Not too bad for the money -- a nice beach, very good complimentary breakfasts (made to order omelets or eggs, fruit, stew chicken, fried dumplings -- actually very nice every day served 8-11. Good coffee too! The bar is not for night time, and the pool is just okay. But overall a decent place with a decent price, plenty to do close by or take a quick […] car ride to the west end. Ask the locals where the parties are -- they generally start very late, so don't plan on finding a big dance-fest in the early evening hours. The circuit for parties where locals go and have lots of fun is Alfred's, then the Rooftop, then the Rub-a-Dub for late late night, 1 till 6 am. Peace! 더 보기

Basic room. Big bathroom, AC, and cable. Right on beach. Restaurant on beach but food ok and expensive. DON'T try the pizza. Best chicken at a grill on the beach a few places down. Drinks reasonably priced. Great beach lounge chairs. Staff was friendly but seem overworked and/or underpaid because they weren't that happy. Great location to other restaurants/pools/resorts. […] Needs better security to monitor the beach hagglers that walk by harassing you as you try to relax. Pool ok- small, old. This was my 6th stay at the Treehouse. I enjoy returning year after year to the friendly staff, which is like returning home to family. This stay they were in the middle of renovations which really did not disturb my stay. The renovations were slower due to the death of the owner so I really can not complain that some little things were overlooked. We had a wonderful stay at the Tree House. Beautiful beach, fabulous staff and good breakfast. Came for the Reggae marathon, met some great people and would definitely stay here again!

I loved staying at the Negril Treehouse. Great location in Negril, awesome beachfront, close to Margaritaville (and the water trampoline) but still not too commercial, watersports are available and the staff is lovely! I am only slighly disappointed by the dated look of the hotel and that the jacuzzi didn't work. Aside from needing a bit of "refreshing" […] I would stay there again and again. 더 보기

The Treehouse is a great place to stay for the price. The room is comfortable and extremely clean.. The staff, for the most part, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of 7 mile beach and is within walking distance to plenty of places to eat and drink. I have friends that live in Negril and there was no issue […] with us coming and going. That was a huge plus for me. The only bad thing I can say is the walls are extremely thin and you hear everything in the rooms that surround you. If you have loud neighbors, as I did, it can tend not to be a pleasant experience. Although my neighbors were very loud, I would stay at the Treehouse again and recommend it to others. Just be aware that your room could be very loud and not at all peaceful even when you are ready to put your head on the pillow for the night. 더 보기

Located in the middle of 7mile beach, Negril Tree house offers the perfect balance of location, amenities, and price for someone who doesn't want to be secluded at an all-inclusive. BEACH: The water is clear,sand is soft, waves are almost non-existent, and the sunsets are spectacular since the sun appears to set right in the water. There are vendors […] on the beach selling various items. A simple "No Thank You" will send them on your way. You can walk to anywhere on the beach... you'll want to explore Negril via beach as it's much nicer than the street. BEACH CHAIRS: They have new blue mesh lined chairs that are very nice. I appreciate a nice beach chair with arm rests, which they also have. BEACH TOWELS: Complimentary towels each day. There are no tickets so you don't have to worry about losing your towel and having to pay for it. SHADE ON THE BEACH: I don't go to the beach to sit in the shade, but some folks do. They have a 50' area that is shaded by palm trees and 3 "Tailgating" style tents with chairs under each. I didn't see a problem with folks finding shade, though other reviews do mention that it's difficult. VENDORS: No matter your demographic you will be offered "Ganja" and any other guilty pleasure you can imagine on the beach...just say you don't smoke and it's over. If you're looking for it, I wouldn't recommend getting it from someone on the beach...it is illegal to possess. Build rapport with your driver, bellhop, bartender, etc and go from there. I do highly recommend the fresh squeezed Orange Juice and the freshly steamed Lobster on the beach. While one lobster is $35 in a restaurant, you can get 3 for about twenty bucks on the beach...they're amazing. Not to mention you'll look like a Pimp eating lobster in your beach chair. FOOD: The breakfast is very good and adds a great value to the overall experience. Made to order omelets and waffles, as well as buffet style breakfast items are available each morning. NTH is a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. It is in a great location right on the beach. Rooms are basic but very decent. I reccommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in Negril.

Most everything was great. Pros: location, price, cleanliness, GREAT complementary Jamaican breakfast, beach, beach bar, GREAT jerk pit ("movie star style!"), tv with lots of channels, ac (but we didn't need it), ceiling fan, free wifi in lobby, phones in rooms, balcony with table, chairs and swing, no hassle about bringing friends to visit on property, […] about half the staff were friendly, especially at the restaurant, felt safe. CONS: VERY hard uncomfortable beds and pillows. This is crucial to a guest's comfort. While the bathroom was nice and very large, the water in the shower didn't stay warm long (which I half expected), but also the drain for the tub wouldn't stay closed (diverter didnt work) so I couldn't have a bath. My friend and I traveled and stayed together but they only gave us one set of keys. I asked for another and they couldn't find one and never followed up. About half the staff were not very friendly (but not rude either so that's not so bad). That's it! Will stay here again if the beds get updated. I dealt with it but my husband wouldn't be able to if he had been there. 더 보기

I not sure where to start ! Our experience at the Negril Tree House Resort was fantastic. The entire staff was courteous and caring. The room was an absolute bargain , very well furnished and was exceptionally clean. I can't imagine finding a better bargain in Jamaica. The buildings and grounds that make up the Tree House Resort are well kept and reflect […] the care and concern that the staff has regarding the comfort and pleasure it's guests expect to enjoy while staying there. My fiancee and I went there to marry. Cynthia Ruddock is responsible for reservations and for arranging for marriage ceremonies. She did a fantastic job. Our requirements were unique in that I am a US citizen and my fiancee is a brazilian citizen. Cynthia guided us through each step of the process and took great care to make certain each detail and requirement was managed. In our case, the normal documents each person is required to present in order to obtain the marriage license were written in portuguese for my fiancee. Cynthia arranged for these documents to be translated into english and arranged for a minister to perform the ceremony. Yes, our experience was joyful because of the wedding, but more than this, it was made even better because of the caring attitude of Cynthia and the rest of the staff of the Treehouse. My wife and I plan to go there again on our anniversary. We were treated like royalty and when we left we had made good friends there with the folks at the Treehouse. Go there. I recently stayed at the Tree House after reading other reviews. The hotel was nice and quiet, the beach was close and uncrowded. There were hammock swings outside of each room which made sitting on the balcony very relaxing every evening. Others had mentioned they often ran out of beach towels but I did not have that experience. I ate at the hotel […] restaurant several times and the food was always good. The Jamaican breakfast they served each morning was delicious and a nice treat! The staff was accommodating when I asked to change my room. They hosted a nice complimentary cocktail hour on Saturday evening which made it perfect to catch a glimpse of the sunset. I would definitely stay here again. 더 보기

The Tree House is a great hotel. The breakfast is very excellent and it's included in your room rate, can't go wrong with that deal.

I found Negril Tree house Resort a second home away from home. It's safe, great location and the friendly staff are very nice. They greet you with a smile and with respect, and of course the good breakfast they serve. Just wonderful place.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely be back. The morning breakfast was hot and fresh and eggs made to order. Small rooms but that did not matter.
