깨끗하고 생각외로 조용하고 공항과 가까워 좋았습니다. 단지 냉장고와 전자레인지가 없어 조금 불편했지만 그외는 만족하였습니다.

Not comfortable at all put in a handicapp room facing the freeway phone didnr work no parking will never go there again and recommend to everyone to stay away from there as well.

Needed place to overnight for early a.m. flight - okay and would probably stay again. But, shuttle seemed to take very long time and most other hotels kept picking up again and again. Also, got put in "rear building" after very late arrival and they recommended security escort. Turns out to be near a warehousing area but in the light of day looked to […] be okay. 더 보기

the hotel was great, and dog friendly - but the neighborhood wasn't nice!

My room was the wrong side of the tracks (had to walk through one building, outside across some non-used railroad tracks to the other building). The site said newly renovated....but my room still needed a bit of work. The bath tub had a giant sticker across the bottom. Some of the floor molding was coming off. Breakfast was OK, but when i see "eggs" […] i suspect some form of cooked (scrambled or fried eggs) and it was a big bowl of hard boiled eggs. Make your own waffles were OK. 더 보기

The front office was great. Our room was large and clean. The bed was wonderful. After a very long flight from Europe, the hotel was a great place to clean up and rest!

I have stayed at La Quinta at least once a year for several years. This visit was a dramatic change. Desk clerk gave inaccurate directions to room. In newsworthy thunderstorm, walked from bldg to bldg w. daughter, puppy, luggage and 5-yr-old child. (I am 71 yrs old!) Ice machine on two floors broken for at leat 2 yrs. Employees smoking in exit door […] propped open, probably due to the fierce storm, blew much smoke down hall. TV turned itself off with regularity. Toilet very slow to flush. Water only a trickle from tap. Another guest I spoke with in breakfast room spoke of his dissatisfaction and that he won't stay there again. Me neither! 더 보기

Nice stay overnight on the way to early flight. Room was very clean. We had to leave to catch our flight very early, staff was very helpful getting us a cold breakfast and coffee before normal serving time. We would not have found the hotel without the GPS, and getting to the airport was a bit confusing.

We did not like the fact our room was in the second building behind the railways and we had to walk/drive to main building for breakfast

Stayed here for 3 nights while my daughter and I checked out local colleges. The stay was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was served daily if you choose to take advantage of that. Water pressure in the shower is not as strong as I am used to but it is not a deal breaker for me. The parking on the weekend is bad. There […] were places marked clearly for the Denny's that is in the same lot. I didn't want to get towed or ticketed so I drove around for a bit looking for a space. I finally parked in a Denny's spot and asked the manager on duty if it was okay. They said it was fine as long as I moved it in the morning. (good thing I was leaving the next morning!) The area of the hotel was fine in the daytime. My husband & I were very pleased with this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Although this is advertised as a 'continental breakfast', it was much more than that...waffles, eggs, cereal, toast, and juices, as well as a variety of fresh fruit. We stayed 1 night at the La Quinta airport north in San Francisco. The hotel location was convinient to the airport and had a shuttle. We expected the plane noise. What we did not expect was the freeway on 1 side, train tracks on the other and a produce plant right next store with rotting vegetables outside. The pool was outside and I have no idea who […] would want to use it next to the vegetable smell. I do feel the staff was kind enough, the breakfast and room were adequate but I think this is a terrible location for a hotel. I almost feel like we were on an episode of Punk'd. Hotel is going through an exterior renovation. They should focus on an interior renovation. First room was disgusting with human hair on bedsheets and pillow. Really? 2nd room was better but pretty worn down and shabby. Stay if you must but don't plan on it if you can.

A very reasonable alternative if you need to stay near SFO for an early flight the next day and don't want to spend a ton of money. Crossing the railroad tracks to building #2 is a little weird. Very close to the restaurants on Grand Ave. in South San Francisco.

Easy access to two Freeways. Liked the waffles for breakfast. Staff was very helpful in assisting our needs.

Our rooms faced the main Highway and were very noisy. We had expected double glassing for a hotel that close to the airport, but it did not have it. One of the rooms had a window that could not be closed and the phone did not work. We got another room that was somewhat better. We would not stay there again noor recommend the hotel to others.

Not bad for the $$. Convenient location near the airport and the freeway. Parking lot really crowed.

Hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, better than many. My only real complaint was the room smelled too much of air freshener. Definitely covering something up. Probably a smoker.

The brand proposition of La Quinta is to provide an affordable, amenable room for the businessman who does need the amenities of the bigger chains. It is very sad when a property loses its way. This hotel is dirty in the public spaces and ratty in the rooms. I really loved staying here. The hotel was pretty and clean, nice flat screens. The beds were SUPER comfortable and it has a very home feeling to the hotel. The Staff was super helpful and they even took the time to discuss with me the fun things to do in the city. It's very far from the city but the free shuttle takes you to the train station. This La Quinta is a great value for the location near SFO, but with a caveat...its located a few blocks from a CalTrains line that gets quite busy in the mornings and the reality, is not noisy but its not exactly quiet if you are sleeping in.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and great service. Didn't care for the North building - too near noisy trains. Staff very helpful and good for the price. Have stayed there several times

After booking this hotel I was surprised to see so many negative reviews in January. Was happy to see that everyone at the front desk were helpful and I was checked in kindly and quickly. Room was clean and cozy. Everything worked fine and it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

The hotel was nice. We only stayed two days but it was worth it. Good size room, friendly staff, and I felt safe. Only complaint I have is that the showers are only made for short people. I'm a tall male and the shower head was shorter than my shoulders. Had to kneel to fully shower. But that's the only complaint.

Initially looked fine. I later discovered that the bathroom faucet was leaking onto the floor. It then came to my attn that there was NO SOAP. When I called down to get some, they told me they were "out because it was the end of the year". (I stayed there on Jan 1-2 of this year). They told me they'd try to find some.... let me preface by saying i've had excellent experiences with la quinta inn elsewhere, but this particular location, wow, wow, wow. i was assigned to a room in the north building, not an issue. the issue is that you walk into this building and it smells like cigarettes and weed. the smell never subsided. you get to the top floor and when the elevator […] door opens up, the floor smells like cigarettes and weed. it never subsided, ya get my drift. i don't have an issue with cigarettes and weed, i DO have an issue with permeating in my hotel. 더 보기

Spacious updated room, Quiet and comfortable. We were on the back of the hotel. There was a food processing facility in the front, which might bother some people. Overall , an excellent value, and location. We had a microwave and refrigerator.

Awesome continental breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable...like sleeping on a cloud. :) The shower was hot and powerful.

I got a really good price on this hotel so i wasn't expecting much at all. When i opened the door to the room i was like whoa! this is really nice. Everything seemed really clean. breakfast was good but gets crowded fast. Parking was a little tight. The area seemed fine. i would stay here again on my next travels to San Fran

Good for those with early flights out of the SF. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the rental Car area. Price is right.

We would stay here again. The beds were Comfortable, the service good, rooms clean but bathroom needs a bit of attention with loose knobs and need a bit more detail cleaning. Also would be nice to have breakfast open to 9:30, as several people came down about 9:10 and closed tight not even coffee available, which kind of sucked.

My only complaint is that the doors were very noisy when they closed, which made it harder to sleep as other guests were coming and going. Also, I didn't like having tvs on in the lobby and the breakfast room. The people at reception and the airport shuttle were nice and helpful, and the room was very clean.

Parking is extremely difficult and limited because hotel rents out spaces to park and fly and the hotel location is shared with Denny's and a Produce Warehouse. Guest may be assigned to the separate North Annex building and will have to cross the railroad tracks to get their breakfast in the other building. The pool is not so clean. There's rust and […] stains in the bathrooms. Breakfast is skimpy compared to other La Quinta. You can make your own waffles for something hot to eat, otherwise everything else are cold items including cold hard boiled egg. Rooms either face the freeway or the railroad tracks/produce warehouse. You'll hear forklifts and truck sounds early in the morning. Booking through Hotels.com does not include ref and microwave. Service is sporadic with missing towels and amenities. Carpet is dirty but TV works! If you complain, the manager will be rude, so make sure you don't show expression or he will berate you. The hotel was wonderful. The only complaint i have was the parking. The hotel was less than 50% booked but there was no place to park. Apparently people parked and were shuttled to the airport for their vacation leaving those of us staying at the hotel to scrap for parking. People are so rude and selfish!!!!

The hotel is very good, the staff is pleasant and helpful and the location and services provided are excellent!
