Unbelievable staff - extremely helpful, friendly, etc. etc. You can tell that customer service is a priority here. Would stay there again just because of the staff. Beds could use some updating, but not terrible - great hotel.

The pillows at the hotel were a little to small, and the ac was not putting out at all

You can walk to numerous restaurants and the largest Mall in the greater Houston area. The only negative thing is that the Hotel need to have more than one (1) person attending Breakfast. I stayed 3 nights and was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and the location was perfect for my needs. The Galleria area is very nice. My room was comfortable and in good condition. I also liked having wired internet (a network cable is already present in the room) as I've had bad experiences in the past with WiFi-based […] hotel internet, though they do also have WiFi available in the lobby. The room was also equipped with a nice decently sized LCD TV. No issues with noise/odors/insects/etc. I'm fairly picky/observant and the only complaint I could possibly make would be some crumbs around the border of the kitchen area that were missed when they had cleaned the room after the previous guest. 더 보기

My travel was for business, and I look for hotels with internet. This hotel has internet, but not wireless in the room. My room did not have an internet cable, and I did not bring one. The desk people said they would bring on to my room, but it never made it. Other than that the room was great, and the desk staff was very pleasant.

Desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Every member of the hotel staff was always helpful and in good spirits. The room was clean with very good air conditioning. Very convenient location next to the Galleria.

Greit midt-på-treet hotell med god service, frokost inkludert, og alle tenkelige fasiliteter. Store rom med mulighet for å lage mat selv, her kunne jeg godt tatt med familien. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.
