위치는 Wynyard 역과 아주 가까우며 다른 관광명소와도 근접해 있어 적절함. 가격대비 나쁘지는 않으나 객실 시설은 노후된 편임. 객실의 편안함 과 좋은 시설을 원하시는 분께는 추천하기 어려움.

큰 기대를 할 필요는 없음. 위치는 너무 좋음. 다만 9월 방문이었는데 객실이 조금 추웠음.

친구와 함께 여행하려다 급 변경되어 혼자 가게 된 시드니여행.... 백팩커스에서 숙박을 해결하려다 취소 후 출국전날 급하게 예약하게 된 트래블로지윈야드 호텔..! 우선 트레인역이라 매우 가까워서 혼자 여행하는 저에게는 너무 편리했습니다. 여자혼자 큰 짐을 가지고 움직이기엔 너무 힘들었기에... 트레인역에서 3분정도 거리!! 그리고 영어가 부족한 저에겐 한국인 메니저 분이 계셔서 알아듣기 힘든 부분을 쉽게 물어볼 수 있어 얼마나 감사하던지... 다만 아쉬운건 호텔방에 커텐을 치면 바로 사무실이라 거의 암흑속에서 지낸거 같애요~ 높은층으로 가면 시드니 시내를 볼수 있다고 예약을 했는데.. 낮은층에.. 바로 앞이 건물로 막혀있는게 […] 쪼꿈 아쉬었네요.. 그 부분만 제외하면 이번 호텔 숙박은 만족! 입니다. 하버브릿지나 오페라하우스도 걸어다니기 괜찮았어요~ 타운홀역하고도 딱 한정거장 차이고... 이동하기 적정한 위치에 있던거 같애요! 더 보기

공항철도와 연결되어있는 윈야드 지하철역과 가깝고, 주요 관광지와 가까워서 위치는 최고였습니다. 전망이 보이는방은 아니여서 다른룸의 전망은 어떨지 모르겠지만 제가 지낸방은 전망은 별루였습니다. 하지만 가격대비 만족도는 최고입니다.

윈야드 역은 오피스지역이라고 할까요... 주변에 편의시설은 많지 않은데...시드니 주요 관광지들을 다 걸어서 다닐 수 있어요 호텔서비스나 시설 등도 무난하네요 적당한 호텔인 것 같습니다.

배낭여행이나 자유여행객들에게 아주 좋은 위치의 호텔이였어요 지하철역이 걸어서 1분내 거리에 있고 시내 버스도 바로 옆에 정류장이 있구요 호텔 바로 옆에 스타벅스도 있어요~ 시드니 공항에서 지하철로 바로 호텔앞까지 올수 있습니다. 룸도 비교적 깨끗하고 32인치 lcd tv도 있습니다

This hotel is fine if you only need a room for a single night. The bathrooms are cramped and the beds are not comfortable. You will feel like you need a shower after leaving this place. However, it is right night to a main transit station.

Hotel in an excellent location for all the Sydney sights. The only negative comment I have is that the shower needs a good clean !!!

Everything was fine except my neighbours. I had a couple of 'typical' Australian 20 year olds staying next to me. Totally disrespectful. They were carrying on all night long: yelling, talking loud, slamming doors, crazy laughing, etc. I wanted to complain, but was so tired I couldn't get myself out of bed at 3am to do so. Limited hotel amenities but good location, easy for city walk and tour!

I was lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival and was put on to the top floor. My room was huge. The bed was super comfy and all in-room/bathroom items were as expected. Front desk staff were helpful and responsive. The hotel is located a short 2 minute walk from Wynard train station (turn left out of the entrance onto York Street). We were very happy with our stay, the only suggestion we could make would be to have more selection available for the continental breakfast. We thought you would have weet-bix available for our 8 month old daughter, she was not able to eat any of the cereals available while we were staying. For $20 we thought there would be more variety.

I would happily stay at this hotel again. Sydney is very expensive, this place was a good deal.

Very well located in the heart of Sydney. Hotel itself is old and the rooms are in need of renovation.

COMFORTABLE AND A GOOD SERVICE AND CONVENIENT LOCATION

Great hotel very central to train and all the main tourist venues in Sydney

We were misled to think it is a 4 star Hotel. We were on our Wedding Anniversary and after having a late night on Sunday with a harbour cruise and for that reason (and because we would arrive late on the first night) I ARRANGED a late checkout with the assistant manager who was very nice. On arrival we were told this was not the case!! Soon after 7am […] we were woken and kept awake by painters on the 19th floor (one below) because they were HAMMERING AND CHISELING wall moulding.......AT 7-8:30AM !!!!! It took me 3 phone calls over more than half an hour to get peace. Needless to say we did NOT get back to sleep. On checkout we were told the peanuts we had in the bar would not be charged !!!!!!!!!! 더 보기

Overall this hotel is okay, I feel most satisfactory is its convenience. For others, it likes a 3-star more than a 4-star hotel.

The check-in staff is unfriendly. Housekeeping is totally nightmare. Too much noisy. NEVER EVER stay in here.

In the ever expensive Sydney, This place wasn't too bad on price at all. My friends and I each got separate standard rooms and for some reason, their's had a lounge room and ours didn't? Clean Hotel, Very comfortable bed, Very secure parking ... TV's an old CRT but doesn't matter when you are out all day.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Its location near Wynard Station makes travel around Sydney and area very easy. It is within a short walk to the central busienss area, Circular Quay, and the great shopping on Georges Street and Westfield MallThis is our second visit to Sydney from Canada and the second time we have stayed at this hotel.

