I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade when I arrived after a long day and a drive in "Snowy mix"... the rooms were very comfortable and quiet.... I had a great sleep and would have loved to stay a little longer.

This was a great stay for us. It was clean had plenty of room with all the fixen's. It was very close to the University of Binghamton which made it very easy for us. I would recommend you use this hotel it was great!

This was a fabulous place to stay. Very clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. The warm breakfast was enjoyable too. You won't find any nasty carpeting, outdated decor, or noxious odors here. I had no idea there were places to stay in Binghamton this nice! It sort of reminds me of a resort type atmosphere. I had a little trouble finding the Residence Inn as it is set back from Vestal Parkway. They could use a taller sign which would be visible from the Parkway. We found the suite to be quite comfortable. The fireplace is a nice touch. The heating system was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and well prepared. A very nice place. It feels more like a residence than a hotel. All the things you need are there at your disposal. Very close to SUNY Binghamton, so if your travel is to go there you can't get much closer.

We were only there for a weekend but they made us feel welcome and treated us great. On a very busy weekend, we felt as if we were their only priority. The breakfast was excellent and front desk team was cheerful / informative.

Great hotel. I have a very good opinion about Residence Inn and this hotel, Binghamton Residence Inn, was not the exception. I would however recommend to take a second floor room. My upstairs neighbor was running around the entire night. But a little of white noise help with the unwanted noise

Very difficult to find the hotel! Use your GPS and drive slowly or you will miss it!

Great hotel. If I were to look for a problem, it would be that they do not have a flat screen tv and cable box toggles to channels slower than norm. I stayed in a studio suite. There was lots of space. Bed was comfortable. You have your own entrance that leads you directly outside (like mini-houses). Even a (very) mini balcony but still wonderful since […] we did not expect it. Free internet. Although I had some issues with getting it running, but they sent someone over right away, even though it was Xmas Eve!. Plenty of light (stayed on 2nd fl). Kitchen has appliances. This is a standard Residence Inn but it seems to have been around a while so it is beginning to show its age. For example they loaned us a DVD player but after a day of hourly visits they finally had to replace the tv set because it was so old there was no way to switch to the DVD player. The toilet was tiny. The internet is only wired. The rooms were […] clean and up to Marriott standards they just need an update. The breakfast was well above average--lots of hot items. The staff was very pleasant but overwhelmed much of the time. The location is very good--about two minutes from the University. Minutes away from lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. 더 보기

I love this place. The rooms are like apts. You can buy a fire log and have a cozy fire and eat the popcorn they provide. The breakfast is a full meal with eggs, and sausage and biscuits, etc Not just a stale donut. I look for reasons to go.

My husband and I ran away for the weekend to Binghamton and had a great time. The hotel staff were excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the cookies someone else mentioned on the site were great. It was close to everything, but on a quiet hill. Would go back again.
