It was horrendous! We checked out immediately and did not even stay there. The poor girl at the front desk was very nice but did not have a clue as to what she was doing. Our rooms were not ready. When we finally got to our rooms they were dirty, the lock on the door did not work, there were people actually living next door, drinking heavily and had […] a barking dog. I had my 90 year old mother with me and we were both horrified. I immediately walked across the street to another national brand hotel and booked 2 rooms there. The woman at the front desk there told me that they get guests all the time who have booked at the Chariot, are disgusted and come across the street to stay with them instead! It was a really bad experience and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact it shouldn't even be on the Hotels.com website, it was so bad!! 더 보기

We booked 2 rooms at this property and ultimately decided not to sleep here. Many rooms appeared to have "full time residents" and our rooms were marginally clean. My toilet had not been flushed and the cleaner smell in the rooms was awful. Smelled like a large Lysol bomb had gone off moments before I arrived. this hotel was dirty.. not at all what your website has protrayed it.. walked into the room and there were stains all over the carpet dirty baths with pubic hair in it.. had to go find another hotel for my boss and 3 others.

This hotel favors monthly residents, not business travelers. No wifi connection because "we have lots of cement walls", bullet hole in window in the 200 row of rooms, lobby closes and has no staff or lights from 11pm to 7am, and best of all, when I came back to my room on Oct 5 my room's door had not been closed securely after the maid service or the […] cable guy working in the room had left. i loved my stay at the chariot inn it was in a very conveniet for me and my son it wasnt as close as i thought to the hospital. I plan to stay there several more times in the next few months

Room smelt like wet dog. Breakfast was horrible, way over priced. Poor late night customer service. Yeah The room you have our signal oes not reach there for the internet. Pretty bad. Did not even offer to move me at all Pooooor!!!!!!!!!!!

No microwave or refridgerator in the room. Most 'standard fare' rms have those these days. Was very disappointed to be in a rm for 3 nights w/out those things. It may have said that on the website. Was too busy to ck out, so it is my fault. Also, the tub had a nasty leak that was annoying unless you closed the door to the bathroom. Horror story: On […] our last day when we were cking the rm for any of our belongings .... low and behold when the bedspread was completely removed someone's underwear that was NOT ours was found. it was quiet and for what we paid, it was better than I expected.

Considering that the hotel has 4.0 points out of 5, we were very disappointed. A little run down, no fridge in room, air conditioner didn't work (either very cold or off!). I called the front desk Saturday morning to see what time breakfast was and the desk clerk told me he had to go to the grocery and get breakfast, so it would be delayed a little! […] Needless to say we didn't partake. I arrived Saturday around 6pm, after a long hot and sticky day at Six Flags theme park. I got into the shower and the water was cold. COLD, AND NO WATER PRESSURE. The next day, Sunday i arrived around 4pm after another long and hot sticky day of travels, to find that my room was not touched, not cleaned that day. the trash was full, and the bed was […] unmade. The next day, Monday, I arrived around 6pm to find that my hotel keys did not open my room. Yes, I was locked out of the room because of the movie fee of $11.50. Well, at least the bed was made up by the cleaning personnel, however The thought of another cold shower was not what I wanted right then. Considering how inexpensive the nightly rate was, I figured I'd be flea-bitten by morning, but it was as nice as any hotel room I've stayed in for 3 times the rate! Staff was helpful and the location was great- nearby restaurants and freeway access made getting around town easy.

We were in town for a long weekend and everything about the hotel was ok. Had one issue with the hot water heater going out and having to take a cold shower.

Located just off I64, the hotel is convenient to many restaurants. It was very comfortable and the employees were so easy and pleasant to work with. Continental breakfast was simple but plenty. Will use this hotel again if in the area.

I hesitate to rate this hotel because I don't want everyone to find out about this hotel which has budget rates. It fits my needs just fine. A major store is less than a block away and all kinds of resturants in the neighborhood. I've stayed here twice and was please both times. Folks that can stay at very high priced hotels probably won't like this […] place because they won't have the mint on the pillow here. 더 보기

Not a bad hotel for the price but the lobby closes before 11pm. and they don't open back up until 8am. So if you get there after 11 and you have a reservation you have to call a number and wait for someone to come out to get you they keys, if you don't have a reservation then you have to find somewhere else to stay.

It was a great room for the money. It was kept very neat and clean. The pool was so inviting, clear and blue. Close to alot of restaurants, stores, theater and easy to get downtown.

There was an aweful odor when we first entered the room. We had to leave the door open to air the room out. The A/C wasn't very cold. The lobby hours were a little odd. The continental breakfast was a little short with very little variety. Overall, the room was decent but just too expensive for what you get.

Great rate. Clean enough, pretty quiet. I felt safe (lady traveling alone). Breakfast ok although no juice after 9:30 a.m. one morning. The worst problem was the morning I planned to have breakfast and print resumes in the lobby at 7 so I could leave at 7:30 for a job interview. I found a note on the door: "Lobby closed. Will re-open at 8." Staff […] accidentally changed my key code after the first night, so I had to return to the office in order to get in. I came down to watch my boyfriend graduate from basic training from Fort Knox. The hotel was close enough to shopping, food, and other activities. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel faculty was very helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean. Would stat there again.
