The rooms have a nice modern feel to them. Much of it feels like a much more expensive hotel. There are a few things that make you realize it's a Holiday Inn Express, but in general I was very happy with it. One thing I would note, the main lobby had a little bit of a funny smell to it. It didn't smell in the rooms though.

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, ROOM WAS CONFORTABLE AND THE BREAKFAST GREAT!

We stayed a week, everything was nice, but was on the north side of hotel and it was alot of traffic noise. Would have been better to be on the South side.

Everything ok, nothing to complain about. Nice stay.

Never been to this property before. Pretty spartan. Room AC ridiculously noisy. Furniture beat up and the entire place needs a face lift. Would not stay here again. A lot better available for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located. Rooms were clean but appeared well used. Our air conditioner unit was not functioning properly, and to our surprise it was fixed promptly while we were gone. The only problem was the location of our room it was at the end of the hall near the elevator, ice machine, laundry & vending machines, so needless to say it […] was very noisey and active all night. This hotel is great for an affordable stay in the Sanibel/Ft. Myers area. A car is a must though, not much in walking distance. It was clean and quiet. The Complimentary breakfast was great with a lot of things, hot and cold, to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I had done my booking though Hotels.com and unfortunately I accidently booked two reservations for the same hotel when I only meant for one. The Hotel employees were understanding and worked with me to refund the reservation. Great and accommodating service!

The staff was more than helpfull and extremely pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Rooms clean, up to date and well furnished. I would stay here again even at higher prices.

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times the wireless was not working. Also the air conditioner in the room this time was really noisy and woke me up throughout the nite.

I will never step in.

Although the room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located, the staff was great, the air conditioner was noisy and cycled on and off throughout the night, there was outside noise from a local bar located opposite our room. I would however, stay there again, but request a room on the other side of the building.

We found this hotel clean and efficient. It was in a good locations with many restaurants within walking distant. We reserved 2 joining rooms with 2 queens in each one for our 2 adult and four children group. A street art show was an added bonus in fort of the hotel.

Hotel is clean and comfortable and up to date. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is good. This is my fourth stay in the past year and a half. Price is good.

Exceptional service/staff makes up for location/amenities. Pool is nice & private. Hotel is quiet- neighborhood is not. Cont breakfast was a perk. Rooms smelled moldy- some worse than others. Not much to see/do/eat without a car.

I guess there was a dog show in the area and many dogs stayed the night well the "dog in room" sighs are a very good idea but we knew there were dogs in the rooms because they barked ALL NIGHT. Sad one or two irresponsible owners made it hard to sleep for the rest of us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows great! Do not hesitate on staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

My husband son and I stayed at the Cape Coral Holiday Inn Express at the end of August. We were visiting the Cape Coral area to spend time with family without having to stay in their homes. overall the hotel was great the only problem we had was they let the public into the pool area for them to swim and have private parties

Beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and clean. my 5 year old did find a wad of chewed up gum on the side of his bed but those things can be hard to miss. Also they had a crib waiting for me in the room already set up (per my request in the notes section) with cute baby bedding and a sigh that said it had been sanitized just for us. usually we have to remind […] them to send up a pack and play but this was a real hotel crib. 더 보기

Great customer service from front desk attendant and the room and quality of the hotel were in excellent condition

The hotel is recently renovated and well kept. The breakfast is a real plus with pancakes and sausage gravy one morning and cheese omlettes the next. Plus they have the usual bagels and muffins and yogerts and juices. The staff is truly a customer pleasing group, from help with the computer to breakfast service to offering a late check out for Priority […] Club members. The front desk staff is a 10+. Whatever shortcomings there may have been is overshadowed by the quality of the hotel staff, We would go out of our way to stay here.

My husband and I stay at the Holiday Inn Express whenever we travel by car. We have always found the hotels to be clean, attractive and conveniently located. The Holiday Inn Express in Cape Carl did not disappoint. A good two star hotel. Great value for money. One of few pet-friendly hotels in the area a big big plus! Friendly employees but wished better attention. Did not like that there is no bellboy, institution breakfast, itchy sheets on bed, humid carpet, and previous guest's pet lint. All was great - however, bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. Breakfast foods were very good and constantly replenished.

Very Nice hotel. Close to Sanibel, and Captiva Islands without paying for the extra costs of staying on them.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was constantly cleaning everywhere. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. There was always plenty of food and the staff kept refilling. There was nothing that we would have changed. Convenient to shopping, a grocery store and resturaunts. Great advice given by the front desk staff.

Great location within walking distance to lots of great eats! Nicely appointed room and great fitness center.

It is a really nice hotel with very good decoration. The staff was very friendly. We loved the room, it was spaceous and the beds were really comfortable. What we liked the most was breakfast.
