Best ever!!!!! Will stay there again if I'm ever traveling back to Columbus.

My husband and I stayed at the Westin in for 2 nights the weekend of 3/24/12, It was a lovely experience. The room way as a bit small but was nicelyy decorated, clean and smelled wonderful. We walked to Nationwide arena for a hockey game it was about a mile walk but there were lots of sights to keep us busy!

The hotel itself was really nice. The staff were all great and I loved the location. However, I do wish I had read other reviews about the room size. They are quite small compared to others in the same price range.

I Will not use the agency to find me a hotel room they are over priced and I was not offered the lower rate the hotel was 20 dollars cheaper when we arrived!

The historic hotel was very clean, service was fast, and rooms were updated and large. The bed was comfortable but the only thing was that I had my 6 yr old who used to taking baths could not do so due to there being only a stand up shower in bathroom.? But the hotel was decorated for Christmas and the food was good, would not recommend ordering breakfast […] in room- it was almost as pricey as a dinner served! Would stay there again but not with child or order room service for breakfast. 더 보기

Great staff - greeted and warmly welcomed. Room was upgraded by staff. Had my high school daughter with me.

Located in downtown Columbus. Surrounding neighborhood was nothing special. Went to go to Ohio State game, wasnt too far but there are probably closer hotels to stay at. I got the cheapest room. It was very small. Windows were dirty

I selected this Westin because I was expecting a high quality hotel room. My husband & I were spending one night in Columbus as we were dropping our son off at OSU. I was disappointed by the size of the hotel room (small), the thin walls (I could hear my neighbors through the bathroom), and the computer in the business center was not hooked up to the […] printer. I could have stayed in the suburbs for less and had better accommodations. What a disappointment! Westin fell down on the job! 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown attractions.

We had a nice time at the Westin. The room was prestine. We were upgraded due to over-booking. Yes, they only have valet parking at the hotel. However, if you walk about a block and a half, they have $5 parking for overnight.

The hotel was close to the Scioto Mile which is a great area to sightsee. Also within walking distance to the Arena District. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay downtown.

We have stayed at other Westins and loved them so we decided to stay at this location versus some other brands of hotels- big mistake. If the bar had actually been open it wasn't when we arrived around midnight. (Really- on a friday night?) The room was very small- no big deal. The fridge in the room and its contents were warm. There were no toiletries […] in the room or even a bathmat---not sure what that was all about. Tried to find an ice machine- not sure if there is one in the building. And the condition of the wallpaper was - shocking- kind of peeling at the seams and almost looked like someone had peeled off maybe a border that had at one time been around the top of the walls. Best way to sum up the experience was DISAPPOINTED!!!! Will not repeat that mistake in Columbus again.....and get out your wallet for parking if you do decide to shell out the cash for the name on the side of the building. 더 보기

Beautiful hotel with wonderful customer service. Travel frequently to Columbus and plan on staying here again in the near future-- very clean too.

We held a wedding reception and morning breakfast afterwards. Everything turned out just perfect. The bride and groom were very happy! The wedding was held at the Great Southern Theatre, so the convenience of everything was so easy on guest. Michael was our wedding coordinator. Sometimes you had to leave messages for him, as I am sure this is his busy […] time of year, then he would get back to you as soon as he could. We stayed in a corner king room and had an adjoining room also. The corner king was quite spacious, which we thought was totally worth it. We would recommend them to others. Our out of town guest loved how they could park their car and just walk eveywhere. 더 보기

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding. It was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and quiet, just what we were looking for after our crazy day.

The hotel was very clean and was beautiful! However, there was a wedding reception going on right under our room, which we were not told upon checking in. Our floor vibrated and the mirrors rattled until nearly midnight. No one asked us how are stay was when we checked out.

The room was clean but,the room was so small it was like walking into a shoebox,it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I would not pay that much to stay there again.

We honestly could not believe the size of our 'standard queen' room- crazily small!! Like half of a room, literally. No room for a desk or side table. We had luggage from a 12-day on the road biz trip and had to have housekeeping take out furniture and trays with barware and we still had to move things from place to place to get to the tiny bathroom. […] There is absolutely NO good reason that Westin should ever offer these rooms to anyone, much less spg Gold members. Hotel.com should absolutely make sure that it states the size of these rooms- 100 sq ft., if that. We had a 2-night stay for biz and dreaded going back to our room. Pathetic. Last time we were here, we stayed in a suite and it was great. So, i literally had no idea that a regular room is like a large closet. Also, like a really bad joke, that air system- right near your head (12") sounds like a jet taking off. And the opening window broke after the first use. WE ARE UNHAPPY with this stay. 더 보기

Bad parking, small lot, tight spots, not enough spots to accommodate the hotel.

The hotel seems to be in what is a deteriorating neighborhood. It wasn't awful, but with the empty and buildings that seemed to be falling down it made me feel like it may not be the safest area. It was just 1 mile from the convention center that I was attending so it was very convenient. We weren't in the room very much, but it was a typical Westin. […] The bed was awesome and it was very clean. The bathroom was a little small, but it was fine. 더 보기

The hotel was beautiful, although not as close to things as i expected. There was a lot of construction in the immediate area and the nearest atm other than the lobby was .5 miles away. The hotel's atm was out of service when I needed cash. last, the hotel bar declined service @ 1:45 am even tho there were wedding guests there so we had a few guests […] in our room and within 2 mn we had security at our door saying there were complaints of noise which i frankly found impossible. He did allow us to lounge in the lobby however. Overall it was a nice hotel. 더 보기

Old world charm. Try out the exercise guest rooms. Really neat!

This Westin is clean and comfortable. Service was great. Location is convienant- however- you do have to pay for parking. I would definately stay here again.

The outside of the hotel was misleading. Once you got inside, it was very pretty. Our room was very small. THe thermostat on the wall kept clicking all night. Not many places to eat late at night. We were here for a concert at Nationwide Arena. Best part about this trip was that STYX and Reo Speedwagon stayed in this same hotel as us.

The room we had was very comfortable. The tolietry were very nice and the workout room was very state of the art. It was right downtown so we were pretty much in working distance from certain shops and landmarks. The employees were very pleasant to talk to and helpful as well. I'm already planning a trip back to the hotel and plan many more in the future. […] If you come to Columbus, OH the Westin Columbus is where you should stay. 더 보기

The hotel itself was very nice. However, the room seemed to be a bit small considering the price we paid for it. Also, the parking was kind of tight and located about a half a block away. Other than that I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
