Our first visit to Rome and staying at Raphael was a perfect decision. Friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast buffet, very good location and PERFECT newly renovated room.

I HAVE STAYED IN MANY RELAIS HOTELS IN THE PAST AND THE RAPHAEL WAS BY FAR MY LEAST FAVORITE. THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT BUT THE ROOMS WERE TINY AND A BIT DIRTY. THE HOTELS AMBIANCE WAS LACKING TO SAY THE LEAST. ALSO THE ROOF DECK THAT WAS DESCRIBED AS OVERLOOKING THE PIAZZA NOVONA ACTUALLY IS OBSCURED BY THE BUILDINGS SURROUNDING THE PIAZZA AND YOU CAN […] REALLY ONLY SEE ROOFTOPS. 더 보기

We stayed at the Hotel Raphael for 4 nights in mid -August. The hotel is magnificently situated just behind the Piazza Navona, close to the Pantheon and within walking distance of many other famous spots and many, many restuarants. The decor of the hotel is sumptuous, the breakfasts were outstanding , the service very attentive. The desk staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The hotel was really well placed and very clean and comfortable and is worth it for that fact alone. But the hotel simply did not feel like a 5* hotel. It felt a little tired and old fashioned, which was a shame given I have had a great time at other Relais & Châteaux hotels. Staff were friendly but you never felt they went out of their way to help, […] apart from Steven who was superb when we ate in their restaurant. Their recommendations for places to eat were generally good, Grano was well worth the visit but the pizza place round the back was very average. The restaurant on the roof was great. The food may not have been the best but combined with the view it made for a very pleasant evening. Great weekend in Rome, but the hotel simply felt like a place to stay rather than being part of the whole experience. 더 보기

Great location, room and service. It worths every single dollar.

While I've stayed in Rome many times before, never have I enjoyed my lodging more than I did this trip. Hotel Raphael is a wonderful establishment, and is about as convieniently located as you can get. It's about mid-way between the Vatican and Spanish Steps. Stayed for a week, location perfect, room was clean, staff friendly. Only draw back to the hotel was the crazy prices there were charging on their roof terrace for a drink, €14 for a Gin and Tonic! Hochpreis, aber rundum zufrieden! Personal, Zimmer und Frühstück haben alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Lage kaum zu übertreffen.

Hotellet ligger helt centralt, der er rent og pænt og personalet er søde, venlige og hjælpsomme. Når man rejser derfra føler man virkelig, at man har fået kvalitet for pengene.

Wir können nur positives über dieses Hotel sagen. - Es ist sauber - sehr guter Service im Empfang und in der Restauration - hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet - Wunderschöne Dachterrasse Auch wenn die Zimmer etwas klein ausfallen, ist die Ausstattung in Ordnung und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder aufsuchen

I min verden er dette hotel et af de bedste i Rom... Det er store ord, men jeg mener, at det sagtens kan leve op til det. Hotellet er et mindre hotel og personalet yder en kompetent service - og det gælder lige fra indtjekning til rengøring af værelset. Selv morgenmaden er overdådig - et område som hoteller i Italien ellers ikke er kendt for. Optimale Lage in der Seitenstraße des Piazza Navona. Zimmer toll renoviert!
