The TV reception was pretty bad. The hotel noise was bad. The hotel was over priced for what you got. On a positive note, the breakfast that was offered was very good.

The front desk, lobby area were nice, as were the attendants. Convenient location to where I had business in town. The room itself was comfortable, as was the bed. However, the carpet could use replacing or vigorous cleaning, and the room had an overall odor that was not pleasant. From the standpoint of feeling secure, the rooms are also outside access, […] which is not my preferred layout. Also, the ice and vending machines were accessible only by going outside, to the end of the building, and into the laundry room with a guest key. Clean room, close to Navy Base and ODU. Great Price and an indoor pool for the kids.

When going up to just check in, I was told to hold on by the person at the front desk because she was talking to someone on the phone. The rooms were actually pretty clean and neat. The maid constantly knocked on our door even though we put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The day of our check out we were getting ready to go to the front desk to check out […] when the maid knocked on our door, with the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. Asked if we were checking out and when we told her yes and that we were getting ready to go up now, she walked up to the front desk and had them call to our room and rush us out of the room so she could clean it. Hotel service wasn't the best, which makes me not want to go back and stay there. The area around the best either if you are taking your family or even just your kids. 더 보기

I was surprised at the clenliness of this hotel. The rooms were nicer than expected. I did think it was a little overpriced. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Gewählt hatten wir dieses Hotel u. a. wegen der Lage. Die Naval Base war in direkter Nähe und das Hotel nach der Wegbeschreibung auch einfach zu finden. In unmittelbarer Nähe waren einige Restaurants, was auch angenehm war. Im Zimmerpreis war ein kontinentales Frühstück enthalten, was sogar umfangreicher […] war, als erwartet (es gab z. B. gekochte Eier, man konnte sich Waffeln frisch zubereiten, es gab Cereal, Toast, Muffins, Marmelade, Frischkäse, Orangensaft). Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich un bemüht. Die Zimmer waren typisch amerikanisch, geräumig, allgemein in einem ordentlichen Zustand und sauber. 더 보기
