호텔위치는 시애틀 센터와 가깝고, 다운타운과도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리로 좋음. 시설이 조금 낡은 느낌은 드나, 전체적으로 청결하다고 생각됨. 직원들중 아주 일부가 조금 신경질적이라고 느껴졌으나 대부분은 친절함.

We will be back. The staff was outstanding, the Hotel was clean and well stocked. Coffee was always on, the breakfasts were great. Shuttle service to were ever you wanted to go downtown to water front....On the down side the rooms were a little tight but clean and doable. This is now our destenation of choice for Seattle.

it was ok I feel your hotel needs to be renuvejated

I have mixed feelings about this, since the hotel staff were so wonderful. The location, a stone's throw from food and Seattle Center (Space needle, Science museum, SCIFI museum, monorail and plenty of good eats (no fast food!) was excellent. This was also about a mile from other fun stuff, like the Aquarium, Pike's Market, Convention Center, library, […] and a little further to the Pioneer Square. Made a nice good walk for the whole family since we had a lot of energy to burn after the long train ride. However, we had a toilet mishap, an extra small room, and an incident where the chlorine in the pool turned my daughter's hair green (for a ten year old, the whining and crying that insued ... oh boy...) The small room would have gotten on our nerves if we had to spend over two days in it. As it was, we just used it to crash. I'd say for the price, it's a good deal. 더 보기

we tried to check in at 3:00 our room wasn't ready we came back at 5:00 still not ready they gave us another room very small

smalll rooms but very clean ...you get what you pay for. Parking was crazy and at times a hassle to get any. Breakfast was nice and better than the usual continental breaky. Freeway noise might bother some so ask for an inside room.

This hotel was a pain to get to if you don't know you're way around Seattle. On top of the construction on the highway nearby, the lobby was under complete renovation and you had to search for where to check in, I believe they should've been giving much bigger discounts during this time period, the hotel is a mess! The room was alright, nothing too fancy. I saw a lot of complaints about room size, but it's a hotel room in Seattle and for a cheap price, its to be expected. All in all a decent hotel. Nothing negative, nothing positive.

They were having construction going on at the time of our stay, but the staff there accommodated us very nicely. We got a free shuttle to our harbor cruise and they honored our free parking. They had restaurant info when we asked and were aways very courteous to us. Our room was very basic but comfortable. Early morning there was construction work right […] outside our window that woke us up. Other than all the construction, it was very nice. We used the pool and work out room. Location excellent, good amenities - hotel lobby and surrounding outside location was under construction during our stay, so a bit untidy. Shuttle service was excellent, and staff was outstanding. We had unexpected car rental problem, and staff went out of their way to accomodate our every need. Stay here for the location, ease of accessing Seattle […] activites and great service. Quality inn in Seattle - Had Homeless people sleeping around the building. The Motel had signs that they were not responsible for loss or theft while you were out of the room. Loud Heating /air conditioner unit - Could not heat the unit because of the noise. A short walk to the space needle and waterfront. A bit out of the heart of downtown, but a reasonable walk for those able to do it. The hotel is rather dated and a bit decrepit looking from outside, but rooms are decent (although on the small side). Fronts a very busy and noisy street - rooms in rear might be better. I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn. I will come to your hotel again. The room was very clean, but it was quite small, but my family made do. The breakfast was very good and i wished I took advantage of your free breakfast more often, but i kept getting up too late. The beds were very comfortable and I slept quite well. The room itself was nice and clean. The shower was amazing; I didnt want to get out. Areas around hotel were under construction so it wasnt visually pretty nor was it easy to get in & out of hotel parking. The space needle can be seen from location. The wifi didnt work at all. The only good thing about this hotel was how close it was to the mono rail. The rooms are TINY. There was NO room to walk around. Even the bathroom was tiny. I felt very closed in. This hotel is in desperate need of updates as well. Its also very noisy and you can hear the people staying around you. This hotel borders on Aurora Ave, and the street noise - even on the third floor was pretty loud. Lots of pedestrians yelling and plainly heard in the room. Also, the room was a crackerbox! Breakfast was probably the best thing. They actually served hot food, but I wouldn't stay here again. Too small, too loud.

This hotel was excellent, comfortable, had a really nice view to the Space Needle. However, they did charge extra for parking. Unfortunatelly, my room was next to loud neighbors who were up all night in and out of the room. They created quite a havoc for me and my family. I wish they could have give us a different room. Our room was very small and cramped but since we didn't spend much time in it -- we could endure it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. If they start charging for parking, I'm not sure the total cost will be worth it.

