... Hard bed. Must be me, I keep thinking that time and again anymore.

The stay was decent, but my main issue that pretty much ruined my stay was the rudeness of the young lady working that night. Sometime between between 8pm and 9pm I asked her about the Laundry room. She appeared annoyed that I asked her. She told me the laundry room was "straight down" by the pool. I walked straight down and around the pool, but I could […] not find it. When I returned to ask her again she appeared more annoyed and took out a map pointing "you right here, the laundry room is right over here." I said ok, but was still unable to find it. The design of the facility is very unique and nice, but can be confusing! If she would had simply mention a nearby room number then I would had found it. Maybe it is simple to find, but some people just do not read diagrams well. And it would not had hurt if she would had called her co-worker and ask him to show me. 더 보기

The hotel is a bit dated but comfort and cleanliness are very good, and has a charming courtyard. Overall, very good.

Do everything you can to not stay at this hotel. It is swarming with bed bugs. When I told the manager on duty about the issue, he said something to the effect of "Yeah, we get that complaint a lot." They know about the problem and aren't doing a thing. You will be glad if you choose another hotel, even if it ends up being more expensive. Do. Not. Stay. […] Here. 더 보기

Checked in at 7:00 p.m. and had rented two rooms, but one room still hadn't been cleaned (at 7 p.m.!) or had the linens changed. Switched that room out, but the remote controls in both rooms didn't work, and had to operate the televisons manually. Additionally, the light switches in one room would work intermittently. I wasn't expecting to like this hotel, it was a great price & I was just going to visit my boyfriend in the military. I ended up LOVING it. I had a blowdryer, tv, minifridge, microwave, coffee machine EVERYTHING! I loved this hotel! And Big Lots was right across the street I got snacks, drinks, a bottle opener, toiletries everything. All in all this […] hotel was more than I could've asked for. The complimentary breakfast wasn't great but it was pretty good. 100 stars for this hotel! Its so cute. Good deal, no frills, friendly staff, clean. Not the most comfy beds. Welcoming my son from Iraq, it is close to the airport and Ft. Bliss. I would recommend for the price and hospitality.

A little older hotel, but in pretty good shape. Nice room decor, and comfortable jacuzzi. A couple of little problems in the room, but the price was good! The noise from the street was noticeable from our room. Breakfast was OK.

Had a couple of maintenance issues, which was very inconvenient, and the overall place was old. The wifi was horrible, no signal (even after we were moved to a room that supposedly got "better signal" according to the front desk person).

I think these rooms need to be upgraded a bit. The first thing I noticed was that it was a bit drafty, no insulation around the windows and door. There wasn't an iron/ironing board or outlets in the bathroom. Bed linens were old and saw some holes in the blankets. I wanted to set the alarm but it didn't work. Well, I guess it was an "ok" motel. I was somewhat comfortable there. Its a nice place to stay for a couple of nights, not for more days and nights. There was roaches in my room. The shower was too tight, the shower curtain was installed way too close. Whoever installed it didnt know what they were doing. No comfort in the shower, I had to face the […] wall or the curtain to get some comfort. There were no safety outlets for my laptop, meaning no three plugs for ground. I had to ask for an adapter plug. The curtain in the main room had a three inch gap so people walking by would be able to see in my room. The sheets on my bed were too small for the bed. I had to fight with them to untangle myself at night and in the morning. It was one of the lowest prices for motels in El Paso but I still think I over paid a few bucks. I think for the room I stayed in should have had the price of $20 per night. The staff was nice and kind of professional. I would recommend this motel to a friend or family member as a last option motel. 더 보기

Great motel,convenient and close to everything.

This was the cheapest hotel that I could find in El Paso. It's in a bad neighborhood. You should probably park your car on the good side of town and take a bus to this hotel if you still want to stay after you see it.

This room was a 2 room suite, sounds nice but when we got in to the room was not feeling safe or comfortable. The back door looked as if someone had kicked it in. Bars on all the windows do not make one feel safe. Bathroom window would not lock closed, anyone could walk by and open it from the outside. Now to the filthy part, where was poop or something […] close to hanging off the bedroom wall. Carpet was so gross that my infant crawling round turned black after 5 minutes. We had to clean our feet the first night before crawling into bed cause they were black too. After that had to where shoes the rest of our stay. Rooms smelled aweful. Had to call maintenance to have them get the hot water working so we could wash the gross off of us. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. 더 보기

Excellent friendly stuff. Everyone should try the restaurant attached to it. They serve really good original Mexican Food. Rooms were decent. Showers were clean and up to date.

I stayed here one night. The hotel is old but the room was clean. The small fridge had been turned off and the interior shelves were laying on the second bed. The hotel is a few blocks from a dozen restaurants but the neighborhood is old and on one of the busiest streets in this part of town. This hotel was great for the price. The pillows were lacking, but the room was clean and otherwise comfortable. It is a great deal for an airport hotel.

i went to El Paso for an interview and this hotel was at a convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, there was not an iron in the room so i had to do with the wrinkles in my shirt. Overall it was good though

Room very noisy from above room and outside swimming pool. Making it hard to rest and enjoy an evening of relaxation. Had a manual credit card system for incidentals that seemed very unsecure.. Parking lot was narrow and access was not clearly marked.

Rate for the room was reasonable, with facilities somewhat comfortable. Not far from the hotel and close to stores. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would not mind staying here again.

Love the atmosphere of the antique El Paso setting. I will definitely stay there again!

We got an amazing deal and the hotel staff was very nice and accomodating but the hotel itself was disgustingly filthy. I have a daughter who is still crawling and all of her pants and socks that we brought on the trip are ruined! I can't get the black stains off the knees or the socks caused by the disgusting floor. Checked in and asked to switch from a non-smoking to a smoking room and was told the price is the same but there is no way to switch rooms. Got to the hotel room to find every light did not work. Called the girl at the front desk and was told I could get new bulbs. I replaced them all and still only one light would work. The front desk guy said "I'd […] have to put in a maintenance order and no one is here....Well, do you need the lights?" I then decide to just deal with the light situation and try to connect to the internet. The Wifi was extremely unreliable. The connection would fade out and never got past two bars. I called the front desk to speak to the overnight gentleman again and he informed me that he was sorry and I should just restart my internet devices. I am an IT tech- but even still I restarted (again) and used a different device and nothing.. he would not even offer to switch rooms and told me if I would like to come to lobby he was semi-sure it was working there. The beds are very stiff but other then the previous listed comments the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are cute. They have on site laundry and Pool, I am excited to check out the attached Piano bar and restaurant. 더 보기

Every time I make a visit to El Paso this is the only hotel I feel comfortable staying,the price is great, love to go swimming, and in a very convinient place. The hotel staff is wonderful.

I love staying in this hotel because the rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable, the prices are very good. The staff is always friendly, I've stayed here a few times and love staying there. The pool was awesome.

Possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! Was recommended by hotels.com. I payed out almost 100.00 for this hotel for the night and am not too happy with them. Old musty rooms. Cockroaches bigger than my Chihuahua! Gross!

The stay was the last two days of a trip. The rate we received through an online site was very reasonable. The rooms aren't fancy but they are confortable. The continental breakfast had much to be desired.
