The hotel, and amenities, were very nice and comfortable, however downtown Dallas is not. The surrounding area leaves much to be desired, and we would not suggest walking around at night. It was nice, clean and comfortable. My only real complaints are that the pool was not as fun as it looked in the pictures and the windows were small making the rooms very dark.

Free brekfsat would have been nice but overall it was great

The Crowne Plaza Downtown Dallas is the best priced hotel in the imediate area of downtown Dallas / Reunion Tower. The staff is very personable and the hotel offer a good value for the price.

I will never use hotels.com again, first of all they lied about the surrounding attractions and the price of the hotel was ridiculously over priced. Me and my husband were on the phone with hotels.com for about an hour and they wouldn't accommodate us. It was really a learning experience.

Wish we would have had more time in the room. Very Nice!

Bathroom had soiled towels hanging on back of door. A busted balloon was on bathrrom floor.

This hotel did not honor hotels.com commitment. We booked a room with two standard beds for four people. It's a good thing two of us couldn't make it because all they could give us was one queen bed. They were also unable to provide a pull away bed. The bathroom was small, the hotel was old, dirty and often had elevator problems.

The hotel is a great stay if you have business in town and have a car. Just be aware that the hotel bar becomes a hopping club on busy nights. Parking was hard to find in the garage on Friday night and there was a bit more noise than the other nights. We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the House of Blues. Loved that it was walking distance to the venue and we were able to walk to the west end where there were quite a few options for dinner. The room was great and very clean. I wish the beds had been larger or we could found a decently priced room with one king size bed. It wasn't […] great for couples sharing a bed, but still worked for just one night. We also decided to go to the dallas world aquarium the next day and Christina at the front desk extended our parking pass so we could just walk to the aquarium rather than pay to park there too. Overall it was a great experience. Keep in mind you do need to pay to park at the hotel which is common for most downtown hotels in large cities. No cash needed, they add it to your bill. 더 보기

Was in Dallas for a convention and this was by far the most affordable hotel I could find near the convention center. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant----they even called me the first night to make sure everything was ok with the room. The room was a little light on amenities. There is an iron, ironing board, hair […] drier, a nice sized television and coffee pot. The wi-fi in the room is one of the best I've used in a hotel. But other extras like small fridge, an alarm clock or microwave some business travelers might expect are lacking. The groundfloor hosts a nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights. I was on the 9th floor, so it didn't bother me. But a friend of mine had a room on the 4th floor and heard a lot of noise. Get a higher floor and you should be fine. 더 보기

The hotel was nice and affordable compared to some of the other options in the downtown area. I would not recommend that anyone spend a lot of time outside the hotel after 8pm. The surrounding area is a little rough though it does seem to be well patrolled by police.

The hotel doesn't have much street appeal and the lobby is very basic. Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is part of a night club and as a solo woman it was not my first choice, but there didn't seem to be much else in walking distance. My wife and I stayed at this location for our 10 year anniversary. These are the reasons why you should not stay at this hotel: 1. Horrible Customer Service 2. Way Expensive- Poor Quality 3. Shuttle always late- Running Behind 4. Non Smoking Rooms smell like Old Smoke 5. Staff have no sense of direction as to where things are in the area. 6. No bellman […] at arrival, No Conceirge 7. Water is Brown 8. Breakfast Staff not Friendly 9. Parking is horrific especially with the connected club downstairs. 10. Website says valet available, no valet was offered at check in. 11. Housekeeping never once cleaned our rooms. 12. Hotel has balconys, however, front desk says you are refused to use them, however, could not tell me why. 13. Noisy and loud at all hours of the night. 14. No water at day of check out, called down and front desk says they shut it off for renovation without any notification, so we drove home dirty and unsanitary. 15. I will never return to this hotel ever again. When checking in, they told me the King Suite w/ Balcony , refrigerator and microwave was not available because another customer decided to stay another night. So, that meant I did not get the room I had booked. Instead they gave me 2 separate rooms with double beds. I told Brian I did not need another separate […] room. I asked if he could pro rate the difference and he said no. I understand I booked an advance paid room with no refunds, but I was charged for a room I did not recieve. I thought that is why you book and recieve confirmation for that specific room in advance. My Fiance and I were not going to sleep in separate rooms. What a TOTAL waste. This hotel was more of party central. Loud music in the rooms and you could hear people talking and laughing until 4 AM! I called the front desk, they said they would take care of it. Well, it didn't work, they kept on. I had a meeting the next morning @ 8 AM. I was TIRED! I do NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone. Oh, and by the way, the glasses in the room were dirty! I stayed in this hotel for just one night. I had great service, everyone treated me with respect and courtesy . The room was very comfortable, nice TV and room service. The A/C unit startled me the first time it started up but it wasn't really a big deal. The view of Dallas was fantastic.

All Staff was very friendly and helpfull! It was a great experience.

The street noise is pretty loud. There are a lot of sirens at night. Also disappointed that it is a dog friendly hotel, but there is no grass to take them to potty. On the plus side, we had neighbors making a lot of noise during 2 in the morning. I called the front desk, and security was up there quickly.

My room was more comfortable (beds are a dream!), we had a fridge and a microwave, service was outstanding, and there was no charge for internet service. I thought the location of the hotel was great. Quick access to and from Dallas. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only dislike about this hotel was I had to pay for parking even though I was a Hotel guest. That was an extra $14 for one night on parking.

The hotel is consider average by my book. I only paid this amount for the location it was in. other than that I would not pay that much for a room like what I got. This hotel had the best bell service that I ever been to. Charles and Randy made my business trip alot easier. I felt like I made new friends in Texas with their friendly service. Only bad thing I can say happen to us there is when I was brought to my room by bell service, the room they brought me to was already had occupancy. Despite the excellent location of the hotel, it needs a thorough renovation of its guestrooms. The wardrobe room in my room was spoilt, the light bulb has fused, the bathtub was dirty and in general, nthe room looks worn and old. A little surprised with what we were given. The first room was on the 12th floor, wreaked of cigarettes, After voicing my concerns, we were "upgraded" to the Downtown View which was the exact room number, but on the 11th floor. So from room 1201 to 1101.... Hmmm.... I was trying to leave the hotel to go to a wedding, but the gate wouldn't raise. Of […] course, there was no attendant working. I pressed the button on the call box but no one answered. I had to call the hotel directly and waited about 15 minutes so someone could come and let me out. When someone showed up, of course, he couldn't. He then went looking for the attendant to raise the gate. Nice place. Location was convenient. Nice lobby, room was okay. Didnt stay in it much, but the view was really nice. Nothing super extravegant.
