The hotel staff is ever so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the mattresses are heavenly. Roomsare a bit small but I love this hotel. The hotel is directly off the highway so this makes it very convenient for travellers. Love this place!

This hotel was perfectly located for our needs. Right between Burlington and the Canadian border! Nothing fancy, but it's right off the main highway and very convenient!

The hotel was fine. We'll be staying there again next time we visit our son. No complaints at all.

We loved our stay. The beds were cozy and the showers hot. I loved having a fridge in my room and a microwave. The little window with the chair was great for morning writing. The staff was friendly. My only complaint the art was a little boring. I wish you would add some color to the decor.

The hotel was conveniently located and surprisingly comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. The bathroom and shower clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but overall, I was pleased with our stay.

Booking me a Single room instead a double, The called an Upgrade and sayd that i will have to take my complain with HOtels .com I endedup sleeping in the most uncomfortable pull out couch

as promised, great value for the price.

This hotel was fine, HOWEVER, overpriced. It definitely did NOT have what one would expect for the money required. The nonsmoking room smelled as if that rule had been broken, towels were missing (but quickly provided when requested). The staff was very nice. Stayed there on ly for 1 night with my 2 sons.The room was a littlr small for 3 big guys but over all this hotel was fine and I would recommned it .

Microwave and Refrig.... nice and clean, great breakfast, great pool!

We only had 2 problems with our room ..the first night the heat stayed on all night and it was very hot,we tried to turn it off but could not.. The next morning we reported it at the front desk and it was fixed. Then the night before we left I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed,,,I was very upset about all the things under the […] bed...pieces of paper,,food,,,etc and lots of dust,, I filled out the comment card in the room. But we did enjoy the breakfast and found it had enough variety for a nice breakfast.. The bed was very comfortable also and my husband loved the pillows,,wanted to bring one home but I wouldn't let him,, Would stay there again...employees were all very friendly and helpful... 더 보기

We have booked a non-smoking room. The room we were given smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. We complained, and casually were brushed off by the front desk clerk with a "Someone must have smoked in the room". We were then given another room, this time above the pool, which had a very strong odour of chlorine, quite eye stinging. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel decent rate, good location.

We were unable to book anywhere in Burlington area and choose here for closeness to Lake Champlain.The manager and all his staff were all friendly and very helpful and efficient . The Inn and Suites were full but it never felt crowded . We had a very spacious and comfortable room . A serve yourself breakfast had plenty of choice , hot and cold cereals […] , waffles, boiled eggs , toast etc. Internet access in lobby and a laundry on ground floor.The Inn is just off the Interstate and about one and half miles out of St. Albans . We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again when we are in the area. Our room was quiet, clean and the hotel was easy to find. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast offered several choices including fresh fruit and made to order waffles.

When reading hotel reviews, it seems some people expect a five star resort experience at every location. This is not the reality of business or even leisure travel. The La Quinta in St. Albans is clean and comfortable and the staff is courteous. The hotel was renovated in late 2009. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient to start the day. Just off Interstate 89, about 25 miles north of Burlington the hotel was convenient, clean and affordable. Being the newest hotel in the area it was the only choice for me. One of my light bulbs didn't work; but, that is a relatively minor complaint. You could hear people above you which was surprising given the construction of the building. The hotel was quiet. People were friendly. Room was clean as was the rest of the facility.

Everything about my stay was great. The room was clean, the employees were extremely friendly, the morning continental breakfast had tons more than just the normal muffins and coffee. I will stay there every time I go up to Vermont.

Breakfast and internet included which was attractive to us. Convenient location and easy to access. Reception very helpful.

Beds were to short, rooms were very quiet for being on along the highway

Both mornings there was nothing left in the breakfast room by 8:30 not even coffee. We had to leave and go into town to eat breakfast.
