airport in the morning. The large work desk facing the window is useful, has a comfortable task chair with wheels. Convenient power ports on the left side of the desk so you don't have to bend down. The hallway leading up to it is a bit sparse, but the room is very […] clean with modern contemporary styling. Tallish leather headboards, (at least) 32" flat screen, wall-mounted and framed smartly on a dark wood panel. Cool bathroom, basic and not too big, but the vanity is the three-angled-mirrors style. Oh, and the hotel restaurant was good. Had drinks and watched football the night of our stay, and the wait staff was really friendly. Plenty of people enjoying themselves, but just enough that it didn't seem crowded. Breakfast in the morning was also tasty and well presented. No continental or buffet-style breakfast here -- it's restaurant style cook-to-order. Have stayed a couple of times at a larger place down the street, and I now like this place better. 더 보기

Water at the sink was not hot enough to shave with, and tub faucet was inverted and temperature varied without touching the knob. Other than that, pleasant staff, good location, fairly quiet for proximity to airport. Overall a decent stay.

Our stay was nice. Very comfortable bed! Room was very clean. Front Desk staff friendly and courteous. I would stay there again.
