The hotel was in nice location my problems was not the hotel service it was entering the rooms with a unpleasant odor not a fresh smell as though the room had been closed up for a period of time I suffer with a breathing problem and I was unable to adjust the temp I was on a setting that remain there and it could not change for comfort I did not rest […] all night and when morning came I left early because I was seriously having some breathing problems I have to have air and that is something I didn't have and need it would have even freshen the odor worse experience I have ever had in any hotel 더 보기

I didn't really understand the gate access. Since the drunk guest was already on the other side sitting on the ground. LOL! If this hotel was lighted better, he wouldn't have been such a surprise, although he was friendly:)

The staff was very friendly at every level. If you are looking for piece and quiet, and security this is the place.

I had read the reviews of this hotel in the website, and that was one reason to book it. But the Blue Shoe Grill was a great surprise! The Oyesters in a half shell on the arrival night, the made to order omlets at breakfast and just the right tasting sauces on dishes were second to none. The restaurant and hotel staff were working seamesly together. […] Everyone was knowlegable about the area and willing to help. I was traveling through Memphis and I don't know the area very well. This hotel is easy to get to and although it may not be the fanciest part of town or the best part of town from what I could tell, the hotel is in a gated office park. So, I felt fairly safe. The inside of the hotel and the service were excellent!

The building was impeccably clean, grounds well maintained and clean. The room was very quiet and large. Bathroom was clean as new and outside hallways spotless. This was one of the best overall hotels I have stayed at.

I stayed here just to visit a friend in Memphis. I was amazed by how nice the hotel rooms were. The staff was friendly, however, the girl that checked me in overcharged my debit card[for damage fees] on check in. She did give us a breakfast buffet comp ticket. The bathroom doesn't have a fan and my room didn't have a microwave. Oh, yeah, internet was […] 7.95 a night[but they did allow you to use the business center for free]. 더 보기

The hotel was beautiful. It was much nicer than other hotels in the area that tend to be rather worn-out looking. It was well maintained and the staff were very nice. There were lots of functions going on the weekend I was there, but my suite was not noisy. The bed was heavenly. If I just HAVE to complain about something it would be the need for more […] TV channels. The room was very clean and it was decorated to make me feel like a special guest. I felt safe because of the fenced in parking lot and gate that they close at night. I will be staying at the Marriott for my next trip to Memphis with no hesitation. 더 보기
