When we arrived we noted that the desk lamp didn't work. Called the desk and said it could wait until the next day. It was never fixed (probably a bad flourescent bulb). Other than that, it was fine.

I was driving from Florida and I wanted to stat at quality Atlanta hotel at a good price. The Airport Hilton provided easy access from the highway and a convenient location to the city. The front desk staff was great when I checked in describing many of the hotels amenities. I enjoyed my chicken BLT in the sports bar. And, I liked the coffee shop in […] the large open air lobby design. I took advantage of the shoe shine service that I greatly needed to look sharp for the converence I was attending the following day. My stay was efficient, and all of my needs were met efficiently with a smile. From check in to check out I encounted quality customer service. I was impressed and I will stay at the Airport Hilton Atlanta again. 더 보기

The price of the rooms are okay when compared to the quality of the rooms. The only downside is there is no free WI-Fi.

Very helpful staff. Tried their best to accommodate all requests. Will stay again.

We gave a number 3 grading for the surrounding neighborhood, is only because we arrived in the night and left really early in the morning, so we didnt get to see the surroundings. The hotel was also doing some renovations, yet overall it was really nice.

this is the only hotel that i payed for and stayed in the business room and had to pay for internet, the chanese girls at the front desk don't understand english ,so it was all a big mess my first time in atlanta, i came for five days ,and only stayed one night at this crazy hotel. never ever go here.

The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. I had issues with the room I booked, but they upgraded me to the executive level, I ate and drank for free, and they validated my parking. There is also a barber shop, sports bar, and a couple restaurants to choose from. I love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!!!

The entire floor was being renovated and the hallway and my room were filled with a strong varnish smell .. extremly strong and pungent that brought my allergies out and prevented me to have good night sleep. Nothing could remove these smell. The entire hotel was booked and there was no other room to move to. The restaurent closed sooner on Dec31st […] as opposed I will hope that it be open till midnight for new year eve celebration. The neighbourhood was horrible. I had a very bad experience. 더 보기

It's appraently over priced. The check-in stuff was disinterested to customer. The decoration of room feels like a prision cell. I know there'd be charge on Internet, but why 15 dollars for a 24 hour period. That's a rip-off, because my home highspeed internet only cost me 15 per month. What are hilton's manager thinking?!

I would not recommend it or will i never stay there again!!!. The refrigerator did not work, lost all our food and all most lost our insulin had to get ice to keep it cool. The tub would not plug, the shower water pressure was worthless and then they charged us for parking the morning we checked out in order for us to get through the gates. There were […] 4 of us in a room and they gave us a set of 3 towels. The room was so hot that my husband had to sleep on the floor in front of the vent to sleep. Motel 8 gives you better rooms and working commendations.Maybe Little Mrs Paris is spending to much time parting and less time caring about there customers or service. We tried to cancel the first day and they would not refund us our money. We were told we had the last two rooms in there, didn't tell us why they were so booked in town only to find out is was a Black Gay parade week end, Not that normally that would be a problem but we had young kids in our groups and must hotels are KIND enough to tell you why they are so booked. But it was funny, there were a group booking in next to us that had no reservation. Go figure !!!! Very crappy. Totally sucked and will not go back

Very dissatified had to change room due to peeling paint on back of bathroom door . The room was very outdated.

Enjoyed my stay there. Everything was very nice. The staff was exceptional. Not thrilled about paying $15 a day for internet, but that is a nit. The TV system was a bit weird. I had to unplug my TV to get a guide (list of local stations) which took more than an hour to populate after unplugging, but again this is a nit, the hotel was very, very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is too bad the hotel staff especially the valet parking staff are not better trained. They obviously do not understand customer service at all !

We flew in for a weekend of Braves Games, so this property was very convenient for us (both to/from the Airport and Turner Field. Comfortable beds, quiet, well-maintained. A great value compared to downtown hotel pricing! Minor gripes? It is always nice to stay at a Hilton but this is definitely really nice!!! I would recommend spending a little bit more to be upgraded to the Executive Suite for the Executive Lounge access of free breakfast, internet & printing, and snacks. Hilton Atlanta Airport was wonderful, Hotels.com... not so much. I called and spoke to someone form Hotels.com to make my reservation. I chose to make the reservation with this company because they offered a free breakfast and parking pass. I was assured multiple times that this was the case, but found out when I got to the hotel that, although they […] had that package, it was not booked correctly. I contacted Hotels.com to have a representative tell me that I was miss-informed by their representative and that there was nothing they could do. While waiting to speak with the Hotel.com representative's boss, the nice gentleman at the front desk offered to fix Hotel.com's mistake. My friend had booked the same deal with a person from Expedia. Same thing happened to her... Expedia and Hotels.com are partner companies.... both of which I will not be using for future bookings. Hilton Atlanta Airport fit our needs nicely. The people were friendly, and the breakfast had a vast assortment of selections. The room wasn't super special, but the bed was very comfortable and the entire room was very clean. Other than the issues with Hotels.com, I was very happy with the Hilton Atlanta Airport. 더 보기

Security calld to tell me they found the case to my Bose noise cancelling headset $324. but the headphones were not there. I filed a claim with the manager and security. Still no response. I will not stay there again.

This was the best "airport" hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Three "C's" Clean, Comfortable, Courteous were all met, also very quiet from doors-airplanes and car traffic. Great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Atlantla! It's very convenient and they take you to and from airport with very little wait! The beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly!

I was ver pleased with the hotel except for one thing......I dropped my daughter-in-law off at the hotel and gave the valet about $10 and asked him to take care of her. He said he would...but he handed her off to another porter and the porter did not receive a tip. I am sure he expected one but the valet should share with him. Do you agree. Restaurant Magnolia Grill is overpriced. Menu of the buffet - not a lot of healthy choices. Very understaffed (the waitresses/cashiers couldn't possibly take care of everyone, and we were late for an event as a result, not being able to pay for a long time). The non-smoking room I was originally assigned had a bad smell in it (as if someone smoked […] in it). I got a different room with no hassle. The other room was fine, and compared to the first one, it was much better made - neater, had bottled water and chocolates :) (the first room didn't have any). I enjoyed my stay here, it was a tad further from all of the action than I originally expected. The bed was comfy, but the shower head needs to be replaced. Also I kept having moments of heat waves, even though the thermostat was moderately set.

The hotel was very quiet. We couldn't hear the airport traffic at all. The nicest surprise was the restaurant which for hotel fare, greatly exceeded our expectations. The food was very gourmet with nice presentation. The overall experience and value was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is easy to locate, in an area with many eating choices and close to Lakewood for concert attenders. The room was nice and breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.

The room nor the service did not match the price or Hilton's reputation. The tiolet paper was like sand paper. We were expecting a better kept room and hotel. Nothing really bad.

The exorbitant prices in this hotel was a shock and truly not worthy of the cost. The hotel is not located near restaurants so eating in the overpriced hotel restaurants made for a trip that is hardly covered by normal business expense accounts. The cost of using the Internet was ridiculously expensive ie $5.00 for 10 minutes and .50 for each minute […] thereafter. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the hotel is clean but hardly worth the cost of the additional expenses associated with staying here. 더 보기

I booked a king size bed. I was put in a room with 1 double bed. Other than that it was great
