Room had a mildew smell. The pool was not open and it was in the upper 80's. Had hair that was not ours on our towels. Just was not happy with the amount for what we paid.

It would have been great, had there been dressers for our clothing and not having to get our room key card reset everytime we left the room or attempted to reenter the hotel from any entry but the lobby.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The hotel is welcoming when you arrive and is a quick shuttle ride from the airport. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. My visit was extremely short and I wish I had time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning, […] because it looked delicious and had gourmet breakfast sandwiches, etc, that I've never seen at a hotel continental before! EXCELLENT!

I will stay there whenever I'm in town. I was very satisfied with the room and the staff.

I found the room to be dated

This was a great hotel! More than enough space for 3 people. Big screen tv, awesome! Will definitely re-book.

We only stayed one night in this hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds were top-notch and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, longer next time. The breakfast was incredible!! I will always try to stay at Hyatt Place during our travels if possible.

The staff ranks high in customer service. I met the most pleasant employee as I came in the door and she assisted me with the kiosk and the hotel checkin early in the day as there were rooms available.

Nice room, great location. Do not eat at the Holiday Inn next door, service was very slow over 1 hour to get our food. it was not even that busy.

The Hyatt was the perfect place to stay for travellers leaving on an early-morning flight the next day. It took less than 5 minutes to drive to the rental car return facility from the hotel which was awesome. The bed was supremely comfortable, but the TV placement was a little stupid...halfway between the 'bedroom' area and the 'living room' area, […] with no ideal viewing angles from either space. The hotel and staff was very nice. However, I received a charge on my credit card for $ 25 that I did not owe. When I left the hotel, I was told nothing was due (and I purchased nothing). I pre paid the hotel charge. When I got my credit card bill, the hotel had put $25 on my card. Great location to Atlanta Airport. Nice, clean and wonderful complimentary breakfast!! Staff was very friendly. My air condition did not seem to work properly and I reported it as I left.

The hotel appears to have been recently given a facelift, but if you looks closely it's poorly maintained. The front desk clerk was rude, which wasn't very welcoming after a full day of travel. The room looked cleaned, but smelled like a wet dog. The airplanes overhead are very loud at times, but that's tough to avoid with an airport hotel. Great hotel for our business trip and we did not need to rent a car due to the convenient shuttle service. Very good value for the price. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of fresh hot items. Great Starbucks brewed coffee is served each morning, coming from Seattle this is a must!

Hyatt place is my favorite brand for business travel. I have stayed at them all and go out of my way to book at this brand. This hotel was a cut above primarily because of the service. Hotel put charges of $20 and $84.98 on my card for incidentals after giving me a bill saying there was a zero balance and now say they can't find the charges or explain them

The Hotel was set up very user friendly with friendly employees. The room was set up differently and I truely enjoyed the layout and the functionality. Made me feel more at home and less like I was on the road. Your Brand is everything, and Hyatt made a emotional connection with me and I will be returning. CJ

When we arrived our room that was booked with double bed was not available. We really needed this with a teenage girl, 9 ye old boy and nmy husband who is well over 6 feet. Hotel personnel were wonderful-extremely helpful!

The room was nice. We had three adults and three kids. So we had two queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. My bed was too hard and I woke up stiff and sore. The room was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly One of the outlets at the sink was broken and that was aggravating when trying to get ready for a dance competition. As we only needed a room for one night for a stopover, we chose this hotel for price and convenience to the airport. The room was much larger than expected with more amenities than we bargained for or could ever use in a single evening. Continental breakfast included fresh fruit salad that was a real plus. Shuttle from terminal was "supposed" to run every 30 minutes. Waited over an hour and called the hotel twice. Finally got there. Hotel itself was nice enough if you find a way to get there.

If you're just passing through and traveling on your own dime, this is a great, convenient option close to the airport. Very clean, a surprisingly spacious room, and an extremely helpful staff. I was very satisfied with my stay here. The corridors were quiet. Other guests were very pleasant. The only complaint I had was the continental breakfast. It was not satisfactory at all and i was upset that the room i was in had no microwave.

Worked perfect for a quick overnight stay. We had a view of the entrance roof but that was not a problem. Comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was minimal.

I was struck by how friendly and courteous the staff of the hotel was. All the size, comfort and convenience of an extended stay hotel. If I have the need, I would choose this hotel again.

I flew to Atlanta for my birthday on my way to New York. I stayed just the one night at this Hyatt and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and nicer than I expected. The bus service to and from the airport was fast and on time. A must when you are catching a early flight.

We (5) liked the service and clean place, very pleased.

I was disappointed that our fellow travelers were inconvienced with broken windows on their vehicles. There were several cars broken into during our stay. NOT a SAFE place to stay!

My stay at the Hyatt Place was terrific. From the time we walked in the door until the time we checked out our service was top of the line. Every employee was always smiling and extremely helpful. I truly enjoyed my visit to the Hyatt Place. I give this hotel 5 stars!!

I could not believe the price for this hotel. I can only posit that there an abundance of hotels in the area of the airport and that keeps prices low. It isn't in the closest hub of airport hotels but that was ok for us since we didn't Originate at the airport. Love this hotel. Great in all ways for airport hotel. Can't ask for anything more. Or need anything more. Good restaurant. Nice pool. Great rooms. I switched to room not next to elevator on my […] first night of 4 or 5 at the hotel. I had a Fedex package that was delivered but they stuck the Fedex notice on my OLD ROOM. So I missed getting the Fedex package. I was in Lima Peru before I realized that the package never arrived and had been sitting at the hotel for 2 days before I departed the hotel. This cost me a great deal deal of aggravation because I then had to ship the package to Peru. The hotel manager gave me credit for 2 nights but I don't plan to be in Atlanta on business for a long time. Great hotel though and this 1 problem should not take away from that Fedex blunder. 더 보기

everything in the hotel is good. It is close to airport and shuttle 24 hours, room is very clean and service is also good. I like it.
