Everything was fine besides some guests being loud and obnoxious outside of my room door at all types of the day and night. There should be signs that point in the right direction of where the pool and gym were. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to find. And the breakfast buffet should have a lower price for what they serve.

We enjoyed our stay here on our way to the city. Nice pool (a bit cold) but had a life gaurd, which was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again! Very close to the site of the Battle of Bull Run which was nice. The kids enjoyed it.

Was a new hotel. Was a great place. Had my own balcony which made it nice. They need to have direction signs put up. That new. Plan to stay there again in Apr.

I just love this hotel. We have 2 children and its really nice to have a clean feeling place to stay with them

I don't know when I've felt more comfortable in a hotel. The staff were so friendly, they gave the feel of family -- from check in to check out. The hot tub was really hot; the pool temp was delightful. Whoever designed the place should get an award for the way space was arranged.. the flow was ideal for whatever you needed.. the TV didn't take over […] the sitting area, there were comfy chairs in front of a fireplace, the computer area was enclosed and private, the eating area was light and inviting and the food was great. There was an area across the road for other dining or if you needed anything, and it was very close to the Manassas Battlefield trails for a morning hike in the fresh air. Because it was cool, we didn't use the outside, but you could see there were tables and private areas in a sweet garden. Couldn't beat all that for the price. Members of our family gathered there to attend a family gathering close by, and we all agreed we would stay there again the next time we travel here. Congratulations to the Marriott Courtyard! Kudos! Great hotel. Stayed with my children. They liked the indoor pool. It is clean and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is fine...just like any Courtyard. But the towels were cheap, the promised 24-hour-available coffee was not available, the promised daily newspaper never arrived and twice we had to track down glasses for the rooms. Were I to go back to the area I'd try one of the many nearby competitors

The room was fairly clean and it was in a good location surrounded by stores, gas stations and many places to eat. The only thing that was missing was a microwave for our room and it would have been nice if they had at least offered continental breakfast but for the rate that we got the room that was ok. Overall it was a good stay!

It was a pleasant stay.

This is a reconverted courtyard; was very clean and convenient. Staff was friendly.

Upon arrival, I noted that the room I had been assigned was in the wing which was farthest from the exercise room. The lady at the desk, Edna, immediately asked if I would like to be closer and gave me a room directly across the hallway. This is customer service as it should be. Well done, Courtyard, and especially, Edna!

Very nice room for the rate I received.

The hotel and room was extremely clean and the location was perfect. The bed and bedding was awesome. It was the most comfortable bed that i have ever slept on in a hotel. If all Marriott's have this type of bed, that is where we will be staying from now on!! The only negative is that the Marriott does not provide any type of breakfast for free.

Hotel was being painted while we were there,and all the rooms had opaq piece of plastic over them. You could tell if it was night or day, but that's about it. I had asked for a recommendation at the desk for dinner, and ended up traveling to a restaurant five miles out of my way which was little more than a shack, and that was after asking him for a […] nice place to take my eighty-six year-old mother. I have no idea how I may have "ticked" him off for what to me was no joke. To top everything off the breakfast buffet was NOT INCLUDED. Hotel was close to 66. Great breakfast buffet and close to some shopping.

Hotel staff was excellent and the check in process was very quick. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel for families, as I traveled with 2 toddlers and we were treated very well.

I can not gush too much as to the cleanliness of your hotel. Our room even SMELLED clean! When we would open the door you were greated with that wonderful clean smell.....OUTSTANDING! We had driven in from RI overnight. We checked at the front desk to see if we could possibally check-in early. Oh YES....not only we they very understanding of how tired […] we were your front desk allowed us to check-in at 9:30 AM! The employee at the front desk, Edna, went out of her way to explain all features of the hotel and thank us for staying with Marriott. You are very blessed to have such a friendly and professional employee. She represents your corporation beautifully. A free or lower priced breakfast would have been nice. Helpful staff. Made my stay very enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble.

booked online with confirmation showing 2 queen,and rollaway bed.@ check in was told rollaway's were illegal due to fire code.they did upgrade me to a suite,since they were slow.would have been a real problem otherwise.must be an older courtyard,bathroom very small in comparison to other courtyards..

the air conditionair was not cold enough, outside temp was in the 100s making the room warm,, the swimming pool doesnt op[en till 5:00pm on weekdays, and like i said it was over a 100 degress out side, when we complained to manager , he was very rude about it,,,, the the life guard was late and pool didnt open till 5:15 with over 20 mad people waiting […] outside the door,,, The main reason we choose this hotel and not a cheaper one was because of the pool, 더 보기

Enjoyed my stay in the room during a very hot week in Manassas! Cleanliness of the room was A+. The bed was comfortable and the view relaxing.

My husband and I, were very pleased with the hotel. The balcony in the evening added a nice touch.

This hotel was a good deal for the price. Right in the heart of Manassas near everything and convenient to the interstate.

The courtyard has a hot tub and pool which was nice. There used to be free hot breakfast, but now they charge $8.95 per person. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

very impressed with the hotel very nice and clean. they must have did some updates because I did not see anything "falling apart". TV chanels not very good selection. But over all I loved my stay here. Thank you!

Very nice facility; will stay again. Only problem was we had four people listed to stay in room and we only had 3 bath towels and washclothes

Centrally located steps from the Cracker Barrel /restaurant and within walking distance to the Manassas Battlefield. Well priced and well maintained.

When I walked into room there was a foul smell in the room I went into the restroom and there was a pair of womens underwear on back of door. I went and told desk clerk Her manager did not believe me. The clerk went to room and removed under wear the smell went away The manager never apologized. didn't realize breakfast wasn't included. TV remote stinks - have to repeatedly go through menu to get regular channels. They do everything to make watching free TV cumbersome.

The place was clean and run efficiently. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family all had rooms in the same hall. All in all a very pleasant stay for a very reasonable price.

The location and condition of the hotel are good - there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The service at breakfast was excellent and the breakfast food was very good. Clean, well appointed rooms. VERY courteous staff that went out of their way to make us comfortable and get accurate information to us about Manassas and the surrounding area. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel.

Within walking distance of Metro station. Only .5 mile walk to Old Town Alexandria, dining shopping and 1.5 mile walk to the harbor and The Torpedo Factory if you are into art.
