Very clean, good continental breakfast, easy to locate

This was a very nice place. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. Located close to a lot of attractions. Breakfast every morning fresh and well prepared, good selection. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The only problem I encountered was no guest laundry, which I needed because I was there for seven days, but there […] was a laundramat three lights down the street. Nice people, clean pool, lots of good options at breakfast, like make-your-own waffles.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel staff were all frendly and courteous. A very pleasant experience.

We had a great time and would stay again. Enjoyed the free breakfast and it had lots of choices. We really liked the outdoor gazebo and rocking chairs.

The clerk who checked us in was not very friendly and not willing to honor my requests until I pursued it further. We had booked two rooms. The one room had issues with the toilet the entire stay. Breakfast was nice, but didn't have as much as was advertised.

The Ramada was very clean and the front desk clerk (Mark) was very professional and courteous. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location close to outlet malls, restaurants & music shows, very pleased with our stay. It was our first experience using hotels.com- will try it again and would stay at this hotel again

We usually ask for upper floor to get away from road noise and just noise in general but I guess we forgot this time and we were booked on ground floor & in room next to us was a rough & rowdy bunch--they screamed at each other, hollered, and slammed doors half the night----no sleep for two nights---the front desk said they would move us but finally […] they checked out---guess cannot blame hotel for this but it was sure not the best time we ever had a motel in PF 더 보기

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Ramada in Pigeon Forge. Some small concerns...I killed a roach in the bathroom...and the pool water was cloudy. I say these things, but I did enjoy my stay. I have high expectations for hotels, and for the price this was excellent. The roach unnerved me, but I didn't see any more or evidence of any more. And they were […] working to correct the pool issue when we checked out. My kids (and lots of others) used the pool, so I don't think the cloudiness was a major issue. Very unprofessional people with lack of communication

The pictures made the hotel appear to be more in the mountains. This was right on the main road in Pigeon Forge. We had some difficulty coming and going with the traffic. The only real complaint was when we checked in we were assigned a room. We went to the room and found that the room was already in use. We called the front desk from the room and they […] met us there and had already assigned us another room. That whole situation made me a little uncomfotable. There should be a checks and balances in place to prevent a room key form being made for a room already in use. Once the room situation was resolved we had an otherwise uneventful stay. 더 보기

The price of the hotel and the service you will receive is the best in the area. My only issue was the wireless service does not like Internet explorer 8. But otherwise I couldn't be more pleased.

This hotel was very much worth the money. It was very close to the places we wanted to go and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Clean, quiet, freindly staff who worked to keep patrons happy and enviorment in good condiction. Mostly young families and older couples.Felt very comfortable during our 3 day stay. Will go back for future trips.

I took my 2 granddaughters,for there Spring Break. to Pigeon Forge,They loved the indoor pool.Place is close to food places,shopping. We had a great time,very clean place.Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

This will be the hotel i will stay at for now on. the hotel people are so nice and friendly. the rooms were clean and the over all stay was amazing! It is also close to everything.

ROOM AND BED WERE VERY CONFORTABLE. WE SLEPT WITH THE CURTAINS OPEN BECAUSE WE HAD A VIEW OF 2 BRADFORD PEAR TREES IN FULL BLOOM. LOVED THE FRONT PORCH WITH DOWN HOME ROCKING CHAIRS IN THE EARLY MORNING AND AT NIGHT BEFORE BEDTIME. STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER--THANK YOU FOR A VERY WONDERFUL STAY. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The staff was great. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We were right in the area where most of the attractions we wanted to see were. It was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

staff was very friendly. only complaint is my wife loves coffee and HAS TO HAVE IT..LOL They were always out and the cups and lids were horrible.They don't fit. small complaint but she spilled the coffee everywhere when trying to get the lid on one morning when they actually had coffee. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Ramada. The only thing that i can complain about it on the website it said that the pool was 24 hours and it actually closed at 1, but other than that the stay was nice!

This was a very nice place - clean, neat, lots of amenities, descent breakfast, nice pool and good staff. Recommend it highly.

Everything was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice pool, spa and sauna. Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The room was. Breakfast waffle maker great. Only problem was last morning toilet stopped up and pour out buckets of water for no apparent reason. Front desk very friendly. Great value for the price. Would stay ther again.

Everything was clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have liked was for them to have a bigger pool but thats just me if I was to be really picky. In all it was a great stay. I will be back to stay soon.

I took my two younger children for a weekend stay there. We were very happy with our stay. Friendly staff, very clean room, decent pool (a bit small 3ft. to 5 ft.), nice size rooms and very comfertable beds. The only down side I would say is the rooms are not the most sound proof. But other then that a good value for cost.

We really enjoyed our stay (Me and Hubby) very cozy and clean. Great Location, Affordable. Surrounded by plenty of activities and restaurants all in walking distance. Thats of you like to walk.

We normally rent a cabin when we go to the mountains, but were afraid of the roads in late December. This hotel was so much more convenient. It is right in the heart of everything and clean and comfortable. The elevator was a little slow at times, but we were only on the second floor so we took the stairs a lot.
