The hotel was great the staff was very helpful havent stayed their for a long time better than I remember.Breakfast was great and managers social was great too.

This is a great value hotel. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and breakfast is served in the main reception area. It's located right in the heart of Williamsburg and close to the Visitor's Center. I highly recommend it to families traveling with kids. Room is clean and is equipped with a microwave and a small fridge. Free internet access is a big plus. The staff was very friendly, especially the ones working the breakfast buffet. Great breakfast omelets!

Loved this Hotel - Excellent in every way. Breakfast was fabulous, service outstanding, rooms had all the comforts of home. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is run by a top notch staff. The general manager Chris, went out of his way to make sure the crowd around the free great breakfast could get seats. he was bussing tables, greeting guests and doing work equal to his staff. I even saw him outside cleaning up the parking lot. This hotel is top notch. Clean, nice warm pool and hot tub, great happy […] hour with a different hot food very night. Our toilet was stopped up the second night at 1AM, and they promptly sent maintenance to the room. The value of the free breakfast alone makes it worthwhile. 더 보기

I had an outstanding experience staying at the Embassy Suites in Williamsburg, Virginia with my wife and two daughters, 6 and 8. The service was excellent in every way. I would recommend this hotel to any family on vacation.

Room very clean and comfortable; staff attentive and accommodating. Only complaint was that the entire building needs a bit of a makeover - looks '70's-'80's. But, landscaping very nice - premises were quiet, and breakfast very good. So, with updated decorating, all "5"s!

Staff was very nice and accommodating though the property is one of the old Embassy Suites property designs and could be updated. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Location good near attractions and a little quieter off the main street.

Was expecting better quality for the price (in comparison to other hotels in the area, Embassy Suites was the most expensive)...beds and living room furniture both very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here so much, that we stayed longer than we originally planned to. Part of that was because we were enjoying Colonial Williamsburg so much, and partly because we visited in February, before the President's Week vacation, so the hotel was not very crowded, but this hotel and its staff met or exceeded our requirements in many ways! […] The room was comfortable, clean & quiet. Having a suite with a bedroom door helped a lot to shut out any noise in the hallway. We saved a lot of money on food and drink by taking full advantage of the included full breakfast buffet and their terrific "Manager's Reception" happy hour, which included free hot hors d'oeuvres, raw veggies & dip (crudites), and FREE alcoholic drinks with no limit! When we did order a dinner, the salmon, spinach and sweet potatoe fries were excellent. The staff were always friendly and courteous. We thought it was a great value for the money, and would definitely stay there again! The bathtub was pretty slippery, but there were handles to hold onto, and the hot water in the bathroom sink never really got that hot, but these were fairly minor annoyances. 더 보기

We had a great experience at the Embassy Suites. We appreciated the manager's reception in the evening, we had a wonderful room and the buffet was expansive though I wasn't overly impressed with anything on it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The Embassy Suites was very nice inside. It had a lot of ammenties, complimentary breakfast and the staff was personable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with made to order omelets and a breakfast bar with sausage, eggs, bacon, fruit, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool. I liked having the suite with 2 TVs so we could watch different shows and I could get up and out of the room without waking anyone sleeping next door.

I've always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites. The location was minutes away from Water Country USA & the Prime One outlets. I really enjoyed our stay. However, the couch could have been a little more comfortable.

The hotel was much smaller than other Embassy Suites we have stayed in. The staff however, was the usual high quality.

Loved everything about the hotel except for the pool. Too much chlorine. The pool looked very green and had a foul odor.

I was satisfied with my stay. The Manager's Reception was a plus, as well as the cook to order breakfast. They beds are comfy (not the sofabed). However, I thought the suite would have been a little larger, the telephone only worked while on speaker and they charge for local calls (around the corner?). But, I would stay again. The Embassay Suites were modern and clean. House keeping was good with clean towels etc every day. Staff were very efficient as we had a blocked toilet and maintenance wasted no time in rectifying the problem. Reception Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The only down side were that the rooms were a bit small as our family of 5 felt a bit […] cramp in a one bedroom suite. Also there was only 3 washers and dryers and when they broke down it was hard to wash and dry your clothes as there was always a queue for them. There was a wedding party next door. They did not stop partying until 2 a.m. -- hotel should have a rule that such activies should be held in the lobby or bar. When we complained, the staff could not manage the situation, and the party went on.

First used an Embassy Suites hotel decades ago...and it only gets better. Deffinetly biggest bang for the buck.
