Every employee was so professional and pleasant! Staff had great command of English, too, which was really helpful to non-German speaking guests.

Good service at reception, in bar, in breakfast restaurant. Also arrived very late on first night and Muenster friends brought food to hotel for us (missed dinner engagement) and staff brought plates, napkins and cutlery to the room for our food - example of very good service Nice atmospheric surroundings covered in snow but not impassable. Free parking […] outside hotel was available at all times. Room was good but one single very thin pillow per person was not sufficient. Rectified when further and thicker pillows requested. Cold floor in otherwise very good bath/shower-room. Generous breakfast served in pleasant surroundings. Crispy bacon unfortunately not a speciality of the house. On checking out I was asked to pay for breakfasts. I mentioned that they were included and paid for in the booking and offered to show the original booking/payment advice. The receptionist said ok - no need to show the paper - was she trying it on? - I don't know. Overall very nice hotel with a few small niggles 더 보기

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at this hotel and find it's well maintained and convenient for business. It's about 30 minutes walk to the center of town.

På vissa sätt en gammaldags stad. Många affärer och resturanger tar inte mot Visakort som betalningsmedel. Inget bra sätt att få nya turister. Gammeldags, likt Danmark. Kom igen blir lite moderna.

Bis auf das Übliche (bei Buchung über ein Portal bekommt man selten ein Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick) war das Zimmer und das Hotel sehr schön. Ärgerlich ist die Unsitte, mit reichlich hohen Frühstückspreisen die Zimmerpreise gefälliger aussehen zu lassen.

Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb in nowhere (10 Euro mit Taxi ab Bahnhof). Das Zimmer ist modern, aber kein Flachbildschirm. Keine Amenities, Seife in die Wand geschraubt. Das große Problem: Die Toilettenspülung. Enorm laut. Das heisst, es hört sich an, als ob in deinem Zimmer gespült wird, wenn jemand an deinem Strang spült. Das Hotel verlogen: das haben […] sie noch nie gehört. Keien Entschuldigung nichts. Sind eher weniger herzlich. Roomservice ist gut, aber auch mit Fehlern (Zeitung & Obst vergessen). Rooms were clean and functional, but not cosy. Pretty basic for a 4-star hotel. We were disappointed that there were no free Internet in a hotel, and wi-fi was pretty expensive. Breakfast was rather good, but on the check-out they tried to charge us extra for it, even breakfast included in our room. Hotel is quite far from the city center.

Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so toll, besonders, wenn abends Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Sonst sehr ordentlich und durchaus weiter zu empfehlen.

Hotellets værelse(er) viser tegn på slitage, og ligger ikke op til 4 stjerner på det punkt. Service og morgenmad var på niveau. Den centrale placering var god.
