The hotel was very nice and the ratio of price to quality was really good. The staff could speak English well and the service was good. The breakfast was quite versatile. The room was tidy and cozy. The only thing that could be complained about was that there were marks on the floor and on the wall that the furniture used to be in a different place […] and there was a little tear in the wallpaper. The location is really good, although it's not in the city center. The public transportation of Vienna works really well. The surrounding neighbourhood is a bit...well, shady. But I still don't think it can be called a dangerous neighbourhood. All in all, a good hotel. 더 보기

I had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The room is clean and the size is just fine for 2 people. Only thing that is missing is that the hotel does not provide kettle. The WIFI is stable, receptionist is friendly.

The room and the bathroom clean, but quite small. All facilites in the room, but not tea/coffee facilities. No free coffee, fruits or water at the recetipon. No chocolates in the room for "good night". No welcome drink on arrival. I experienced all this in some other 4 star hotels. Breakfast is big, but eggs, sausages and bacon were always cold. Juices […] tasted artificially. Good selection of bread and pastries. The location is conveniant for U Bahn (U6), otherwise not very pleasant and elegant quarter. I was initially worried about the location, travel to and from the airport, but their subway system made it very easy. The hotel was located very near their public transit system, making it very easy to get around. Can't say enough about the staff. Very helpful, took the time to help. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Having a pool was great. Breakfast […] in the morning was a good spread. The area the hotel was located in at first seemed questionable, till I realised all of Vienna was like that. And there was a real good Turkish restaurant close by. This is a nice hotel about 3 km from the centre but pretty straight forward directions to the centre. The room is clean and nice but the beds are very hard.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Eurostars Vienna. We were upgraded (for free) to a triple instead of a double. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel and we could see a good amount of Vienna from our hotel room. Our room was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The concierge was pretty helpful too. A section of the Metro was closed […] for repairs and it made getting to the hotel pretty difficult. Thankfully, the concierge later told us how to get to the train station and Prater - avoiding the part of the Metro that was closed. The part of town that the hotel is located in is kind of weird but it was safe. Overall, this was a really good deal for the money! 더 보기

Hotel Eurostars Vienna is just a normal hotel. If you're looking for a place to stay, with reasonable price, comfortable beds... this could be the place. You will need to take public transportation to get closer to the city center. The neighborhood is not that great if you're walking around late evening or night (would not advise it for single women […] travelling - but was fine walking with my partner). 더 보기

Very good breakfast. Hotel Restaurant provides Lunch and Dinner at reasonable price. Using public transportation you can get to the City Center in 15 min so I would recommend to by a Vienna Pass (is sold in the Hotel). The pool is small but good to relax for a while.

I do not think this hotel deserves its 4 star rating. For the price, I expected alot more. The room was rather dirty and toiletries were not replaced. Room was not well sound proofed - could hear everythinh that went on in neighbouring rooms. Not as close to the train as other hotels. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was nicely put together in the common areas and the desk staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very small, but well taken care of. My only complaint was the "fitness room" which consisted of a collection of outdated exercise equipment that seemed to be collected from garage sales. That is not an exaggeration—useless. […] Unfortunately I definitely wanted to be able to exercise while on vacation and this was a disappointment. Hôtel simple, type Ibis en moins relooké. Les photos du site embellissent l'hôtel et le rendent plus attrayant que la réalité. Le personnel de la réception (présent le soir) a été des plus désagréables. On avait vraiment l'impression de déranger en venant prendre notre chambre. Pour le reste, l'hôtel reste bien situé avec tram et métro à proximité. […] Le petit-déjeuner à 15 Euros est largement trop cher. Nous avons décidé d'aller le prendre en ville. C'est moins cher et largement plus sympa. Hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas. Mais il faut reconnaître que ce ne sont que des détails (certes importants) qui ne nous ont pas empêchés de passer un excellent week-end dans cette superbe ville de Vienne. 더 보기

Hotel was very nice and hospitility. Great views of seventh floor room. Good breakfast! Definitely value for money.

Sobre todo si eres español y no dominas mucho el inglés o alemán, este hotel es el tuyo, ya que casi todo el mundo habla bien español y te pueden ayudar en cualquier información que ncesites. Las instalaciones estaban bien aunque no disfrutamos mucho de ellas, los alrededores son seguros y hay varias líneas de transporte público cerca del hotel, supermercados […] etc. La relación calidad-precio me parece inmejorable. 더 보기

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Die U-Bahnstation Alserstraße ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder dort buchen.

