Great time at the Hampton. Wonderful service. Great location. We had the room with the spa. It was great. Not a real 2 person hot tub, but a large deep bath style tub with 8 jets. It was great. Location was close to the airport and some resturant selections, but straight down Yale street a couple of miles was the college area with all sorts of resturants […] and shops. I'd definately go back. The room was quite and private. I was never once disturbed. Desk clerks were very helpful and the full breakfast was a joy. This was a very clean property and well kept. 더 보기

The room was clean and reasonably quiet but it was rather cramped especially with 4 people. The double room comes with 2 double beds which are way too small for me and my husband to share. Queen beds would have been soo much better for us. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage/bacon, a selection of breads and pastries, waffle machine, cereals, fruit […] and fresh juices. If not for the small beds I think I would have enjoyed the stay much better and slept better. The staff was very friendly, this is just an older hotel that could really use some updates. 더 보기

Enjoyed our stay very much. Extra treat was hot wings and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast, great helpful staff, and convenient to airport.

We had a quick stay but enjoyed it very much. The hotel is very close to the airport and "The Pit". The pool was clean and perfect for our young children. Breakfast was warm and filling (biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit and a good selection of drinks). The staff who took care of the breakfast buffet were very kind and gave our kids extra […] attention! The only downside, which was not the hotel's fault, was the size of the beds. We knew, in making the reservations, that we were getting two double beds, not to be confused with queen-sized beds. A little small for two people, but comfortable mattresses, nonetheless. 더 보기

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Albuquerque! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing, particularly Samantha. They were all helpful and friendly.

I have a hard time sleeping out of home, well I slept like a baby, and if I have to go to Albuquerque again, I will stay at the same hotel. very comfortable bed, and very clean.

The elevators open to the outside and do not need a key to use. Also, all the rooms open to outdoor balconies. Anyone can gain access. We will not stay here again. It's not like the other Hampton Inns

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, and the breakfast was much better than we expected. It included fresh oatmeal, a variety of yogurts, fresh fruit, fresh juice, bacon, omellettes and an assortment of pastry. The airport shuttle from the hotel was great with service from 5 a.m. until midnight.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to airport.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The size of the table in the room seemed too big as it was difficult to utilze it. The breakfast area staff was very friendly and seemed to care a lot about pleasing the guests. That is a wonderful atmosphere to be greeted with first thing in the morning!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had good selections. The room was quiet. The motel was located within walking distance to various restaurants. The fresh cookies and coffee in the evening were wonderful after a long days drive.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for early morning flights out of the Albuquerque airport. The rooms are very comfortable and private, with great friendly service.

The hotel was very satisfactory - albeit on the low end of the Hampton scale. The only real negative however, was that despite many name brand hotels in the area and close proximity to the airport, there were an inordinate amount of what appeared to be homeless people through out the area. In fact, I was approached by a homeless man on hotel property […] and at a gas station across the street. 더 보기

When we arrived we were greeted by Gina and Missy. There were complementary snacks laid out. The service was great. We needed a roll-a-way bed and Gina rolled it up to our room. When I mentioned that we needed an additional towel and wash cloth Gina said that she would go get them for me right away. I told her that she didn't need to bring them up as […] we were leaving to get dinner and asked if we could pick them up when we came back. The towel and wash cloth were waiting for us at the front desk when we got back from dinner. The morning staff were just as accommodating and eager to help make our stay as pleasant as possible, Good help is hard to come by and these folks deserve some praise. It is a well maintained older facility, but not what one would expect for a Hampton Inn. Other reviewers didn't like that the rooms all open to the exterior. I didn't mind this at all. The next morning I pulled a chair out to the walkway and enjoyed the complementary coffee and an excellent morning. The room was a little cramped, but comfortable. The one thing my wife missed was that there was no refrigerator in the room. However, since we were only staying one night we didn't need a fridge. 더 보기

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very friendly. No room service was available. Breakfast was substantial; lots of choices. The room was comfortable and clean and had TWO full length mirrors! The doors to the rooms are on the exterior of the building. Traffic noise was not bad but people rolling their suitcases down the walkways could […] be heard at all hours. Nearby restaurants seemed limited to large national chains. 더 보기
