Everything was great, except for the fact that I booked a king guestroom and when we arrived, they gave us a guestroom with two double beds. She said it was first come first serve! Make sure you check in as early as possible!

Great location; easy to get around if you like to walk. Would stay there again. Parking was a bit expensive. Other than that, a great value for the room rate.

Of course the location for our purpose was great. The staff was friendly and explained everything. Many places, you don't see many smiles. Everyone smiled and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

Fastest check-in and check-out I have ever experienced at a hotel.

The location of the hotel was fabulous....hotel was clean, and the deal we got was so worth it.

Hotel was "okay", but not great, and not what I was expecting for the price. The room was pretty small, one tiny closet, 3 basket type of drawers, 2 double beds. The bathroom was even worse.....very tiny, only one person could be in there at a time. I'm used to being able to do makeup while other person showers, this was not happening. Barely any counter […] space, only one sink. Room had a mini-fridge, but no mini-bar. Just really disappointing for the price. I've stayed in "fancier" Comfort Inn's. This is a Hyatt, I expected a lot more. Location was great though, and staff was very nice and helpful. They had one of those "we conserve resources" signs in the bathroom....usually they say to just leave towels on the floor, and place card on bed, if you want linens and towels changed....at this hotel you actually had to call the front desk and specifically request these services. Seems like they're trying to discourage you from doing so, I didn't care for that. 더 보기

A little hard to find in the dark. Parking was in basement and first floor was closed . Area to room had many hallways. Easy to get lost. Room rather cozy but very nice and clean. Great bathroom. Nice shower.

Comfortable hotel near attractions and walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast Buffett was exceptional. The rooms were nice and clean. I will stay here again.

Would have liked it to have a pool. But a great hotel. Enjoyed it.

I'm sure I had the best suite with the best views of the Arch!!!....Loved my room and the stay there was spectacular. I'm yet to be disappointed by a Hyatt Hotel

Great location with view of Arch and Old Courthouse from the room. Great hotel restaurants especially the sports bar. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are nice, staff friendly, but when they built this hotel the walls are thin you can hear everything and doors slamming all night.

The stay was spectacular. We loved our Jr. suite and the hotel staff and food was above the great level...we enjoyed our stay in St. Louis.

The hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is steps away from Arch and park great for relaxing walks. Parking allows in and out privileges. Great Stay and has Starbucks in the lobby, awesome.

The quality of the room was great but the parking lot was full so we had to park down the street and around the corner which really was a major inconvinence to us also the secruity came to our room saying to keep the noise down even though we were not making any noise since we were sleep so they had the wrong room "now how rude was that I will never […] stay there again.- unhappy in the Hyatt 더 보기

From the initial check-in everything was exceptional. The check in personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable and we were in our room as soon as we checked in. the rooma were very clean and fresh, but the beds were a little small - but comfortable never the less. Even the housekeeper that cleaned our room was overly polite and courteous.

This is a really great hotel if you want to be in the middle of everything St. Louis has to offer. The concierge was amazing in recommending places to eat and tours to take. I would stay here again!

The first hotel room I was put into was very very small. It had a large brown stain on the bed spread, a large white stain on the dark colored carpet next to the bed, another large white stain on the dark blue chair , which had ben covered with a throw pillow. Around the bottom ( leg etc) of all the furnature was approximately an inch of duct which […] had not been cleaned for quite sometime. The rest of the furniture had a healthy layer of dust on it. Which I have pictures of from proof. I have no interest in knowing the origin of the stains, they were very LARGE and very very very noticeable. After the first night and when the staff finally came to clean the room, at 5:30 pm ,which did not change the bed spread the just put it back on the bed with the large brown stain right on top in clear view. I then requested to be switched to another room. Although, the front desk staff was accomidating in that aspect, I was offered nothing more than "I"m sorry" No discount, no food voucher, nothing to insure I would ever stay at a Hyatt property again or heaven forbid refer anyone to their hotel. 더 보기

The Title of this review speaks for itself. The rooms I got were fantastic, the location was close to great sites (the Arch and City Museum in particular), and the neighborhood was very hip and had lots of entertainment. I did have a random charge on my card that I was unaware of. They quickly dispatched it and took care of it without any problems […] whatsoever. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. They even appeared sincere, not an easy feat in the hospitality industry! 더 보기

Great Hotel, great price, even with the NCAA tourney in town and a bunch of people at the hotel it wasn't crazy! the only issue was Valet. They took forever when we were leaving to get the cars up. All of the staff was great and we had a wonderful time. Oh yeah and the ARCH! Right there out the front door! Amazing!

If you are looking for an easy to deal with, friendly hotel.. This is it. Located literally in the center of everything, it's perfect for a quick trip.

This hotel was great in terms of location. It was within walking distance of the Scottrade Center where we saw a concert, as well as several bars at Laclede's Landing. We really enjoyed our stay overall, the only negative was the maid service. We had a maid come back into our room hours after it had been cleaned because she said she needed to give us […] a glass. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Other than that, the food at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was fantastic, same with the sports bar inside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel especially if it's your first time in St. Louis. 더 보기

Hotel was great! Disappointed in the valet parking. It took almost an hour to get my vehicle. Other than that great hotel!

Had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful & the rooms were very spacious & comfortable. We didn't want to leave. The only downside to the stay was we paid good money to valet park. You were not able to call ahead for your car, instead instructed to go down to the parking garage & wait for your car along with 50-60 other people. Nice, comfortable room, not sure why many hotels do not have venting in bathrooms any more. View of the Arch was fantastic. Excited that Ruth's Chris steakhouse was in hotel.

We chose this hotel due it's easy access to to the interstate and to the arch. It wasn't so close to the gay district, but cabs were readily available.

Delicious Burger, clean lovely room, friendly service. Not mind-blowing, but definitely no complaints!

The room we were in was just a little noisy. We were by the stair so alot of action there but overall is was good. I do have to say it is expensive. The internet is not free. I mean Mc donalds even has free Internet. I would not recommend a family more like a nice getaway with your special love one. The location was perfect right across a street from […] the arch!! 더 보기

The hotel rooms were very comfortable, Decor was very well done and we both slept great. Stafff was very friebdly and welcomiing. Great food and beverage spots in hotel where our family could visit with each other and reconnect
