Friendly staff, OK location, moldy smell.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for two nights. Usually, I pick up a bit before housekeeping comes in but the second day of our stay we had to run out of there for an event. When we came back to the hotel - the room was again spotless and we had left a bit of a mess. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast […] was good with a variety of options - oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, muffins, fresh fruit, waffles, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. Breakfast is from 7 am - 10 am. Also, I've got to mention the toilet. It had that option for doing the half flush and the full flush depending on the business. I will stay there again. 더 보기

This hotel isn't terrible, but it's sub-par even for other two-star hotels in this area. The lobby is very small and cramped, and doubles as the breakfast area (no tables, etc. - four people had trouble fitting in this area). The desk clerk said they were remodeling the breakfast area, but I have no idea if that's true or when it might be finished. […] I didn't try the breakfast, but the selection looked limited to "fruit" juice and make-your-own waffles as the only hot item. The walls in this hotel were the thinnest I've encountered. It was easy to hear spoken conversation in the next rooms, what they had on TV, etc. I am not a light sleeper, but was woken by people walking (just walking, not stomping) in the room above me, and when the shower in the next room was turned on. The hotel was clean but showed a lot of "deferred maintenance" or quick fixes instead of real fixes to breakdowns or maintenance issues. Finally, parking is limited, so if you get there late you'll have to find parking elsewhere. It's on a busy street (El Camino) so I don't know where you'd have to go to park. 더 보기

The hotel appears to have been renovated recently and is in very good condition. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. We stayed five nights and the room was cleaned every day. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a cost-effective place to stay.

Located in a central area if you are doing work in Palo Alto or Mountain View. The room quality was better than I expected from the check in area. The only downside for me was that there was no gym/treadmill which actually turned out to be great because I found the Stevens Creek Trail nearby which is an amazing running/cycling trail to work out on. […] It was such a treat. I was only there for one night on business and it worked for me...if you want a hotel meal or bar...no go here. But well worth the price. 더 보기

Received an upgrade to a King size bed which was nice, but the room wasn't totally clean when I checked in. The motel is located on a fairly busy street and the room faced the street so there was some noise. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The pool and hot tub were closed by the state so that was not too good to see. Overall this motel was […] good for a basic place to stay. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom so that was an inconvenience as well. 더 보기

Pluses: I loved that this hotel was so close to the Shoreline Amphitheater. The office staff was friendly and attentive. The mattress was firm and comfy. Reasonable price for the area. Minuses: The building and furnishings appeared to be falling into general disrepair. The carpets looked and felt old and dingy. Minor amenities like in-room coffee supplies […] and lobby breakfast, which for some reason make a big impression on me, were of very poor quality. The room was clean enough, though far from spotless (especially the bathroom), and with two queen beds was very cramped. Next time, I'll probably stay further away in order to be more comfortable. 더 보기

Very nice hotel for the price. Manager on duty was very nice and helpful. I checked in very late at night but check in was quick and easy. Room was really comfortable. Will definately stay here again.

Did everything to antagonize the customer. The A/C in the room assigned was detached from wall with big hole to the outside. Breakfast is pathetic.

I was a little concerned about the traffic noise when I realized our room was on the street side, but it was suprisingly quiet. The room had new windows which I think helped quite a bit. Friday night we had some noisy neighbors, but other than that it was quiet. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a little […] table and a couple chairs in each room for breakfast because there is no place in the lobby to eat, but it was only a minor incovienence. Housekeeping did a good job. There was always clean towels and the beds were made everyday. Overall I was pleased with my stay and would stay again. 더 보기
