도쿄타워가 한눈에 보이는 슈페리어 트윈룸 ! 너무너무 좋았습니다. 시나가와역에서는 조금 거리가 있지만 셔틀버스를 타면 되니까 만족:) 다만 첫날엔 셔틀버스 시간이 지나버려서 걸어갔는데 캐리어를 끌고 언덕을 올라가려니 너무 힘들었어요ㅜㅜ그래도 호텔직원들 모두 친절하고 룸도 생각보다 꽤나 넓고 화장실도 꽤 넓은 편이어서 불편함 없이 잘 묵었습니다. 최고에요:) !!!!다음에 도쿄에 가도 또 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

하네다 공항에서 교통이 아주 편리하고 시간적으로도 절약이 많이 됩니다.나리타공항으로의 공항버스도 호텔에 한시간에 한두대씩 있어서 편리하고 시설 또한 깔끔하고 럭셔리하여 매우 만족스럽게 지냈습니다.

2박3일 묵었습니다. 무엇보다도 객실이 넓어서, 2인 사용하기에 무척 편했습니다. 시나가와 역의 교통도 좋아서 도쿄를 다니는 데 무리도 없었고, 나리타에서 넥스를 타고 환승없이 이동할 수 있는 거리기도 합니다. 문제는 지하철역과 호텔간의 거리인데... 거리는 멀지 않으나, 약간 경사입니다. 여유있게 다니기엔 먼 거리가 아니나 여름엔 더울 수 있습니다. 시나가와 역과 호텔간의 셔틀버스가 있긴 한데... 자주 있지 않습니다. 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 도쿄에가도 프린스 호텔을 찾을 듯 합니다.

친정엄마와 두돌 안된 딸, 이렇게 삼모녀가 떠난 도쿄였어요. 누군가의 여행기를 보고 이 호텔을 알게 됐고 덜렁 예약을 했지요. 무리하지 말고(그럴 수도 없거니와) 마트나 드럭스토어에서 쇼핑이나 하고 오자, 하고 떠난 여행이었는데 아무리 그래도 평상시보다 많이 걷고 피곤할 수 밖에요. 호텔 가까이 시나가와 역의 아케이드 몰이 있어서 참 편했답니다. 단, 늦게 저녁 먹을 데가 없어요 이 호텔에는. 대부분 아홉시 쯤 문을 닫아서 정원을 가로질러 옆 호텔인 그랜드 프린스 호텔('뉴'가 아닌)에 가서 먹어야 했답니다. 올초 미야자끼 갔을 때 호텔 로비 까페에서 아기랑 라이브 음악에 맞춰 춤췄던 추억을 또 재현하려 했으나 그런 까페도 […] 없더군요. 위치상 긴자며 오모떼산도, 모두 가까워요. 도쿄장난감 미술관도 추천. 이온몰도 20분 거리에 있어 좋았네요. 더 보기

시나가와 역에서 걸어다니기에 좀 먼것을 빼고는 만족스럽습니다. 시나가와 역에서 30분마다 호텔로의 셔틀이 있지만 홈페이지에 공지가 되지 않아서 시간대를 전화로 확인한 점도 매우 불편한 점입니다. 시나가와 역에서 호텔까지가 오르막 경사여서 하루 일과를 마치고 피곤한 상태에서 걷기에 힘이 들었습니다. 또한 주변에 콘비니가 전혀 없고 호텔 1층에만 있습니다. 간단한 식사를 할려고 해도 시나가와 역까지 가야되고 술이라도 한잔할려면 시나가와 역 동쪽출구로 가야하니 그 거리가 꽤 됩니다.

이 호텔은 도쿄 가격에 조금 벗어나고 싶은 사람들에게 좋은 곳이다. 도쿄역에서 기차로 대략 12-15분 걸림. 편의시설은 훌륭했고 현지에 돌고래쇼, 바다사자쇼, 아쿠아리움과 실내 볼링, 영화관과 쇼핑을 할 수 있는 복합단지가 있다. 도쿄타워에 가깝다. 아침식사를 하러 갔던 베이커리 스타일 레스토랑(가격에 정말 좋은 가치)을 포함해 다양한 레스토랑들이 있다. Happo-en에 있는 결혼식을 참가했고 이곳이 결혼식장 근처라 선택했다. 나는 아직 개조하지 않은 오래된 객실중의 하나에 묵었다. 그러나 객실은 여전히 근사한 모양이었고, 도쿄의 기준에서는 컸다. 전력 제한 및 지진으로 인한 단조로운 주변지역으로 인해 빈 객실이 많았다. 그 자체로 훌륭한 위치인 호텔은 모든 것으로 연결해주는 Shinagawa 역에서 매우 가깝다. 쉽게 갈수 있는 영어를 사용하는 레스토랑이 충분히 있다.