The room was clean but considering the bathroom appeared to have been partly refurbished the bath/shower tiles were not refurbished. This made the bathroom look ordinary as Previous repairs were patchy.

After booking the Travelodge in Sydney, I honestly did not know what to expect. The price was good, it appeared to be a nice hotel, and was in a good location. Still....I was skeptical. The hotel was fabulous!! Less than a block away from the train station, getting there was simple. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was polite and helpful. […] The room was clean and in perfect order. Overall, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect. A short walk to the harbor and any number of restaurants, bars and shopping. Staffers knew the area well and were quick to offer suggestions for restaurants and tourist activities. I HIGHLY recommend Travelodge to travelers staying in Sydney!!! I have no complaints at all about this hotel, which is rare for me! 더 보기

I was extremely pleased with the location. The hotel was within walking distance of most major attractions. It is located in the CBD, and is surrounded by wide variety of shopping and resturants. If you prefer not to walk there is plenty of transportation nearby; including buses, trains, taxis, water taxis The hotel lobby was not bad, but could use […] a minor facelift. There is a major overhaul needed in the rooms. Our room was small, but we did have a queen size bed. Unfortunately, the carpet was old and dirty in the room, and the outer hallway. The carpet was two tone with darker colors and looked as if it may need a deep shampooing. After settling into the room I put on a pair of new white socks, and did not leave the room after a short white I noticed that the bottom of the new sock were unordinarily dirty for the short time I had been there. This uncleaniness was mentioned to the cleaning person who revaccum the room, but it was the carpet that needed replacing not just vaccuming again. There was a iron, and ironing board in the room that we used. The cover on the ironing board was dirty and had holes in it. When used on a pair of khaki pants it left imprints from the cover. Also, the room had ants. At first there was only a couple noticed on the dresser, and in the bathroom. On the third day the dresser was full of ants. This was too much to ignor. A hotel representative at the registration desk was notified, and a different was given immediately, and an offer to dry clean the damaged pants was given. The hotels attempt to offer solutions to the disappointments was appreciated. A larger room was given that had a balcony. This was nice, but the carpet in the room and hallway leading to the room was still old, and dirty; the new room was nine floors down. This tells me that the entire hotel needed to be recarpeted. And probably sprayed for ants. Fortunately there were no ants noticed in the new room, I was constantly on the lookout for them,. They were very tiny so 더 보기

The hotel is older but very comfortable. Marcos came to the curb down the street to help us with our luggage and store them for us. He also help us with airport shuttle. Neville is also very helpful and friendly. The maid on the 15 th floor is ver thorough. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

Overall, the hotel is good. Room was prepaid on this site. Checked out, told everything was OK .No use of any services/facilities Get home, additional charges put on card, over $70. No response to various requests as to what/why.

Had five fabulous nights at Wynyard Travelodge end of Feb 2012. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent and the location was just a short walk to Circular Quay and the Harbour for the Opera House/Bridge and Ferries. Get yourself up and out early and buy yourself a $21 dollar all day/all destination travel pass from the Sydney Ferry station […] and enjoy unlimited travel on the ferries/buses & train.Great value. If it's a sunny day you MUST go over to Manley....fab. Great Hotel, clean, loads of room couldn't fault it...can't wait to come back to Sydney and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...5 stars 더 보기

room was small and not organised. could not open window wooden shutters as overlooked office building near by, so needed lights on when daylight. staff were not very happy but seemed stressed all the time so not giving customers good vibes. don't eat in restaurant unless you dont mind waiting over an hour. ate there twice but for some reason chef cannot […] cope with numbers, so maybe they need more kitchen help. in need of brightening up as halls are dull and depressing colours 더 보기

Very noisy and small room. The lifts are extremly slow. Some of the staff shouldn't be working in that industry as they didn't know the meaning of customer service. on the plus side its very close to the train station.

The staff are excellent. Always keen to help and we were able to walk everywhere. Transport is also close by in case you want to go further or rest tired legs. The condition, cleanliness and general standard of the rooms were definately below 4 star standard.

Good location, reasonable hotel and price was reasonable compared to hotels nearby. Gym was small and hot.

The room was comfortable and well presented. The bathroom was clean and had the best water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel! Plenty of Hot water. Nice area. Central to most things. Rail transport very close.

Booked and payed executive room but stayed in what i presume was a standard room #1704

fantastic location easy walk to circular quay, darling harbour and cdb city centre. staff helpful and efficent . would have no hesatatsion in a return stay on any future travels to sydney.

The location is good and within walking distance of most of Sydney's sights. The room was clean and nice and the staff did their job and were friendly towards us.

very handy to all transport and shops. Beds comfortable. The hotel is getting very shabby,could do with a good Spring clean -a/c vent near window full of dust [which in turn blows into room] The shower heads are out of The Ark ,too large . The Hotel Travelodge Wynyard is close to Wynyard station in the center of CBD; only 10 minutes walk to harbour and tourist attractions. The Hotel's staff are polite and friendly. Room service was acceptable and standard. All in all, this hotel is a comfortable place to stay.

For the rate of the hotel room we expected to get much more. The room was small, directions were terrible, the airconditioning very weak, balancing cold and warm water was hard to do, Internet was expensive and slow, and hotel personnel was untypically busy and stressed. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel unless location was critical.
