이곳 직원들이 아주 고객중심이에요. 저희가 만났던 모든 직원 분들이 아주 유쾌하고 따뜻하셨어요. 호텔의 최고의 장점은 위치합니다. 유니언스퀘어에 가깝고 극장 바로 건너편이에요. 주변이 식당도 아주 많답니다.

큰 차량 발렛 주차는 40불+ 추가요금에 가능합니다. 그냥 세워만 두고 시내에서 주차장 찾는데 스트레스를 안 받아도 돼서 아주 편리했습니다. 체크인 시간 전에 도착해서 벨보이한테 가방만 두고 나오려고 했는데 놀랍게도 객실이 이미 준비되어 있어서 체크인을 일찍 했습니다. 위치도 훌륭하고 장식도 마음에 듭니다. 작은 화장실이 유일한 단점이었지만 SF에서는 아주 흔한 일이니깐요. 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다!

있잖아요. 관광하시고 싶은 주말 여행객에게는 완벽한 곳 같아요. 하지만 출장 중이시라면 단점들이 있네요. 책상의자가 제가 앉아본 것 중 가장 불편한 사무실용 의자 중 하나였어요. 옷장에는 불필요한 보관 장소랑 옷걸이가 너무 없었어요. 화장실 세면대는 너무 깊고 세면도구를 놓은 곳도 없었어요. 세면대 위에 전등은 끔찍했습니다. 어둠 속에서 면도하는 것처럼 안 느껴지게 객실 다른 곳에서 전등을 가지고 와야 했습니다. Starbuck가 바로 옆에 있어서 아주 편리했고 공항으로 가는 택시 비용도 아주 좋았어요. 샤워대가 아주 키가 작은 분을 위해 만들어졌나 봐요. 제가 평균키 인데 샴푸랑 린스 할 때는 머리를 숙여야 했습니다. […] 케이블 채널방송은 기본이네요. 다시 한번 말씀 드리면, 주변 지역에 더 좋은 곳이 있을 거에요. 컨시어지에서 호텔이 새로운 케이블 제공업체로 교체 중이라고 이야기 했는데 아마도 그냥 때우는 이야기 같았어요. 만약에 주무실 용으로 객실을 사용하신 다면 좋은 곳이지만 객실에서 조금이라도 시간을 보내실 거라면 주변에 더 넓고 더 기능도 좋은 곳이 있을 거에요. 더 보기

The Hotel Diva is an interesting place to stay. Great location near Union Square. Some might find the street people a bit much, but that did not interfere with our love of this historic part of San Francisco. It is great to across the street from theatre. The staff and service are excellent. The rooms are comfortable but a bit strangely appointed. […] We had a queen suite which was a nice size that had a separate bedroom. The suite area had a Murphy bed, lamps and a small dinette table with four chairs and that was it! No couch or easy chair in which to sit. Strange. The exercise room was excellent for a hotel. Weight machines, lots of dumbbells, and 3 cardio machines. Our only real complaint was that there are only 2 chairs on which to sit in the very small lobby. We would stay there again. 더 보기

Hotel was clean, front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Room was basic, with free wifi and basic amenities. Location was a few blocks away from Unions square, with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Nothing spectacular about this hotel. Clean room but very basic. The cable TV was pretty bad. Lines on the screen?!?!? That very 80's. No excuse for poor television in the 21st century. Not in any hurry to go back.

The room was small but cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Great location just a few blocks away from the cable cars and Union Square Park. A lot of street noise at night being right across the street from a theater but that doesn't bother me like it may bother some people. Free Wi-Fi was a plus! Hotel was well placed with comfortable bed and modern room. If you are worried about noise ask for a room at the back as the room that we were in was on the main road so was a little noisy at night when the evening shows were on. Would have been nice to have tea making facilities included.

The hotel itself was not bad, though the windows opened completely and had no screens and the rooms were very small, it could have been a pleasant stay, as the weather was perfect. The hotels staff left a lot to be desired and made the entire stay horrible. Very rude and pretentious individuals. They didn't even acknowledge my or any other guests presence […] that I observed. Room was clean and comfortable. Small but neat and compact. Overall feel was good and wireless worked perfectly. Front desk super helpful as was doorman in securing cab. Would stay again. Only drawback was "designed" blinds. However there was a light blocking blind on top of the designed blind so all worked out. Overall, very positive experience.

Had a hard time sleeping because I could hear every footstep above me and everything happening in the halls and my neighbor's room. Although the bed was super comfortable, the room had downfalls like the smallest bathroom ever known to man, and no overhead light so every lamp including both by the bed had to be turned on for normal lighting.

