Wow, this place was terrible, a real dump in my opinion. -- Front desk person couldn't find my reservation at first.....which is not something you want to hear when you just flew across the country with a child, then drove through a horrific thunderstorm to arrive at the motel soaking wet! About 30-minutes later, the clerk realized her mistake and found […] the reservation. If it wasn't almost 2am with severe weather, I would have tried to find another place to stay. -- Room smelled badly of mildew. -- furniture was old! -- bathrooms were yucky. -- fridge was not plugged in.......I thought it was broken until I realized it was not plugged in. -- microwave plug sparked when I plugged it into the wall. -- door and locks seemed kinda flimsy.....I did not feel safe with my child.......I put a chair and a couple of suitcases against the door. -- I was supposed to have a room with a king sized bed, instead, it was a queen. I have traveled all over the country and I have to say, this was the worst motel/hotel experience I have ever had. The ONLY nice thing I can say about this place........is that it had decent continental breakfast with waffles. The lobby area is about a hundred times nicer than the rooms. 더 보기

The hotel was dirty and offerred little to no customer service. The WiFi was out and they wouldnt offer anything as compesation. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, it was awful.

Hotel is old and in need of work. Although non-smoking hotel now, it is obvious things were never changed over from the point before that distiction was made. Room was small and carpets still smelled of smoke. However, was clean and reasonably priced and a place to sleep before our early flight. There was no one at front desk when we arrived for checking in. The manager came after 30 Mins. Then we were informed the internet was down. Later on they told me that they did not have any King Bed available which I had booked and offered me a two queen bed option. I had to agree as I had no other option. At check in, the night manager informed me that the phone and computer were both non operational. Manager was shown official confirmation letter from hotels. Com on iPhone. Manager stated that he needed more info and wanted to insure that he was getting paid. That isn't the customer's issue. Had to call hotels. Com about the approach of the manager. Feel […] the manager was trying to double charge. If this is the process of this hotel, I definitely would consider another hotel due to questionable business practice of this one. Not the nicest hotel............but decent value for the money.

It's nice for the price considering the other hotels near for the same price this one was way better

We stayed in the hotel because we has to fly in late, then fly out early the next day. Super convenient, very quick check-in and check-out, and although it is right next to the airport it was quiet throughout the night.

We had friends that left a purse in the lobby by accident and did not realize it until the next morning. Their Canadian passports and a lot of their travel money was in it. When they went looking for it the next morning it was still sitting right where they had left it, untouched. I was a little miffed that there were no baggage carts and the property […] is rather large. We had a lot of baggage to transport to the front lobby from our room to get on the airport shuttle. I was pleased with my stay, other than hearing the planes flying overhead. But, that was expected since we were close to the airport.

FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RECEPTIVE TO MY NEEDS. I'D STAY THERE AGAIN. ESPECIALLY IF THEY WERE RUNNING A DEAL ON THEIR RATES.

This was our second stay in this location and this time we were very displeased. The only plus about our stay was the shuttle to our flight at DTW. The rooms were not very clean and one didn't even have hot water the first night we arrived. We couldn't drink the water in either room because it was brown. The facility wasnt to bad looking from the outside, the room looked like it could of been cleaned better, the beds were worn out and there were spots all over the room where you could see damaged walls puttyed up and painted over. The night counter person told me all I had to do is call them and the shuttle would be there in 5 to 10 minutes but when […] I called the desk in the morning they said they only come every half a hour and it was 4:35 so I would have to wait till 5:00. The room stincks, small, away from the checkin office. We couldn't open our room we had to walk aroun the block then the phone was not working and they wouldn't believe us so my husband had to walk to the front desk a couple times. Great customer service, nice clean room, shuttle to the airport was convenient. Nice place to get for that super early flight.

It was a nice hotel they have waffles in the morning so we were in. room were nice and comfy. but i didnt like the big pillows made my neck hurt. there was some noise but duh it is only 1.9 miles from a major airport, well worth the price!!

Not enough towles in the room, need more tv channels.

Roms had an oder to thrm, Housekeepers did terrible job cleaning rooms.

This had to be the worst HOJO I've ever stayed at, I am usually happy with everything HoJo has to offer but there were cracks and discoloration in the walls, the tub leaked, no extra blankets were available and it looked like the second bed in my room had been used... I was a solo visitor so I used the other bed. The front desk clerks were talking about […] getting drunk at a party with a friend who was hanging out, very unprofessional. This Hotel should be at the very bottom of an list! It was not well kept, not even the front check in section. The wall covering was seperating from the wall and floor. The chairs in the Lobby looked like they were brought in from the dump. The Mattress had stains on them, the floors were aewful, as was the walls, marks and not clean. Dirty rooms staff was not helpful

Clean, Compfortable, Reasonable with good shuttle service. Very Noisy due to being next to the airport. Breakfast was below par. Poor selection and problems with the waffle maker.

I had to wait for 1.5hours to get my room at 1130pm. Lady said computer system is down so she can't get me checked in. I had to call hotels. Com and they then convinced the frontdesk after significant trouble to get me room.

That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. They did not clean the room for a whole week. I told the workers at the front desk several times that my light was out in the bathroom and the fridge did not work, however, they negleted to fix it. I'll never stay there again and I hope no one else does either....

The room was not clean! There were lint balls along the baseboard, which I cleaned with a hotel towel. I asked that the carpet be vaccumed, but did not notice that it was done.

We chose this hotel for it's low price. Nonsmoking room could have used a carpet cleaning to get old smoke out, and walls a washing, but otherwise was perfectly acceptable and clean. Very friendly staff.

I checked into the room and the TV was almost like Black and White. Weird Colors. Tried to check in other room. Tried 2 rooms and the remote or TV were not working in them. Poor Maintenance. Was told the guy will come next day morning. Had to bear the weird colors on TV. Next they advertise a Business Center. The service at the front desk was not as expected and not user friendly. The rooms could use a little TLC. The best quality is the Cleaning ladies that do a wonderful job. The washer was not working and no assistance was offered or given for a local one.
