The hotel overall was excellent, and for the most part the service was very good. Our only complaint is that the reception worker informed us that the whole city was closed on Sunday so the only place to possibly get food was in the hotel restaurant, and that they had a breakfast deal. The breakfast turned out to be a bit too expensive for our student […] budgets (26 euro per person) but we spent it thinking we had no choice. Once we left the hotel, it turned out that there were plenty of places to eat! We could have saved a lot of money but instead relied on her representation and spent way too much on food. Aside from that, the rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. Convenient location too. Overall very satisfied. 더 보기

Very good hotel. Perfect for a weekend in the lovely city Maastricht. Parking right under the hotel.

Never choose room 311! We asked for a room away from the elevator but we were right next to it! Plus a loft 15 steps up to our room so noise all night and early am. Last time we stayed it was amazing but this was so horrible... never chose a room by elevator and if you walk in lime we did do not be nice...get out of there!

Excellent hotel with good location, right on the river bank, near the city centre.Great underground parking. Breakfast - above all praise, have tables outside, overlooking the River. Courteous and friendly staff.

The hotel wasn't the cheapest so I expected something a little better and wasn't disappointed. It was quite centrally located and just 10 minutes walk from the train station and just 15 minutes to the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was in great condition. I didn't book breakfast, […] but paid for it when I was there and that's the only negative comment I have to make. Breakfast was outrageously expensive and simply not worth even half of what they charged. Also, the in-room internet costs are the highest I have seen in any hotel. Having said that, I would still return, but i'd buy breakfast from the small cafe opposite the hotel next time. 더 보기

The paid TV channels did not work due to a technical fault. The management was informed but did nothing about it for three days. The elevator kept on making an annoying noise that was heard in my room day and night. The ladder that takes you to the duplix bedroom is small and dangerous to climb down especially at night when you want to go to the toilet […] in the lower level. The price is too high and breakfast in not included. There are better and cheaper hotels down town the old part of the city. 더 보기

Upon arrival I requested that we may be given one of the larger standard rooms available due to being heavily pregnant - as this was not possible due to availability we were upgraded FOC. The room and room service were excellent as was the comfort of the overall stay. The staff were friendly, professional and spoke excellent English.

Great hotel, however, for a 5-night stay, we paid almost another $300 for parking and some kind of 15% tax.

Great location, 2 minutes from all main attractions, 3 star hotel of good standard, pity the servicing of the room let it down, second night stay room was barely serviced. Nice big clean room. Attached restaurant was a high class place and was expensive in light of hotel star rating. No gym or pool.

Comfortabele ruime kamer. Duur ontbijt. Geen gratis WiFi.

Prima hotel voor een weekendje Maastricht qua ligging en faciliteiten. Keuken is prima en personeel is erg vriendelijk en dienst verlenend. Ook met kinderen! SUPER hotel waar we zeker terug zullen komen.

Meget fint, som forventet. Vi er en familie på 4 og her er 26 euro pr. person lige i overkanten for morgenmad.

Hotel confortable et trés bien situé. Mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hotel. J'ai demandé 3 fois un set de serviettes de toilette sans jamais l'obtenir ! J'ai trouvé aussi que le prix du petit déjeuner était beaucoup trop cher, exagéré !!

værrelse med hems og stejl hønsestige blev præsenteret for 80-årig gæst, hvilket var helt uacceptabelt. Og dette værrelses standard harmonerede ikke med hotellets øvrige standard. Receptionen ændrede uden diskussion til andet værrelse med opgradering.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Maastricht for one night. Everything was fine except that we where awaken by the cleaning staff in the morning attempting to access our room. Half an hour later the staffmember tasked with filling the minibar tried to gain access. This was before 10 AM in the morning and checkout time is 12 a clock. Surprising and disappointing […] to be bothered in a hotel claiming to be four star. They clearly do not have a working system for knowing what room is occupied or not. Het ontbijt vond ik uitzonderlijk duur. Ik ben derhalve elders gaan ontbijten.

Hoewel wij maar 1 nacht hebben gelogeerd omdat we een bruiloft hadden, loop je vanuit t hotel zo de stad! We gaan zeker nog eens terug maar dan iets langer!

Zeer net hotel, lekker centraal gelegen. Enige minpuntje vonden we het ontbijt: die werd niet snel genoeg weer bijgevuld, waardoor je vaak bij een lege schaal stond.

Hotellet hadde flotte rom med gode senger. Badet var helt ok, men å stå i et badekar og dusje på tvers av det var en utfordring. Dusjen burde hengt på ett av karets ender. Vi fikk desverre rom rett over hovedinngangen hvilket gjorde at alle som kom inn om natten etter en fuktig kveld på byen vekket oss opp. Det var ikke gøy, vi skulle opp 5:45 for å […] rekke toget vårt. Frokosten på hotellet var flott. Uansett vil vi anbefale hotellet på det varmeste selv om prisen var litt høy. Pass bare på å få rom mot gården. 더 보기

Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding, gunstige lokatie en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was wel erg duur en verplicht men bijna om buiten het hotel te eten. Voor een 4-sterrenhotel had ik wat meer faciliteiten verwacht, zoals een zwembad.

Værelset viste sig at være udstyret med en hems (dette var ikke blevet oplyst på forhånd), hvor sengene stod, og med en meget stejl trappe op til. Ikke så bekvemt, da man så skal overveje, hvor meget man vil slæbe med op. Badeværelset var nedenunder - heller ikke alletiders, hvis man har besvær med skulle ud/ned om natten. Sengelamperne var umulige […] at have med at gøre og gav en kold og utilstrækkelig belysning. I badeværelset var der dårlig plads omkring det i øvrigt meget lave toilet. Et værelse som dette må frarådes til ældre. Værelset lå i øvrigt i en såkaldt stillezone. Grotesk nok var der i flere timer midt om natten megen støj fra højrøstede og berusede mennesker lige uden for, noget der selvfølgelig ikke direkte kan lastes hotellet. 더 보기

Særdeles god beliggenhet i Maastricht. Veldig god standard. Kanskje litt dyrt? Men anbefales på det varmeste

We kregen een ruime 3 persoonskamer.Jammer dat de derde persoon op een slaapbank moest slapen. Deze was echt versleten en paste niet binnen het kader van een 4-sterren hotel. Dit was echter het enige min-punt. De kamer mocht wel een beetje opgefrist worden. Het houtwerk kwam zwaar en gedateerd over.Service was prima alsook het ontbijt.
