Nice hotel easy to walk to Duomo in approx 15mins. Food in hotel nice . You could walk to central train station in 15mins.. Had problem with T.V and mentioned it to reception, it was wasn't corrected.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and awesome location. Next time I go to Milan I'll stay here again.

The hotel was always clean and the staff were always friendly. We wanted to plan a day to Lake Como and as soon as we asked the front desk they were extremely helpful, telling us the best places to visit in the area and printed off a timetable outlining the train times. The hotel was situated in a perfect location close to the Metro, tucked behind […] the famous shopping street Corso Buenos Aires and only a 15min walk to the city centre Duomo. Everything was within walking distance and I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a central location. The room we stayed in was of a good size and had a separate balcony, which was lovely in the evening, to sit outside and admire the views of the city. Everything about our stay in Milan was perfect and want to thank Alberto and the rest of the staff for the great service we received, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Milan. 더 보기

The hotel is along the main red line on the tube. Get off at the Lima stop. The surrounding area is ok but stick to the main streets where the tube is. The hotel buffet breakfast is very tasty and has a very good selection. Also the buffet "happy hour" is great value. The drinks in the hotel are very expensive so don't be surprised to pay €7 for a bottle […] of heineken. Overall I would recomend the hotel, not so sure about Milan as a weekend trip away though! 더 보기

good location near the main street and metro. Room is very small but clean. The price and quality is not like 4 star hotel. Wirless in the room need to pay a lot. Only wireless in lobby is free but also request to take 30min voucher at a time. It's not convenient for not providing free wireless in the room.

as a first timer in milan i found the hotel to be perfect location - for shopping food and right near the subway the only negative was the beds are very hard, so if hard beds are not your preference i don't recommend for a good night sleep.. but the rooms are quiet.

The hotel was clean and very elegant for the price. However, they advertise as wheelchair accessible, yet I had to enter through the back. Once inside, getting into the elevator was a nightmare! I had to be helped and turned sideways to fit completely. Then I needed help once the elevator opened to get out. The room was spacious, but the bed was a little […] high. The bathroom was also spacious, but the shower seat was small as well. It would have been better if it was twice as long. Great location and extremely comfortable room. Good service and tasty food. Bit dark decor in the restaurant and breakfast served only until 10.30am. Overall: very positive expierience.

I was expecting more I guess, hotel has a 80's feel to it. It was clean but our room was small and the bathroom was tight. Of our two week stay in italy, most of our other hotel rooms were nicer and less money. Decent surrounding area but not many restaurants/bars. If you do stay here, goto Olympic Restaurant next door for lunch. Awesome food.

Verycomfortable 3 day stay, rooms larger than average for Milan, decent breakfast, fantastic showering.

Great hotel,good breakfast and fantastic location.Enjoyed staying at hotel and was easy to access from everywhere. 2 problems were drainage very slow thus showering in a pool of water and noisy air condition.

I stay at this hotel often. It's conveniently located close to Porta Venzia Metro station, so you can be in center of Milan in only a few subway stops or about 15 minutes walk. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast and has free wireless in lobby or executive grade rooms.

The rooms were new and very clean, but a little too small for two guests (including two large suit cases). Bathrooms were new and furnished with designer fittings. We found the shower space extremely tiny considering we are not big sized. Shower water pressure was strong and the bathroom was decently sized. Breakfast was buffet with quite a big selection […] of bread, ham, fruits, yogurt, juice, eggs etc. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was alright, with nice shops and cafes within walking distance. There were areas we thought could be improved on though - wifi was free in the hotel lobby, but a new password was required every 30 minutes. Most hotels we stayed in provided free wifi in the room. Hotel room didn't have a water kettle, and we couldn't find supermarkets nearby hence had to buy overpriced bottled water from the cafes in the area. 더 보기

Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the Ritz - great location, within walking distance of a good range of shops and restaurants and the underground station also close. An ideal base for exploring all that Milan has to offer. The reception staff were excellent, offering helpful sightseeing tips, giving directions and booking taxis when required. Everything lived up a 4* hotel. Good spacious room. Very convenient to Metro ( and only 2 stops from designer shops & 3 stops from Duomo). Lots of variety for breakfast - better than the usual coffee & coissant! Friendly staff (even when I accidentally set off the disabled alarm in the bathroom) Would definitely go back.

There are many shops and restaurants with in walking distance. It's easy to access a taxi or public transportation. The only inconvenience was the hotel does not change money, but ATM machines are very close by and easy to use because you can change the language. I would recommend this hotel to the business traveller or to the culture vultures visiting the city. The 3 meal restaurant is well appointed and service is good. parking was a bit expansive. the bed was awesome. very comfortable. The room i stayed in was small, but big enough. 10-15 min walk to the center. safe area. breakfast was nice in the morning.

Hyvä sijainti ihan vilkkaan ostoskadun vieressä, tosi rauhallisella sivukadulla. Ei yhtään liikenne- yms.melua. Metroasema lähellä. Runsas aamiainen.

A localização é ótima os quartos são razoáveis. Porém a qualidade do atendimento deixou a desejar. O hotel estava lotado. Recepcionistas pareciam sobrecarregados e impacientes. Fila enorme para o café da manhã com direito a briga para ver quem entrava primeiro. Assistimos calados. Ficamos estarrecidos ao sermos cobrados no final de nossa estadia por […] estacionar o carro nas dependencias do hotel. Não fomos informados em nenhum momento que o estacionamento era pago, apesar de termos procurado a recepção ao chegar no hotel para obter informações já que naquele momento o estacionamento estava lotado. O hotel está bem localizado e os funcionários são atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem diversificado com excelentes produtos, em particular a deliciosa ricota e o capuccino! O quarto é limpo e a cama confortável!

Hotel muy bien situado en calle céntrica de tiendas y a escasos 15 minutos andando a la Plaza del Duomo. Wifi gratuito de 30 minutos en zona recepción, Lástima que por los tiempos que corren, no sea también gratuito en las habitaciones. Desayuno muy correcto.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße direkt an der Via Buenos Aires, wo viele Restaurant und Cafés vorzufinden sind. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu fünft, drei Nächte vor Ort. Werden es auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen!

Неплохой сетевой отель, удобное местоположение недалеко от метро и центрального вокзала Милана(около 10 мин. пешком). Номер маловат. Завтраки понравились.

Riktigt nöjd med valet av hotell. Väldigt nära tunnelbanan, så faktumet att det ligger några kilometer från centrum spelar ingen roll. Bra service, frukost och kvalitet på rummet. Enda negativa var väl att sängen var ganska hård, men det gick bra efter ett tag.

Ho scelto questo hotel soprattutto per la posizione.Molto comoda la vicinanza alla metro lima e porta venezia.Inutile dire di quanti negozi ci siano in zona.La camera era pulita e il letto comodo.Il bagno con vasca,un po piccolo. Allgemein zufrieden, leider wirkte das zimmer klein,man konnte die gebrauchsspuren an möbeln und wände erkennen.bad war gut. das frühstück war ausreichend.

Le stanze sono piccole, il personale è scostante. La palestra è chiusa per lavori di ristrutturazione, impossibile fare colazione alle 6.30 del 1 gennaio. Navette per l'areoporto più cara dei taxi... Letti scomodi, la televisione non si vede bene... Una vera delusione in rapporto al prezzo
