We were very comfortable with this hotel. It is in a good location, away from the madness of Spring break on the Beach!! It is a bit 'tired' and needs some upgrades, however we we quite happy with it. We were disappointed that there was no price break on a longer stay, as we wanted to be in this area for at least 4 more nights, so had to move on to […] an hotel that did offer a better price on long-stay. Staff most friendly and obliging. Breakfast, had hot and cold, rather basic, but choices. Pool was lovely. Bigger than most. 더 보기

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful. We asked about late checkout and it was granted, i would recommend becoming a member of choice hotels. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would change is to have more towels and rags so don't have to use the same ones...other than that it was a great stay

We have stayed at this hotel each time that we have gone to Panama City diving and have not been disappointed. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the room are a good value. It is close enough to everything that we wanted to do, yet not congested. We have no intention of staying anywhere else when we are in the area.

Roaches in bed and spiders in the clean towels. Mold on wall where blow dryer was dripping water into socket. Horrible and they told me there are roaches everywhere in Florida nothing they could do!!!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms could use a little updating but had new TV's and were clean. The hotel has very good free breakfast... not just toast and cereal. The have a waffle maker served hot dishes.. eggs, sausage, gravy as well as cold items. We travel on a budget and getting […] a good meal in the morning at no extra expense is a plus. The hotel has a nice pool and though its an older structure, it is well maintained. It is about 15 minutes from the beach, but close to a mall, movie theaters, Walmart and some other stores. The next time we go to Panama City, we will be staying here again. 더 보기

The hotel was a 10 - 15 minute drive to most of the main attractions in Panama City Beach. Wasn't the best hotel I've stayed in but was what I expected for the price.

This was a very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Had a great breakfast & all the staff was nice. Pool was clean. Our 7 year old grandson loved that most of all. we will for sure stay here again!

We entered the room after carrying all of our bags half way around the property and up a flight of stairs since the Desk Clerk did not take the time to tell us where our room was ( He was too busy telling me about Nude beaches, VERY STRANGE ) The room had a foul odor, they sent someone to spray the room with air freshener. We left for a bit, when we […] came back the room still smelled VERY bad, like stale urine. A few minutes later I moved the comforter off the bed and the smell got worse. I then smelled the comforter up close and almost lost my dinner. The next morning I told the lady at the front desk about it and told her they might need to try washing the comforters from time to time. She then pointed directly at the Manager standing next to her, all the Manager did was stand there with his eyes the size of softballs. I received no response from either of them. I left out telling them about the GREAT review I am now writing. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy 더 보기

Stayed for 3 nights and our room was in front of the pool. Inside the room wasnt as bad, but there were some days when you stepped out side and it smelt like butt! im assuming from all the stuff spelt on the grounds. considering that there was 5 people in one room and we tried to keep the room as clean as possible, there still managed to get ONE COCKROACH […] in the room, in my opinion there shouldnt be ANY regardless if there a few crumbs here and there. I did enjoy the pillows ( better quality than mine) and i enjoyed the decent breakfast. 더 보기

We were absolutely pleased. We will definately book with this hotel again as we have stayed in alot of hotels along the PCB strip and the experience was aweful. However, this hotel is close enough to the beach that you don't have to deal with all of the partying or drunkenness! As an added bonus they had a wonderful conteniental breakfast!

When we reserved our room we asked how far it was to the international airport. We were told 2miles. It was actually about 15 minutes away and we had to pay extra ($50.00 total) for a taxi .We also asked about a taxi being reserved and we were told that everything was taken care of. The next morning when we were ready to go to the airport there was […] not a taxi reserved and we had to wait, which put us behind schedule. We put in a wake up call and never received one. The employee at the front desk did say three calls were put through, but I think there must have been a mix up; fortunately my husband is an early riser.Willa 더 보기

Not far from the Beach and near numerous shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay, it was very comfortable.

Was surprised at the quality for the right price... very friendly service...even better with a fresh breakfast the next morning which was included in the price.. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was friendly but my room stunk! Literally, it smelt like urine. I was too tired to complain and switch rooms but really wished I had. Worst night ever!

The Hotel was Nice but the White Women at the front desk that works night was rude and not helpful at all and she told us if we want some new towles we have to go to are room and bring our old towle to her that was not cool at all. Then some one else gave me some towles with out saying nothing at all. The breakfast was not good at all they need to have […] better foods and when i went to front to ask for a spoon later that night she would not even give me one and said they only for breakfast use only. the hotel really needs a hole lot of upgrades done to it. 더 보기

As usual, Comfort Inn did everything right. The check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and in good shape. The location is excellent.

There was a horrible odor in the room that smelled like mold. Otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast was decent. It was a ways from the beaches but it was alright. There were many stores and shops nearby.

My family just took a mini-vacation to Panama City for the Memorial Weekend, and booked this hotel I must say it was a good thing that we did. Everything was great from the staff to the service. We just enjoyed it , and we would definetly stay there again !!!!

The neighborhood was ok. You had to drive a little bit to the beach, but the hotel staff was awesome! They recommended the best restaurants to us and were very nice. Our room was pretty nice and wellkept and the breakfast was good in the morning.