Great location (block and a half from Union Square, and close to public transportation connecting to all around the City). The Hotel projects a hip, modern, chic ambience, which, in some hotels, disguises substantive shortcomings, but not here. Small, quirky hotel with the friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered. I asked for room at the back so it would be quiet since I didn't care about view. Room was small (but not unusually so for a city hotel) and well designed. Very comfortable and as a single woman traveller, I felt safe and secure. Great Geary street location.

Horrible. Reserved Junior Suite for anniversary trip. Opted to delay check-in in order to get room on high floor away from street traffic. We were to be called when room available - never happened. Ended up getting a room on the 4th floor after waiting all day for a high floor! Our room was not a suite, just a larger one bedroom. Light fixture pulled […] away from wall, floor squeaked when you walked on it, as did the floor above. It sounded like a cheap apartment floor. THUMP THUMP with every step! Doors slam shut. Have to go down to lobby to get "special" key to use printer in business center, like a public bathroom. The icing on the cake is the list in the room to WARN you, "if you lift it, you pay". A detailed list of the charge for the soap dish, the pillow, sham, throw, coffee maker, etc in room. Wow. They warn you they willl charge you $200 for the throw if you steal it!!!! Just who stays at their hotel??? The cherry on top is they graciously leave you a pair for ear plugs to use.......so they know their rooms are noisy! Where do I begin? I was locked out of my room for over 7 hours because they couldn't figure out the key system. My money, cards, phone, food, contact case, everything was in the room. I had to go to a different room to wait until they could figure out the key situation. No one was kind or nice or apologetic at all, they were argumentative, and rude. […] No one cared a bit about how they ruined my evening, an evening where I had plans with friends that I hadn't seen in years but I couldn't because I was locked out of my room. When the "manager" showed up 2 days later, it was deep sighs and eye rolls when I simply asked for a late check out due to my severe inconvenience. The rooms are terrible, the staff is incredibly incompetent and this hotel is one to avoid. Just because its cheap doesn't mean it's good. F- avoid!!! 더 보기

Nice rooms, but a bit small and the elevators seemed a bit outdated and moved a bit slow that the other passengers and I exchanged a weird awkward glance. The hotel service desk was very nice and were more than accommodating with making sure i had the wireless password information which definitely goes a long way with being there for business reasons. […] The shower head also didn't really move or have adjustable settings which is a small thing but a convenience i like to see 더 보기

I've never been a fan of darkly lit corridors, unreadable room numbers or lots of unnecessary ' style' touches which don't enhance the experience at all. Overall the hotel needs a brand new paint job, all those very stylish greys and whites really do show every single mark.

The location of the hotel was great but the quality of service was extremely poor. FIrst of all, their deluxe rooms were quite small, we could hardly move around in the room without tripping over our luggage. Secondly, in the room that was given to us, the bathroom was in one corner of the room and the wash basin was in the other corner of the room. […] There was no wash basin in the toilet of the room. When we asked them about this, they said that all the double bed rooms were built this way. I do not understand why did decided to have it this way as it was very inconvenient. Lastly, I asked the hotel manager for a simple weighing scale to check the weight of my check-in bags for flight travel to make sure they were under 50lbs. They first gave me a broken scale and when I told them it was broken, they informed that they do not have another one nor could they purchase a new one for the guests to use. It must've been a simple cheap USD10 item but they simply refused to offer it to their guests at the hotel. In fact they told me that I could purchase it by myself from the Walgreens near to the hotel, which I felt was extremely rude. The amount of money we spent at the hotel, I did not expect this type of service from them. Every hotel I have ever visited offers it to their guests. I don't think I will ever stay here again. There are over 30 hotels in downtown SF within a 1 mile radius to this hotel with much better customer service. 더 보기

I was in town for a week and had a great time. The hotel was fairly conveniently located in downtown and easy access to everything. However the hotel was a little on the small side and we had noisy neighbors it took the staff longer to get them quiet than I would have liked. The location of Hotel Diva is great, being right near union square and public transportation. The hotel itself is fine, but nothing to write home about. The room was small and had a strange layout (bathroom and sink were separated). Its an old renovated building, so that heat was one of those old heaters that basically had a "high" and a "low" setting […] - it too me all week to figure out how to set it so I wasn't sweating for freezing at night. "mod" decor with lots of stainless steel and the quirky micro-lounges give this hotel a fun & different feel. Good service; clean, spacious room; comfortable bed; good location.
