Dirty. Wholes in sheets. The water didn't run the sheets had black scuff marks all over. I didn't even stay the whole night. The other rooms look trashy. Ppl actually lived there. The pool was green. Most horrible time of my life

Overall appearance of hotel was dingy and not so great of neighborhood. Room is quite big but for a non-smoking room sure felt as if the room was smoking had horrible smoke smell and needs updates to bathroom and sink areas of room.

I found a wood tech bug on my sheets. I killed it and blood came out. Had a good stay experience

did not get the room we paid for,put in a room with no light bulb in any fixture,rug was fraged,frig was very loud(old)curtains had holes in them,have stayed in other knights inn before this was the worse

There is only one thing to say, and that is stay the heck away from this disgusting hotel, it is in a bad area, and the hotel rooms are just horrible.

The room smelled like smoke still, tv didn't work, there was trash around the outside of the rooms, not a very clean place.

Neighborhood was pretty trashy and hotel grounds were trashy with dog poop inside some of the court yard areas and lots of cigarrette butts and debris everywhere. Looks like they cleaned it up a bit the second day so it did get a bit better. There is no grassy or good area for pets to play or go potty so that is not good if you travel with pets. There […] was only a 3rd of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls anywhere. I registered that two people would be in the room but there were only one set of towels so we had to ask for more. We had trouble with the door not locking twice and the night guy was super rude and scary looking and acted like it was a huge burden for him to help us with our non-locking room. I must say that the inside of the room was nice and the kitchenette was handy and overall the room was clean inside and the furniture was nice, except for the under the bathroom sink cabinet, that was a mess, but otherwise it was fine. We could not find a remote for the TV when we went in so we went to ask at the desk and they handed us a romote and the setup instructions. There was no service to these rooms, we had to ask for too much and the outside of the place was dirty and scary. I would not stay there again. 더 보기

Just gross. Room was not very nice. Lock on door was broken and had to be fixed. No remote for television. Shower curtain was ripped and one of the windows was broken and had tape over it. We did not even bother to stay for the free breakfast.

Booked a night for a in-expensive stay on the way to our final destination. We had to ask for a clean set of bed linen as the ones on the bed were soiled, even after we waited for them to finish cleaning rooms?

The surrounding area wasn't bad and there was a problem with our key but they fixed it without question. The reason this place gets a 1 is that we found multiple sets of rat droppings in our room. there was also a broken cabinet door in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. The RAT DROPPINGS are why they get a 1.

The hotel was in terrible condition, I travel a lot, this is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in, dirty, broken furniture, dirty wore carpet, items left in the room from the previous guests. Broken toilet, just to mention a few!

They don't allow people to enter to the reception area from 8 pm to 7 am. It was a very hot summer night at Phoenix. I was standing outside for half an hour. I think they should allow me to enter. This kind of behavior was unaccepted and also weird to me and when I asked them about this, they are saying it was company policy!!!! I arrived my wife and three kids late at night. I changed three room to find not dirty sheets (with hairs etc...) and still the room, the fitted carpet ,the sofas etc were so dirty. they were disgusting! This is an older hotel and an "okay" place to stay if you are looking for a reasonable place to sleep. Window a/c, nice large clean room with kitchenette (no cooking equipment or dishes).

I was very surprised about the clean condition of this hotel. My room was very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel to nobody.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL!! Just to give an idea of how shady this place is...it is an old apartment complex converted to a motel. Our room smelt like smoke, there was a used razor in the bathroom and a dirty bandaid stuck to the wall. Older and in need of TLC. Grounds are well tended and rooms spacious but worn and in need of paint. Location and surrounding bussinesses more than make up for any room deficiences. The price can't be beat.

There were no towels in the room. When we asked housekeeping for some, she didn't understand English. Finally she said towels were in the laundry (that wasn't a problem.) Approx. 2 hours later, she brought one (1) big towel and it was wet. I asked for a different one, plus another set, she said this towel was just cold. I finally had to go to the desk […] but was only able to get two hand towels and a washcloth. While in the room that evening, I was walking barefoot. I laid down on the bed and looked in the mirror at my feet and they were BLACK from the floor (carpeting).. Housekeeping was vacuuming still when we checked into the room. I believe the carpeting needs cleaning or tore up and new put down.. Needless to say my husband and I wore our shoes from then on. The room, which had a kitchenette, looked to be fairly clean when we first entered However upon a closer look, it was not clean. My husband was very sick or we would not have stayed the night. The place was located in the hood , the rooms were dirty as in the carpet was old & dirty , the water in the tub/shower ran @ a slow rate when turned off , it smelled dirty , I was worried about my car out in the parking lot because of the area .

Holes in Walls, Carpet Tathered, Windows Broken, Door Lock Broken and the Window A/C unit was very Loud and Noisy. The Bed was hard and was very dirty.

The window was broken. and the WINDOW A/C UNIT WAS VERY LOUD.. could not sleep at all. the cabinets were screwed shut, and the refrigerator was very old. The location was good.
