love the hotel, tough to find breakfast in the area

Arrived at the hotel with head cold/allergies was recommended by staff to use the steam room at the spa. Best part of every day was taking time out for the steam bath which helped clear my sinuses and to relax after long days of exercising/touring the beautiful city of Austin.

Great business hotel I would assume, since most people there were business people. Pool heater broken or not on, they adverstise 82 all year round. Pool to cold to get in Food not that great all round. Had to send back my hamburger, ask for medium got Well done. Prices for food horrible, 19.00 for a Cobb salad, A Salad Paying for Wi-fi at those prices […] when it's a business hotel, ridiculous. I was last room at the end of hotel so the money I spent on wi-fi wasted because it didn't reach that far; worked in the den not the bedroom :( Staying today and tomorrow at Houston Four Seasons let's hope for better experience 더 보기

I was visiting Austin and wanted to be able to maintain my training for a marathon. THe Four Seasons was right on the Lake Trail which is a fabulous trail to run on. The Four Seasons in Austin is in the middle of what I found to be a seriously happening town, and Four Seasons is a seriously happening hotel. Friendly and effecient does not even begin to describe the staff. "Happy Hour" is one of my favorite hours of the day but the Four Seasons in Austin has a happy hour at their spa! Nothing goes better with a discounted […] massage than appetizers and a glass of champagne. The hotel is centrally located. It's near the convention center and it's about a ten block walk from the State Capitol building. There's a killer coffee house right in front of the Four Season residence complex. Some of the best food and best night life are walking distance from the hotel. The floor to ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Capitol building. I felt well taken care of at the Four Season in Austin and I look forward to a return visit. I reccomend getting a room with a balcony that overlooks Lady Bird Lake. It's quite beautiful. 더 보기

The grounds are lovely, great location, nice gym, sauna, service. Great business or pleasure hotel, if pricey!

I generally stay at the Ritz or Four Seasons when I travel. This hotel was in the worst condition by far. Our bathroom was outdated and had scratch marks all over. The TV remote control look like I was the one milionth user. Walls are paper thin. We could hear people's conversations in adjoining rooms. This is an outdated and neglected hotel.

The location of this hotel is great...close to lots of great restaurants, bars and the water. The hotel was fine as far as cleanliness and such. But for the price, we weren't blown away as far as luxury and service. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico recently and at the St. Regis in Monarch beach and were blown away by the professionalism, […] service and luxury of the hotel. We also paid more for a city view with a balcony, and really that just meant a view of the street and the Mexican restaurant across the street, and the balcony had no furniture so what's the point? If I'm not going to get luxury then I'd rather pay less at a different hotel that's just as clean and convenient. 더 보기

Beautiful hotel. We stayed with our 2- and 4-year old sons. Pool is fantastic, also walked the hike & bike trail to Zilker Park. Children's museum also in walking distance. Restaurant staff super-nice and accommodating and the food was delicious!!

The Four Seasons Austin is not be the best Four Seasons property. But, compared to the generally poor quality of hotels in Downtown Austin, this is a very nice property with the excellent service that Four Seasons is known for. The rooms are ordinary but well-maintained and housekeeping is OK but not great.

Good location. Attentive staff but often delays when waiting for valet parking. Stayed in a suite decent size but very small bath room.

A beautifully appointed hotel, the Four Seasons staff is gracious and helpful, the restaurant very good, the rooms are lovely and spacious and the grounds are beautiful. This is everything you want in a luxury hotel.

The service was excellent. My wife lost her Sonicare Toothbrush and it was replaced by the hotel management. The service counter check-in staff remembered my name despite how busy they were with other hotel guests. I think the location next to Town Lake trail is exceptional.
