2013년02월08일, Hotels.com 고객 이용 후기1. 달라스국제공항까지 15분만에 호텔셔틀이 나와서 픽업을 해주고, 호텔에서 5마일까지는 무료로 데려다주는 서비스가 최고입니다. 운전기사들도 모두 오랫동안 근무해와서 친절하고 정확합니다. 2. 호텔청소나 청결함은 비슷한 레벨의 호텔들과 비슷합니다. 1년 전에 호텔에 두고온 전기제품 커넥터를 찾아서 한국까지 보내주는 정성에 감동했습니다. 3. 아침식사와 저녁 manager receiption은 정말 최고입니다. 작년에 경험한 Thanksgiving Day 에도 정말 좋은 식사를 준비해 주더군요. 4. 출장을 가기 때문에 주위의 관광명소는 잘 모릅니다. 5. 주위에 여러 레스토랑이 걸어가서 이용할 수 있고 바로 앞에는 Hurst 경찰서, 뒤에는 병원이 있고, 가까운 주위가 대부분 거주지로 안전하고 조용합니다. 쇼핑몰도 가까운 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.

"Unexpectedly nice"
We expected a comfortable stay but got more than that! The place is lovely, spotless and friendly. There is a comfortable bar and small restaurant with better than average hotel food. The server obviously took pride in all that he did. At check in we were given bottles of water and fresh cookies. There are restaurants nearby but why go anywhere else? Never wrote a review about anything, but I felt I needed to about this hotel. Took my two daughters to six flags and booked this hotel the week we left. First of all the location and hotel was GREAT! Plenty of food and shopping close by. The hotel staff was great from beginning to end. The room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed. We had no problem […] with any customers staying at the hotel. I believe this was due to this hotel being mainly a business persons hotel. I was very quiet at all times of the day. Kind of weird to me with it being a weekend but, the bartender told me they are more busy during the weekdays. The pool area is fantastic. Picked the hotel because of proximity to client office, and was greatly pleased that there was plenty of options for food/entertainment around. A nice quiet area. Can even walk to many of the places (only 3-5 blocks). While I was there they were working on a couple things (like usual maintenance), but it wasn't noisy or an eye sore. My keyreader on […] the door had an issue, but the staff was very prompt in getting a solution, and super friendly.
