호텔은 좋았습니다. 서비스도 좋고 객실도 청결하고. 문제는 도시를 디트로이트로 검색해 호텔을 찾았는데 막상 호텔은 캐나다에 있었단 것이죠. 다행히 국경을 넘는게 어렵지 않아 매일 미국에서 캐나다를 다녀야 했지만 말이에요.

I thought that it was a great location and the view of the river was wonderful. I found a hair on my bed and all over the chair in the hotel room. I think that the hotel is going through renovations but I also think that it should have been a nicer hotel for the cost. Maybe after some changes it would be good. The view from our riverview room was outstanding. Stay near the top floor. Make sure you have the full view.

REVIEW; I will never recommend this hotel. 1) On the day I arrived, I requested a wake-up call for 7:30 a.m. for the next day. The hotel mistakenly called at 6:30 a.m. When I reported this, no apology was issued. 2) On subsequent days, I did not need wake-up calls but the hotel called anyways. 3) Water service was off due to maintenance for several […] hours. When the water service resumed, the water that came out of the shower was brown in colour. 4) The small cafe on the main floor had limited fare because they only had a microwave oven and a toaster oven for hot food preparation (my "grilled cheese sandwich" was cheese on toasted bread, not a grilled cheese sandwich at all) 5) There were no porters/bell-boys to assist with luggage. I am a petite woman and was travelling with a child and an elderly relative who is mobility-challenged 6) The complimentary newspapers were not available every day. Although the location is very convenient and the rooms were clean, there are other clean hotels in the same vicinity with the same amenities and similar pricing 더 보기

I thought it was cheap to charge more for a room with a view of the river and after two days I went to tell them I was staying a third day and they would not give me the same rate so I left.

we were very happy with the hotel. it is downtown windsor and everything is near. my wife and i do not go to casino but it is near for gambling or shows. staff is professional and courteous and friendly. the hotel was clean. if you have river view room you see the night panorama of detroit. Requested a smoking room with two double beds and was assured that was available..upon arriving in room, I saw a sign saying "no smoking". I called to the main desk and they could only offer a room with one king bed.I registered 3 adults and payed the extra so 1 bed would not have done. Although house keeping works very hard..8 oclock vacuuming the […] hallways was bothersome. Also the heating system was crazy and the remote did not work so t.v had to be changed manually...also no # references for the bed system as I have seen in the past.With all that said...The staff was very friendly and the parking was extremely reasonable. 더 보기

Hotel is well located and staff are extremely helpful. the only thing that lets it down is the entrance foyer which is tired and dingy.

Very lovel stay, had a deluxe riverview room everythin was absolutely wonderful..asked for fridge and microwave when i checked it and I got it within seconds. Also, stayed at hilton before on the same street and didnt like it that much, this one is definetly the best

Aside from the fact that the toilet was too close to the wall (you had to sit sideways due to the toilet paper roll protruding from the wall where your leg needs to be) and no HD TV (very grainy picture) we had a good stay...oh yes...add the daily parking fee...nice river view.

i dont even know if i got a free room i would use it after no sleep at all with that ac unit making so much noise

Got to the room, the bed was broken. The mattress was uncomfortable. However, the room wasn't the cleanest and wasn't the worst. It was not worth the money I paid. Location, was not poor as well

The location is great but our AC did not work in our room. I visited a buddy's room at the same hotel and his AC worked fine.

The main issue for this hotel is the parking. It is very inconvenient to go park so far and it makes it hard to go anywhere once you have registered. Also difficult to register because there is not enough room to leave your vehicle in front of the hotel.

Very happy with the whole experience.Staff were friendly and helpfull.Only problem was with the sleep number king bed.It did not function properly but I still had a restfull sleep.I will definately look into staying at the Windsor Riverside Inn when I return to the area.

we had a romantic weekend get away and it was great! the staff wasn't the best but the bed was super comfortable and nice. the bathroom as clean, as was the bed! it was a little cold for walking but it was not bad! in the summer it would be the perfect hotel!

This was our first time in Windsor. This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and friendly. We had an excellent view of the Detroit River, and the lights at night were awesome. We stayed for 2 nights in thishotel. Even though the parking was behind the building, there was a walkway. The TV was very outdated and not great reception. But I have to say that it was the quietest hotel I have slept in, no hallway noise what so ever. The bed was very comfortable and the decorating well done.

Great location and the riverview rooms are well worth a look, excellent nighttime views of Detroit and the park on the Windsor side. The bus station for the Tunnel Bus and Special Events buses to Detroit (say, for hockey games) is right behind the hotel. Surprisingly, the pool and gym were in service and though the pool walls coulda used a scrub, pretty […] decent and a similarly nice riverside view to accompany your backstroke. The only slight gripe is the poor signage in the attached mall to guide you back to the hotel from the parking area, and the fact that the hotel's name doesn't reveal whether you're at the Radisson or the Hilton! For the location that this hotel is in you would think that it would try a little harder. Enjoyed the Shuttle and the Casino is within walking distance. Nice views of whats across the water. The hotel itself was nothing special and unappealing in sight. The people are nice and helpful.

make a phone call their they did took my loggage and put them aside wit my deposit ...i had an emergency

With exception of a couple of check in issues our stay was very comfortable. The room had a great view as promised and the bed was very comfortable. Room service was quick and the food fantastic. Parking was a little confusing as it was in back in a seperate parking garage but the vehicle was safe. Nice, comfortable hotel with great view of the river and close to all downtown activities

We were going to Broadway show in Detroit and decided to come to Casino the night before. Ended up choosing this hotel bcs of proximity to the casino and afordable price. Staff was very helpfull - we ended up moving to another room bcs in the room next to our original placement people had a party. Very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and location of the hotel. Would definitely come back for future planned visits.
