It depends a lot on the hotel room you get. Shower was broken in first room, second room I got booked in was much nicer. Many features rather resemble a 2-3 star hotel than a 4-star, but some of the rooms are almost 4 stars.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night but I found it very comfortable. Large room, good bed, very nice staff, good breakfast. Would have no problems recommending it to others.

Mixed feelings about this hotel, which is undeniably close to the main railway station, so if ease of access is a priority, then it's ok. My room was clean and quiet (as requested), but the walls were completely bare, which was rather depressing. The Hotel was a nightmare to find, Parking was a nightmare and very expensive and the staff unhelpful and unfriendly.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights its in a great location ,however, the lifts are tiny and very slow, and we had a big problem with the hot water supply to the shower and bath. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star and not as a 4. the good side was the bar and the breakfast hall. I was impressed with this hotel. I was a single traveller visiting a girlfriend in Antwerp and chose it being close to the station. I booked it at discounted price and did complain about one side of the mattress being badly worn. There was also the problem using the bath shower mixer with a shower curtain which failed to stop the floor getting flooded. […] The staff assured me this issue was being reviewed. I have my own small kettle which I plugged into the wall socket ,with the correct plug, to make some tea and it blew all the lights etc in the room. I was tmoved to a new room. I went to put some orange juice and water into the mini bar fridge of the second room and discovered what looked like black mold in the fridge. It looked like the fridge had […] broken down and was not cleaned. I was moved again this time the room had a really bad smell but I was too tried to care and just stayed. The staff were really lovely and the reivew is no reflection on them but I could not in all honesty recommend this hotel. We had a fabulous break in De Keyser Hotel. The location was ideal as we were purchasing a diamond ring. The old town is where the main tourist area is but we were only 15 mins walk away. The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was small but very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location by the train station, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Elevators need an upgrade though!!

Staff and management have no skill in services. They were unapologetic about giving us a room with a broken shower (we had a cold shower). They couldn't provide us with a baby cod because housekeeping left for the day and it was 4pm on a Saturday! We left behind our daughter's cuddly toy. VERY convenient. Only 7 meters from the Anthwerp train station I believe. The people at the front desk spoke decent English and was very helpful with everything. From the outside, this does not look like a 4 star hotel. The elevator and hall leading to the room was so ghetto. But when we got to our room, it was freaking amazing. la habitacion del hotel no esta mal, tiene cama muy grande y comoda y un televisor grande de pantalla plana. el personal del hotel es correcto pero no esperes que sean muy amables. la situacion del hotel es ideal porque esta en pleno centro. no recomiendo este hotel porque las instalaciones tienen muchos fallos, para empezar no hay calefacion, solo […] hay un aparato de aire acondicionado que sopla aire caliente y que hace tanto ruido que no se puede dejar encendido para poder dormir, he pasado un frio bestial porque en enero en belgica hace demaseado frio para dormir sin calefacion.Luego el agua de la ducha no sale constante porlo qual estas obligado a tomar un baño para no sentir el agua helada o quemarte.la bañera es muy pequeña por lo qual tomar un baño es complicado.la habitacion no tiene aislamiento, si tienes vecinos ruidosos no pegas ojo en todo la noche.la habitacion esta vestida todo de negro, muebles negros, cortinas negras y muy poca luz, solo hay luz indirecta por lo qual esto parece la boca de un lobo. la limpieza deja de desear muchisimo, para empezar me encontre uñas cortadas en el suelo y en la bañera pelos del visitante anterior, lo qual me daba mucho asco.no creo que sea culpa del personal sino que les dan a lo mejor muy poco tiempo por cada habitacion por lo qual no pueden hacer la limpieza adecuada. este hotel no es apto para personas alergicas, he estado estornudando toda mi estancia, tiene moquetas gruesas en todo el hotel y cortinas muy espeseas, es un nido de acaros! es la segunda vez que he visitado este hotel, la primera vez tambien me molesto la falta de limpieza en la habitacion pero decidi darle otra oportunidad por su buena ubicacion, pero estoy decidida en elegir otro hotel mi proxima visita a amberes. 더 보기

J'ai fait part de ma déception, de ma colère et de mon indignation au personnel lors de mon check-out. Les réceptionnistes ont été adorables, mais la chambre était abjecte (905) papier peint déchiré à un endroit, des taches visibles sur le mur et le comble, c'est que le lavabo était bouché et malgré les efforts faits par la réception, le technicien […] n'est pas intervenu. Le pompon, pas d'eau chaude. Je souhaite que mon argent soit remboursé car c'était notre premièr Nouvel An pour ma fiancée et moi. Nous avons pris une belle douche froide et avons regretté ce séjour qui aurait du être beau. Je regrette que tout le travail méticuleux effectué par les réceptionnistes soit sabordé par un tel manquement dans la maintenance d'un quatre étoiles. 더 보기

駅横で意外や意外、お洒落なホテルだった。 駅にレンタカー会社もあるのし、繁華街まで 歩いてもすぐ。カテトラル大聖堂へも地下鉄ですぐ。 駅に到着後タクシーを利用しなくても良いのは楽。 美人系女性スタッフの愛想も良く親切だった。 部屋も清潔で綺麗だし小じんまりしているがセンスの良いホテルである。昼過ぎにホテルに到着した為、荷物を 預け、観光に。夕方戻るとドイツの女性（これがまた綺麗系！）ツアー軍団のチェックインと遭遇。添乗員がテキパキとさばき、10分程待ってでチェックインできた。 タクシーで希望のレストラン（No.1ソムリエール）に向かい帰りは適当にバスに乗ってドライバーに中央駅方面に行くかと訪ね乗りこんだ。駅（ホテル）横50mの所で親切に教えてくれた。やはり利潤性はとても良い。

Een grote tegenvaller was de lift. Die deed het soms niet en als die het deed was het uren wachten. Verder zou ik iedereen dit hotel aanraden, het personeel is leuk, ontbijt is goed, de ligging is goed.

+Positief+ 1. Personeel hebben wij als zeer aardig en behulpzaam ervaren 2. De kamer (achterzijde) was goed, donker en rustig 3. Bed is aangenaam: niet hard, niet zacht 4. Locatie van het hotel 5. Hotel only 50 meters from the central station and 10 min walk from the old town (Rubens House). Fine hotel taken into account the rebate achived, very silent and great breakfast restaurant

Dette hotel er en virkelig god løsning til prisen. Det ligger uhyre centralt i forhold til bymidte og banegård. Der går desuden ekspresbus til lufthavnen i Brussel hver time og bussen holder lige uden for døren. (Pris 10 euro), Værelserne er ok. Det eneste man skal være opmærksom på er, at den lave pris finansieres af at morgenmaden koster 20 euro ekstra […] pr. person. Men lige nede ad gaden kan forsyne sig med billig morgenmad til under det kvarte. Desuden meget venligt og imødekommende personale. 더 보기

Hotellet blev valgt da det var det billigste vi kunne finde i området. Til prisen var det super. Vi fik en god betjening og værelset var altid gjort godt i stand, når vi vendte tilbage, efter af have været ude. Dejligt at kunne komme gratis på nettet.

Very nice hotel to a good value. Friendly staff that went beyond call of duty to help us. Good location and eventhough our room had window to the street we where not bothered by traffic. Street was quite. Highly recommended.
