스탠퍼드 파크 호텔 (Stanford Park Hotel) - 멘로 파크

Hotel is top notch, close to Stanford and Shopping-convenient location. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to stay here as location is convenient. Price point is a bit higher than other hotels to the North, but for the area, the convenience can be worth it.

We arrived in the rain. There was no attendant to help with the bags or the door. The room was OK; very outdated in decor and smaller than expected. Minimal water pressure in the shower. Ordered a drink at the bar and received the wrong item. Overall, we weren't impressed given the price and reputation of this hotel.

I loved the hotel in general. However, I believe that because we booked through Hotels.com, we were not given one of the nicer rooms. We were put into a room on the first floor. When we asked for a higher level room, we were told that there were no rooms available with two queen sized beds. In order to move to a higher level, we had to take a room with […] one bed and have a rollaway bed brought in. This made the room space very uncomfortable. I was upset because, I booked the reservation months before. I later found out that the hotel wasn't even fully booked. 더 보기

Great furniture!!! Great Restaurant. The only thing that was putting me off, was the fact that there are NO PLUGS ON THE NIGHT STANDS. You have to get up and out of bed to recharge your SMART DEVICE. This has to be one of the best places I've stayed at. I have stayed at the Westin which is just south of this location and this place was be comparison a huge leap from them. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the courtyard. The trees surrounding the place made it feel like we weren't next to El Camino Real. The only small problem I […] have was that this place is RIGHT next to the Caltrain line and we could hear trains but that's a small complaint. The staff was very friendly and always offered to help with anything that we needed. I would stay here again over anything else in the Palo Alto area. What hotel has freshly baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening??? This hotel really knows how to make their patrons feel comfortable. Even the rooms reflect the coziness of the lobby. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

Spent only one night however I found the hotel to be excellent. Located on a busy road but quiet inside. I would definitely return.

The room, bed and everything was wonderfully appointed. The fresh cookies in the evening were also a nice touch. Our oversized room backed to the train tracks but had a double window to keep the noise down. Was fine as long as the windows were kept closed. We were charged for something from the room fridge altough we didn't have anything so they credited […] us with no problem. Very professional but a surprise charge we needed to take care of. Great hotel - beautiful accommodations in a beautiful spot, friendly staff - I recommend. I stayed to attend a wedding nearby (Menlo Circus Club) and had to get into town with little time to prep and get to the wedding. Everything was super easy, friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful room, etc. I would go back in a heart beat.

Beautiful and superbly maintained hotel. Excellent location close to Stanford University Campus. Walking distance from shops and downtown Palo Alto. Only downside is the train line that runs behind the hotel and the train drivers who insist on doing their "casey jones" impressions from the early hours of the morning.

Love the rooms they are old fashioned and qaint. The service is great and very friendly... easy walk to menlo park and some great restaruants and of course the stanford mall. The pool is small but beautiful. It's nice to have coffee or tea in the evening with cookies. They don't have coffee or tea in the morning which we like but that did not take away […] from the expereince. We totally recommend it! 더 보기

We stayed at the Stanford Park Hotel during an athletic tournament weekend at Stanford university for our high school aged daughter. Very nice and the staff is super and very personable. Our daughters loved the cookies each night and we enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine in the late afternoon ( although I thought it said on the website there was […] cheese served also?- maybe not) . Our room was super comfortable and the room and hotel itself were decorated beautifuly - very beautiful yet comfy. We would stay again and recommend it highly! 더 보기

It's my favorite place to stay. It's a touch of Europe in Palo Alto. Great staff and lovely decor with charm and I am always sad when the hotel is full.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. It oozes with academic prestige and feels very cozy. Everything was top-notch for the cost. there were some ants about the sink, but I chalk that up to the rain that the area had been having.

Clean and cozy, it was raining that weekend and it made it nice to have a fireplace in our room. Rooms are decorated really nice and the main thing it was clean and spacious. Close to a lot of restaurants. They also have a really nice gym.

As always the Stanford Park Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and priced well. The hotel bar/restaurant has great food, drinks, and service.

We had high expectations for this hotel (especially given the price) and, upon arrival to our room were very disappointed. The decor is tired and worn, room was very crammed (we upgraded to a fireplace yet the bed was practically on top of it so there was no way to sit and enjoy). Rude as the day is long. Go to Garden Court when you need a hotel room in Palo Alto.

The Stanford Park Hotel is well located near both Stanford University and the Stanford Shopping Mall. It is a first class establishment and a terrific place to stay.

Wonderful ambience and a perfect hotel to return to at the end of a long business day. Note: I wish their towncar service was operational after my check out. Menlo Park taxis will not pick you up for short rides. I had to schlep my luggage over a 1/2 mile to my office.

If you have to stay in Palo Alto, stay here. It's the nicest place in town. Request a fireplace room if you can get one. The Westin down the street is nice too, but the Stanford Park is far nicer.

I have to say I was a little disappointed in more than one area. It looks like a beautiful hotel going in. The rooms were good size, but looked old and run down. With a slight moldy smell. The restaurant area was under construction and set up sort of half up. It would be better if they had closed it during construction. Lovely clean grounds and rooms with attention to detail in presentation and superb service. Went as weekend get-away from hectic life in Bay Area, and felt well rested as if transported. Everything was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond duty and the hotel was very clean and smelled amazing.

Two guys open the door for you, a little overpriced but the place looks like someones big fancy house. I would recommend

The "back" rooms next to the railroad tracks are not "NOISE FREE". I expected that when we purchased the most expensive room that it would be in a preferred location in the hotel.

Great hotel for business or adult leisure travel. Staff was excellent, the room was well appointed (though the lighting could have been better), room service arrived hot with good tasting food. Our stay at the Stanford Park Hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived on a Thursday night and received a complementary glass of nice wine after checking in. Some of the evenings they had coffee/tea and warm, fresh cookies. The room was very comfortable.

Stanford Park Hotel was convenient to Palo Alto, very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Loved the complimentary internet and parking.

Pros: Great room and service, extremely friendly staff. Cons: Could have used a microwave though... even a common one would have sufficed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stanford Park Hotel. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. Loved the decor throughout the hotel. Close to a very nice mall and to Stanford Univ. Couldn't ask for anything better. Really made our vacation very special

Our stay here was exceptional. The room was elegant, yet comfortable and extremely spacious. My son and his family of 4 could visit in the room without it seeming overly crowded and the service was outstanding. The pool and workout room were added amenities that we appreciated. Wonderful location, friendly staff and great coffee. It's nice to stay in a hotel which doesn't charge for parking or for internet access.

the room was great, everything was very clean and had everything you could need or want without having to ask for it. Not to mention huge comfy beds with flat screen tvs for added luxury for relaxing in the room.
