This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. The free breakfast is really good. Sometimes it seems that they are a bit understaffed during breakfast. Very good customer service at front desk though. I will be staying here again in the near future.

The breakfast area needs to be improved. It really should be cleaner and better kept. There was simply not enough staff.

Great service and wonderful staff at front desk. This is my third time at this hotel. Cleaning staff also is great. Free breakfast buffet every morning and dinner provided free of charge Monday-Thursday. Can't beat it.

Not bad, stuff needed work. Our room was ready, except that it was still being cleaned. The breakfast was good, but a chaotic mess. They needed more help.

This Homewood Suites was OK for our 1-night stay, and had everything I would expect at a Homewood Suites (breakfast, good but not great furniture/appliances in the rooms, little snack shop). I have traveled to approx. 90 countries, and this is one of the best places have have ever stayed in for the United States.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. I would even go out of my way to stay here again.

The Homewood Suites in Lincolnshire is one of the few hotels that you can get a 2-bedroom suite with a sleep sofa in the livingroom and a full kitchen, and two baths. We were looking for a hotel near the Marriott Lincolnshire in Lincolnshire, IL. The major issue I had was the number of parking places. My trip was for a high school reunion. As a result, I returned to the hotel after 11:00 on a couple of occasions. I need a handicap spot and there just weren't any. Overall a decent place to stay with family. I had requested 2 double beds but was given a king bed. I guess you have to get there early to get your preference. The hotel is located next to the freeway and close to many restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Free breakfast every day with complimentary dinner Monday through Thursday. Can't beat that!

Stayed here when we attended my son's graduation from Navy Boot Camp the surrounding area is quiet, its close to I 94 for access to Chicago or Milwaukee the rooms were large clean the staff were friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again!!

Since i first stayed at one of these branches i was very satisfied it is one of my favorite stays and i look for it in whatever location i travel always enjoy the stay!

Initially I had read one bad review and was afraid to book, but ultimately liked everything else I read about this hotel so I took a chance. Every minute I looked around the suite, I found something else I loved about the place, I did not want to leave! Rooms are clean, staff friendly, breakfast buffet very nice, big selection from hot to cold food, something for everyone... did not get to see the evening fare, got here too late Thursday. Had a problem connecting to internet, technician was in my room within 10 minutes and resolved my problem immediately. Kitchen has dishwasher, stove top, fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, even the corkscrew and bottle opener for wine and beer...and besides all that, housekeeping service! Did not get to use pool, seems nice. 24 hour gym available. Had room on top floor, actually could hear the air conditioner's compressor, may have had a maintenance issue, but hotel offered to change rooms. I am very happy I actually booked this hotel! 더 보기

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Full breakfast buffet was included everyday as well as a complimentary dinner buffet Monday through Thursday. Very good deal for the money. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Homewood Suites Lincolnshire was an ideal place for a six-night stay and great value for money. The size of the rooms was very nice, the complimentary breakfast was good. I was there for two nights, for some reason the room did not seem to heat up, there must be something wrong with their heating system, I set the thermostat at 90 degrees and it was still cold. Service, and hotel was clean......smaller than I thought.

The staff was very helpful upon check-in/out. The breakfast, which was included, had several selections from hot to cold foods. The breakfast eating area was clean and nicely decorated. Our room was clean and we didn't hear too much noise from others on our floor. Definitely would stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I was there for over a week. Since I was mostly confined to the hotel, and had no car in the Chicago suburbs, I spent an entire week literally in the hotel. We were 3 adults in one room, and not once did I feel cramped or an urge to leave. Plus there's always free coffee and tea downstairs. From the start everyone in the staff was always super friendly. The room was clean and BIG - a nice sized room with a king sized bed, spacious bathroom with outside sink, and spacious living room with one 3 person couch and another 1 person couch, a table, a TV, and kitchen with full fridge, microwave, toaster, and stove. The pool is spacious and indoor, it also has a small gym. It is within 1-10 miles of stores, restaurants and a shopping mall. Internet / wifi worked perfectly. Our brief stay at this hotel was all we could have wished it would be. The large 3 bedroom suite had enought room for 4 adults with the 2 double beds and the king. We were able to accomodate a port-a-crib easily. The kitchen area was a useful amenity that provided enough room for our use. Very nice hotel, great for family travel. Large suites, private bedrooms, kitchenettes, great breakfast included...would stay again for sure!

This is a wonderful hotel with many surprises! The pool was great and the free breakfast is the best free breakfast I have ever had. The rooms are perfect for families and business travelers alike. A little tip for those traveling with their laptops get a room near the lobby so you can pick up their wireless internet otherwise you will need a Ethernet cord. The only complaint I have is that the hotel charges a fee for incidentals and doesn't tell you, when I asked them to explain they said that it would be taken off the bill if the room is in order. It has almost been a week and I am still waiting for it to be taken off. the hotel was very nice and pretty much everything it said it was. the only thing was that it says it has a stove and i was expecting it would have an oven to go with that. the buffet style breakfast was good except the last day where they served what they called eggs,but it looked like vomit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We'll definately stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel while attending a show at the Marriott Lincolnshire, and were very impressed. It is immaculately clean, well maintained, reasonably priced, and very comfortable. The hotel offers nightly wine and snacks, even hamburgers and hot dogs, and a very substantial breakfast in the morning as well. We'll return when in the area.

The room that we were assigned to was not clean. When it was time for bed, we noticed that the blanket had stains on them. When I called the front desk to let them know, we were brought a fresh set of sheets (no pillow cases) and not a blanket. The employee left the sheets with me at the front door and quickly ran away before I was able to inform her […] that she didn't bring us a fresh blanket. After calling her again, she brought us a supposedly cleaner blanket and left us to make the bed ourselves. I had shown her the stain saying that I believed it was fresh blood. She responded by telling me that it was "only coffee, probably, or the staff cut themselves and bled on the blanket." When I asked if they wash their blankets after every guest she responded with, "I don't know. I think so." She then proceeded to rip the soiled blanket out of my hands and left. To make matters worse, there was a constant drip coming from the bathroom the entire night and the internet did not work. The next morning I went to speak with a manager and was ignored by the supervisor becuase there were "VIP" guests that showed up, even though I was in line before them. This went on for close to 30 minutes. Finally, when she got around to "helping me," she informed me that we were checked out (even though we had booked for 2 additional nights) and that she refused to help me from that point forward. After calling Hotels.com and they were prompt in sending a confirmation that we were, in fact, still checked in, she told me that we had been charged double for our room (once from Hotels.com and once from Homewood Suites). She later reimbursed us for the second charge and only after I demanded to be moved to another room, did she put us in a room that she claimed was "much better" than the one that we were originally given. When I asked why they didn't give us the "much better" room in the first place, she was at a loss for words. For our trouble, she offered us a free movie rental. The second roo 더 보기
