We came for a college visit of University of Michigan. This hotel was awesome. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too. I will stay here again!

The staff was helpful and courteous. I stayed for five days and was very well cared for.

The hotel was clean but not roomy. The bathroom had a very small vanity and I didn't have anywhere to put my toiletries. Not a lot of counter/table space either. The breakfast was really good. The king bed was hard, I prefer a medium mattress--not too soft and not too hard.

I had a very comfortable and extremely enjoyable stay here. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly, informative and accommodating and made me feel at home in a place I'd never been before. There was a small hitch when I first checked in. The person at the front desk put me in a room that, as it turned out, was reserved by someone else. When I […] got to the room whose number he had written on my key, the door was unlocked, so I let myself in and shut it behind me. A few minutes later I nearly had a heart attack when the people who had actually reserved the room let themselves in. The front desk person handled it very well though: he was extremely apologetic and also gave me a Starbucks gift card. Apart from that though, everything was great! 더 보기

I love Hampton Inns. This one is very conveniently located. I have stayed at this location 3 times already. I will be back!

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to key highways, and still close to downtown Ann Arbor. Breakfast was very good, and improved from our last stay about 12 months ago. They have added oatmeal, and fruit to the spread, in addition to an already very good breakfast selection. Was supposed to be handicaped assesible? One grab bar in "tub " and stool was low, not for a handicaped person. Also two days later found had two charges for incedentals? one bottle water newspaper??? This amounted to $15.00????

Booked two rooms for friends and I to come up from Toledo to Ann Arbor for a "night on the town" for birthday. Hotel is only 3 miles from downtown and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a friendly helpful staff. We will be back!

Hampton Inns are the nicest hotel we have stayed in at such an affordable price. The staff and hotel comforts make it easy to be away from home with a family.

A typical Hampton Inn. Reasonably new and clean. Service was very good. They have gotten rid of the Hilton Honors snack and beverage cart they used to have. That is a shame as it was very popular. Disappointed Hilton will not give Honors credit if booked on an external site.

Pretty impressed with the accomodations for a bargain hotel. Nice rooms if not necessarily spacious. Feels new or just very well taken care of. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not the selling point: it is convenient but not anything that is a dealmaker or breaker.

This Hotel is a great value if booked through one of the internet sites. Overall this is a clean, well-run hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The staff checking me in were friendly, quick, polite, and competent. My checkout was quicker; hand the key back, give room number, and a wave goodbye. This was our second stay in Ann Arbor and we highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable. Amenities include full breakfast, take out bag lunches and constant coffee and tea. It was all great.

Beautiful/comfortable hotel and hotel room. Close to restaurants. Decent breakfast. Free wi-fi. We couldn't ask for more.

WHEN WE ENTERED OUR ROOM, THERE WAS A HAVE USED BAG OF WATER BOTTLES, AND MUNCHIES IN A KROGER BAG IN A CHAIR, AND WHEN WE WENT TO BED. THERE WERE A COUPLE BLACK HAIRS,AND SPECKS OF SOMETHING UNDER THE ONE PILLOW. WE FELT ALITTLE STRANGE ABOUT THESE THINGS,BUT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE OTHERWISE. THANK YOU.

The motel was clean and the location was convenient for my purposes. The room air conditioner chilled the room but didn't take the humidity out of the air. The bed linens and carpeting felt damp. Also, even though we arrived at breakfast more than an hour before it closed, the food choices and amount of food was somewhat limited.

The housekeeping only made the bed and changed towels, the did not clean up dirty coffee cups, empty garbage cans or clean sink/tub. It was not gross, but not especially clean. Only two of the three machines in the "gym" worked (I always use the hotel gyms and choose ones with a gym on purpose). The staff was very friendly.

The only negative about this stay was that it occurred over the July 4th weekend, and there was a large group of very noisy, obnoxious young people who had an ongoing party in the hallways...

Beautifully renovated hotel. Luxurious, metro, upscale feel. Service was excellent.

The hotel was a good place to stay, although the beds were only double size, they were very comfortable and the room/bathroom was very clean. Hotel staff were helpful and the free, continental breakfast was the best we have had so far with fresh fruit, assortment of yoghurts, scrambled eggs/bacon. We would stay there again.

Had to chuckle over price discount..very good. Couldn't figure why until getting there..I 94 under repair..last 4 miles to hotel took over 30 minutes, then street access to hotel closed off for repaving. had to reroute ...not easy over dusty dirt roads....same in morning to get out....other wise..very nice stay and great breakfast...

The Hampton hotel in Ann Arbor was close to all attractions. Very quiet and the staff was wonderful. They were very polite and would go that extra mile to make sure the guests were comfortable.

This Hampton Inn doesn't live up to normal Hampton Inn standards. The room needed a little work, the door was undercut too much as it let in a bunch of light from the hall when the lights were out in the room, and whirlpool jets were weak. The breakfast area was small and there were no waffles there!!

Nice breakfast and lobby area. Room nice, but noisy fan and bed not comfortable. Bathroom fine. Treadmill and elliptical machine very noisy, felt nervous on them and asked front desk to check on maintenance of machines.

Yes, I was very pleased with the service and people at Hampton. My room was well prepared, the handicapped facilities weorked well. The breakfast was very good. I will be back!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds are full size so cramped for two adults. The pool had a lot of chlorine smell, couldn't take more than 30 minutes of it. And staff WONT let you check in before 3:00, so don't even try. With all that said, our stay was still really good.