We spent 3 days in downtown Seattle Center, and this hotel was a great location for those who didn't want to drive, but walk every where. 3 blocks from the Monorail, which is at the Space Needle, Science Center, Key Arena, EMP, and more. Pike Place Market is only 5 blocks from the Monorail at Westlake Center. We never had to use a car for anything! […] Ferries close by, free bus tunnel within the downtown area. Hotel was clean, dated, but up-kept, view ok, but don't expect great in an area surrounded by other buildings. Space Needle did peak over the neighboring hotels roof. Walls are paper thin, but if you are okay with a little noise, versus cleanliness, then still a good choice of hotels. Pool, FREE breakfast definite bonus, and decent for what you get. Waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, muffins, etc. For a budget, not a bad location to stay. Gated parking at no extra charge, very nice! BUT...that is the one thing that helped us decide to stay at the Quality Inn, supposed to have had FREE parking (hotels.com states on amenities), but when checking in there is a $15/day parking fee. Only bad side to the visit, in my opinion. Stay knowing what you are expecting from a 2 star hotel. 더 보기

It is kind of old one but at this price, you probably won't find anything better. (Breakfast was great!) If you want a fancy hotel in Seattle, you gotta pay at least twice as much to get one!

We have stayed here many times. It is very convenient to Key Arena and the Pacific Science Center. Our kids love the pool. The breakfast is very good. However, it is just too noisy. Last year someone rang the fire alarm a couple of time during the night. This year one of our neighboring rooms was up until 4. We won't stay again. I think that the only problems that I found with this hotel is something that is already being changed. The hotel is in a process of remodeling. The hotel smelled like paint almost constantly and sometimes it could be mistaken as cat urine. I did not really appreciate this aspect, but it is being remodeled. Something that they could probably change […] is some of the nicks and scratches in the rooms. It seems like they are really trying to make their hotel look exquisite, but there were some scratches or tears in the walls of our room that could probably add to a lot when the hotel is finished. Something that I did not like was that our room was extremely cold, so we pretty much kept the heater on all the time, but then we would have to turn it off because it would get too hot. Temperature control throughout the hotel would have been very nice. Another aspect of temperature control was that the hotel itself was always cold. If you go to ask the front desk for something, then take a jacket because there will be a breeze waiting right outside your door! One thing that I wish they would change while they are remodeling is the access from one side of the main floor to the other. Here was my problem: when you walk in to the lobby, that is only one half of the hotel, the other side of the main floor includes banquet halls, eating lounges, work out facility, laundry services, and an entrance to the parking lot, but in order to get to this side of the hotel, you have to walk through the pool around. This was really an unnecessary inconvenience for me and I wish that there would be another hall for this access. Also, do not use the elevator for it is extremely slow. My floor was on the second floor, so I could run up the stairs, go to my room, and run back down the stairs to catch the elevator to send me to the second floor. It was slow! Nice indoor heated pool, great breakfast. My television was all fuzzy, they came and fixed within 30 min.

Old hotel, tried to be updated. When I got there, soap & 1/2 used shampoo was still in shower. Old room key still on desk?!? Pillows had wrinkles on them in area that looked like sleeping wrinkles. My thought when you add all this together - fluffed pillows, not fresh pillow cases. Too much missed. Kids loved the pool! 8 1/2 ft deep. This hotel is a very good location to the downtown area. The rooms are a bit dated with carpet stains. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Very close to the Space Needle so easy to find and close to public transport. Might want to ask for a room away from the street. Shuttle took us to any requested intown location free of charge. If you arrange your stay through Amtrak the trip from the train station to the hotel is free. Breakfast OK.

The location of the hotel was great, everything was within walking distance, which may explain why the hotel was packed. Although the front desk staff was friendly the line up every time I was in the lobby was huge! They could have used way more staff. The pool was FREEZING and not only that but you had to walk across the pool deck to access common […] areas such as lobby bathrooms, breakfast area, etc so people are walking across all the time in street shoes leaving dirt and germs And aside from this the sink in my room was cracked and they had the garbage can underneath collecting water. This property is close to the Space Needle, Seattle Center and the Experience Music Project. We arrived late at night and had a smooth check-in. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback was the info for the hotel listed a 24-hours shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When I contacted the hotel to book it, I was told it only ran from 6 a.m. -10 p.m. […] so we had to take a cab instead. Pricewise it was a wash. We did appreciate the hotel's shuttle taking us to the cruise ship terminal for a very reasonable fee. Breakfast was very good and kept us going throughout the day. 더 보기

It was our first time in Seattle and we needed a hotel before going on a cruise the next day. This hotel is located in the heart of the city. Very good breakfast! We expected continental but were pleasantly surprised by the spread!

A great friendly staff, free wi-fi, free breakfast, free parking (a 40.00 value in itself). The hotel is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to market area and where the heart of Seattle really is; about 5 minutes from the space needle. The hotel's rooms were dated and needed some TLC, they were on the smaller side, but from all my research most of the places […] in Seattle have dated rooms.
