벤 로몬드 스위트, 어센드 컬렉션 호텔 (Ben Lomond Suites, an Ascend Collection hotel) - 오그던

The hotel is very nice.... parking is difficult as it is located in a separate garage that is a good distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel has a grand feel to it.... the suite was spacious and very clean, also the bed was very comfortable. There was also climate control from a central unit which was a BIG plus. Also there was Starbucks coffee […] provided for the coffee pot in the room which was another plus..... The only complaint I had was that the furniture and amenities although nice, were, in a word..... dated. Although it would be a shame for the hotel to lose its grand feel, there's got to be a way to freshen up the decor..... at least a little. Plus I almost needed binoculars to watch sportscenter on the the twenty-some-odd inch tube televisions in the bedroom and living room. The location is great right in the middle of historic downtown close to your choice of dining and activities..... including the concert across the street that was loud and fun but kept me awake.... but ended promptly at midnight. All in all, it's a great place that could use a bit of freshening up. 더 보기

Very nice plase - great breakfast.

The room did not have an iron and an ironing board. I made a request for these items to the front desk and the response time was very slow. I had to call again since I had to get to hearing. By the time the items were delivered, I did not have time to iron my clothes. Thank God, I had some iron free clothes to wear.

Great stay. The staff is great.We stay here at least twice a year. This is the placetostay ifyou are in the OgdenArea. We'll be back!

The antique structure of this building is AMAZING. The rooms could have been more tastefully decorated and easily done up to capture the ambiance that the down stairs lays out. The rooms were sort of cheap motelish, while the downstairs laid out and ambiance of regal living.

This is a bit of a Sad Old Dear of a hotel. But, it was cheap as chips and it was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. There was no room service, despite the lobby restaurant, and if you want a good breakfast go somewhere else. But the staff were super friendly and helpful and it was overall an OK place to stay.

Was really bummed that breakfast was included but not made available until 9:00 AM because it was a weekend. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had breakfast available. We could not get breakfast because we had another obligation at 9:00 AM.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was amazing they were very friendly and gave wonderful suggestions of places to eat and to visit. The room was outstanding and very comfortable. They upgraded our room for no extra charge because it was our first visit. We would love to stay there again.

The room was ok but nothing like the pictures. The jetted tub was a joke and the shower head was terrible. But everything else was fine. Breakfast was good.

I chose the Ben Lomond Hotel because it looked like a unique property with some character. They're on the historic registry, but don't be fooled, this is not a classic, grand hotel. My room was very large and appeared to have formerly been a conference room, or perhaps the fitness center. It was a 2 room suite, with a living room facing the hall that […] had large windows open to people walking by (covered in a translucent film). The furniture was all very classic 80's - I half expected to see a vibrating bed. The breakfast was less than good. My suggestion: stay at the holiday inn express. it may not be great, but at least you know what to expect. Seriously folks 더 보기

Old, run down, toilet did not function properly. View from the window was an exterior wall of the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

The Ben Lomond was a great hotel for us because it was walking distance to historic downtown Ogden. The room was really clean and comfortable. We liked that there were multiple windows which had great views. Unfortunately they did not open but the room temperature was easily controlled by a wall thermostat. My wife and I chose the Ben Lomond Suites as a conveniently-located, moderately- priced hotel for our ski vacation at nearby Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Having never been here before, we were not sure exactly what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to the largest of the Ben Lomond's suites, with seperate, […] very nice and clean sitting room and bedroom - both with TV's. Some of the decor and fixtures were certainly not the latest and greatest, but given that this is a "historic" hotel and that they don't bill themselves as an untra-luxury hotel, we thought they were just fine. The great old architectural details of the building made for a really refreshing alternative to the boredom of the typical cookie-cutter hotels and motels in this price range. An extra we found nice was the attached parking garage. Not having to clear 4" of snow off the rental car in the morning was a real plus. The front desk staff were always welcoming and very, very helpful. They helped us with driving directions to the slopes, getting discounted lift tickets, and getting good deals at good local restauraunts. Many of those restauraunts, by the way, are within easy walking distance down 25th. The free breakfast offered was certainly a step above the usual cold "continental" fare in that each day hot sausages, bacon, hash browns, and eggs were offered. We'd have liked waffles or pancakes in addition, but it was good ski fuel nonetheless. Overall, my wife and I have had nothing but positives to say about the Ben Lomond and our time there. We'd absolutely recommend it to friends and family and we look forward to returning soon. 더 보기

I am very satisfied with my stay at The Ben Lomond. The hotel staff was very helpful with any questions regarding the area and offered me a lot of discounts to restaurants in the area. Not only did they upgrade my room to an executive suite, but they also offered me a free pass to the Gold's Gym up the street which is an awesome facility. The breakfast […] every morning was simple and tasteful with some healthy options. Parking is quick and free as well. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable and the shower even had a jacuzzi in it. I travel a lot for business and this type of service and class of people is tough to find anywhere anymore. I highly recommend The Ben Lomond for your next stay in Ogden, UT. 더 보기

Enjoyed the night, the breakfast was good and the historic feel of the building was aways present

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable with nice sheets. Each room in the hotel is a suite, so we had plenty of space. Elevators are quick and the main lobby and mezzanine areas are beautiful. The breakfast, however, was terrible. Tasteless and barely warm (eggs, sausage, french toast). It was nice to have a free parking ramp, though, […] and the hotel is centrally located near all the action - movie theater, rock climbing and indoor surfing, ice cream parlor, etc. I would stay there again, but would go out for breakfast. Nice service. Older, but fairly updated hotel. They gave me an upgrade upon checkin which was nice. Comfortable and quiet.

This is a historic hotel where the rooms have been substantially remodeled. Its located at the head of the 24th St. "cool zone" in Ogden (I mean Ogden is great for skiing and outdoors, but the town is a bit homely), where there are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping all within easy walking distance. Some of the best sushi I've ever […] had was on 24th St! The room was HUGE and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains. Staff was courteous and eager to please. I love this hotel! Spacious rooms deluxe linens close to snow basin and Powder Mountain Breakfast every morning was delightful!

I loved the old style ballroom, lots of nice pictures and old style lobby, it is a very nice hotel for 1930's history buffs, room was nicely upgraded.

Hotel is great because of it's old feel. Room was up to date, large and spacious. Breakfast great. Covered parking. We were pleased.

Travelled all day and was happy to get to hotel. Good things are that the hotel is quite -very as it is not on the radar. Took a walk to downtown eating area, 5 min walk and had a number of choices. We ate outside on a quite patio. Food was fine, not great. Price was very reasonable and location and atmosphere was great as we were tired and needed something […] quite and pleasant. Hotel room was large and comfortable. Old hotel, so has some issues. Nothing bad though. Breakfast was good and came with room. I figure that takes 15 dollars off. 더 보기

Le mot suite pour les chambres est quelque peu optimiste. Il faut dire que le prix n'est pas très élévé. bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. tout est très correct et le personnel serviable. le côté ancien est assez sympa.