Jeg havde bestilt rygeværelser - hvilket fremgik ved bestilling. Hele hotellet var dog røgfrit, meget meget irriterende når jeg nu havde bestilt netop hotel med mulighed for rygning. es un hotel que se caracteriza por la cordialidad del personal, siempre están dispuestos a responder y guiar a los huéspedes. Me sentí muy cómoda y aunque no esta en el centro es muy fácil moverse porque se cuenta con transporte publico en la puerta del hotel.

The hotel and the shape of the hotel is good. The largest problems is that you can hear everything the neighbours are saying - it is like they are in the same room as you. Veldig bra hotell, men dårlig frokost. De som jobbet der hadde ikke oppfølging av hva som befant seg på frokostbordet. Trygg og god parkering. Liste støy. Bra beliggenhet litt utenfor gamleby, men gode kommunikasjonsmidler i umiddelbar nærhet. Godt fornøyd.

Assez éloigné du centre mais arrêt de tram à proximité. Hôtel sans charme dans les normes Holiday Inn mais vieillissant. Fréquenté par des groupes de touristes. Assez bruyant Service correct. Trés bien pour un séjour en familleavec 3 ados.

Location is Ok. Tram stop is right in front of the hotel and U-Bahn is also nearby. Floors of our room were a little dusty but otherwise clean. In our floor (3rd) there is virtually no need for an intercom, since you can see almost through the vents to the room next door - not to mention hearing everything you speak with a normal tone. Overall I wouldn't […] give this hotel 4 stars, but I guess it all depends on the services provided. We didn't try out the breakfast since we found a coffee shop nearby Westbahnhof that offered a breakfast for two for just under four euros (!) Hotel has also a pool, but we didn't try it out either. Virkelig fint hotel med fine værelser, flot reception, og fantastisk hjælpsomt personale,morgenmade var fantastisk der mangler ikke noget. Hvis der skal være noget dårligt at sige er det gulvtæppet ude for værelserne det var meget plettet og slidt ,og det er lidt synd da det er det første man ser. Ud over det kan vi kun anbefale hoteller.

Morgenmaden er udemærket, men det kan godt være en stresset oplevelse hvis der er mange gæster der skal spise og være klar på et bestemt tidspunkt.

Fik først et værelse (1.sal) der var så lille man ikke kunne gå rundt om sengen.Gardinet var delvis faldet ned og kunne ikke trækkes for. Badeværelset måtte man gå helt ind i for at kunne lukke døren, som i øvrigt ikke kunne lukkes helt op da den stødte på badet.Der var utrolig lydt både fra naboer og større trafikåre ret udenfor hotellet. Da der var […] party hos naboerne bad vi om et andet værelse. Fik et på 3.sal som var OK for et 3 (->2)stjerners hotel. Morgenmaden var Ok, med et pænt udvalg og af tilfredsstillende kvalitet. Das Hotel genügt für ein Wochenende, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen. Der Pool sieht auf dem Foto super aus, ist aber in wirklichkeit sehr klein und ungepflegt. Am meisten haben mich die Damen an der Reception enttäuscht. Sie gaben nur sehr widerwillig Auskunft, die dann aber auch nicht korrekt war. Ein bisschen mehr freundlichkeit […] wäre sehr wünschenswert. Am aller Besten hat mir das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen, super lecker!!! Kompliment! 더 보기

Meget fint hotell til prisen.. Kun 10 min med trikk til sentrum. Trikkeholdeplass rett utenfor hotellet. Fine rom, fantastisk frokost, og gode treningsmuligheter pluss basseng i kjelleren.. Vel verdt pengene og anbefales på det varmeste. God service fra personalet..

Hôtel sans prétention , à 10-15 mn du centre ville en tramway , dont une station se trouve au pied de l'hôtel. Hotel situé en face arrêt Tram reliant le centre en 10 minutes. Très bon accueil. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Lækkert hotel med engelsktalende og venligt personale. rigtig lækker morgenmadsbuffet der klart er pengene værd, der er rugbrød, franskbrød, en del kager og oste bacon pølser og æg samt lækker frisk frugt og en hel del andet. Der er en computer i receptionen med internetadgang som gratis kan benyttes, hvis den vel og mærke er fri. Airkonditionen virkede […] 4 ud af 5 nætter, og uden bliver det virkelig varmt.