Loved the rooms, big and roomy and more than enough space to move around without having to walk over the top of your luggage. The sheets were clean, drip coffee was fantastic. In fact, less shopping was done because we ended up sleeping late every morning. Loved this place to bits.

Since Grand Prince New Takanawa shares a wonderful garden with Sakura Tower and Grand Prince hotel, you can have a lot of beautiful pictures taken right outside your hotel. Stayed here during my trip in November for 4 nights. Counter staffs were very polite and efficient, they will always greet you whenever they saw you. But command of English still need slight improvement. Room was in a great and clean condition when I checked in. Surprised at how spacious and clean the room was and there is even a balcony. Location wise is not bad, but if you are with a heavy suitcase, then the gentle slope to the hotel from Shinagawa JR station might prove tiring and abit challenging. Getting to the hotel from Shinagawa JR station is around less than 10min and to Takanawadai subway station is nearer. The vicinity of the hotel is full of restaurants and cafes but nothing much for you if you want to shop. There is a 7-11 convenience store in the hotel which opens till 2am so no worries if you are hungry at night. Sadly, there is no free wi-fi. You can bring a laptop and connect using your own ethernet cable. If you do not have a laptop, you can use the desktop PC at the business lounge (100yen for 10min). You can also book the airport limousine bus ticket from the hotel as it is one of the boarding point to Narita or Haneda airport. Overall, this is a great hotel with good service and nice rooms but location wise is ok if you do not mind daily traveling to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku etc. It will be great if wi-fi is provided free. 더 보기

Hotel staff was very very nice and the hotel is clean. We purchased basic rooms because of rate and we were going to be out all day anyway so we didnt need anything more, but was upgraded to Club Floor on 15th floor (big room like you would get in the U.S.). Day before we left, I came down to the lobby at least 4 times to weigh my bags and bell captain […] was courteous each time. To be more eco friendly they offered a green cleaning service, which means if you don't need your towels changed everyday and the cleaning people to not come to your room to restock, then they offer you 500 yen to spend at the little market at the hotel. They allow you to participate if you are there for multiple days. Restaurants close by and lots of shops in the the train stations too. Wow amazing shops in the train station. My friend Jackie showed me Tokyo one day and the other 2 days went to Disneyland area. It took about 30 minutes to get there but I really liked the area that the hotel was located. Felt safe for 2 women to walk around for dinner and when we came back from Disney area late. Everything about the hotel was easy and low stress. When I checked in they told me they were upgrading me to a King bed room on the Executive/Club level. Since I was by myself, this larger room with a larger bed was great. Definitely recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The bedrooms can be as pleasing as disapointing depending on where the staff places you. Some floors are just awful. Some are very business like. Problem is that the staff places you randomly, so be sure to ask for either the business man room or the "dysneyland room". Bed quality is rather good. Hotel was clean, but rooms and overall feeling of the hotel was one of tired and dated decor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, being very low to the ground. Hotel staff were delightfully helpful and obliging. When we arrived the hotel was swarming with young children, so peace and quiet was only to be found in the hotel room itself.

The rooms are clean. I had an older room that was somewhat old pink floral design like 1976 attacked it. Didnt mind much as the bed was comfy, sheets clean, and the bathroom was clean. Thats all I really ask for a room. Room is a large size. Plenty for a couple + 1. Im 6'2" and had no problems with bed length nor the shower, etc. I didnt do much at […] the hotel, but the front desk spoke decent enough English and was kind and respectful. JTB tours (and many others) pick up at this hotel, so thats a bonus as well. Airport Limousine Bus service drops off/picks up right at front door. It's 3,000 yen one way and takes about 70 minutes on average. The area is great as its an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Shinagawa station which will get you anywhere in Tokyo in under 25 minutes (akihabara is 18 minutes away, as is Shibuya), and is also a stop to catch the Bullet Trains to Kyoto. Also down the street are plenty of restaurants. There is also a nice shopping plaza across the street from Shinagawa with a nice bar that stays open quite late. Grand Prince New Takanawa is a good place to stay and I would have no problems about booking them again in the future. 더 보기

We had requested a non-smoking room, but when we got to the room it smelled smokey. We requested a move to a different room and they promptly accomodated us by moving us. It was to a higher floor and the view was better, too. The location was very convenient to both the subway and the train (Yamanote Line and Shinkansen).
