The stay was fine, the hotel was nice. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was only so-so. The eggs were not great, but otherwise it was Ok.

Overall this is everything you come to expect of a Hampton Inn. Nice accommodation, good hot breakfast and cleanliness. Our only complaint was the room was a bit small/cramped compared to other Hampton Inn's we have visited. We had a room with 2 double beds - bath was small and general moving around room was limited. Also, the TV didn't have a CC (Closed […] caption) button for my hard of hearing spouse. 더 보기

The Hotel room was very cold which was wonderful after being out in the 105+ temps on Saturday at Seaworld. The hallways were rather warm though and the first room we had with the fold out sofa was broke so we had to repack and move rooms. The Continitnal Breakfast was good and the pool was a nice way to relax after our 5hr drive to get there from Dallas. […] Overall it was a good place to stay. This hotel is clean, has very nice staff, are super friendly, etc. However, it is NOT close to SeaWorld. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to SeaWorld. I asked them how they could advertise this and they said that's why they put the SeaWorld "AREA" on their title. They said it is technically the Closest Hampton Inn near SeaWorld, but it is still pretty […] far from SeaWorld. So, if you don't care about going to SeaWorld, or SeaWorld is just going to be one day of a longer vacation going to multiple things around San Antonio, it's a great hotel for you. But if all you wanted was SeaWorld (like my family), I do not suggest you stay here. Oh, and breakfast area is VERY busy. 더 보기

Hotel was nice for the price. The breakfast was great. On Wednesdays they offer free snacks and drinks in the evenings. The only complaint I have is that there are no guest laundry facilities. The bathroom had a dirty floor and hair in the tub drain. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly.

We arrived lateand tired after a day at Sea World. The staff were friendly and our rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well supplied. We would stay again

Tina at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was smaller than expected reservation was made for 2 adults and 3 children. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Unfortunatly the decide to re paint the door frames of all the guest room while im there with no warning im severly allergic to paint. I went to the front desk and the […] relocated us to the 5th floor and suspended the painting but it was very inconvinient to have my 12 yr old pack the whole family belongings 더 보기

This hotel is comfortable and clean. We had issues with the shower head the first night called the front desk by the next day it was fixed. Breakfast was good too.

We arrived late in the evening with two small kids in tow. The room was clean and well maintained. However, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was fantastic- eggs, sausage, waffles and fresh fruit. The staff was all very nice! We will stay there again, but we will bring our own non-feather pillows.

So the staff was great, they were very nice. But the hotel itself was very disappointing for being a Hampton. I have stayed at many Hamptons but this was very much at the bottom of list. We actually switched Hampton locations from SA to Arlington, Tx. I was greeted by the receptionist there named Eugene. He was very nice and extremely professional. He got us checked in and reassured us if we needed anything to don't hesitate to ask. On our stay there it was very peaceful. The hotel is clean and modern. The indoor pool was a plus for […] the kids (although a bit too much cholorine). I returned to the lobby often because the kids were a bit restless. Eugene talked to them and was very pleasant. Clean hotel and they serve good breakfast

My stay was pleasant and the staff was very accomadating. Rooms were comfortable. However, would have preferred better pillows. Location was convenient to conference location and local attractions. Would diffently stay again and recommend to friends and co-workers.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent (though crowded) and the complimentary bottle of water and cookies were appreciated. however, since the hotel billed itself as the Hampton Inn Sea World, I suppose I did expect it to be locate near Sea World. Hotel was fine; good for the price. The front desk people were nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. The neighborhood wasn't the best but not the worst.

For the price the hotel was great. It is currently remodeling but was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that the pool needed to be cleaned daily.

I had a bad experience on my stay from Sept 5-sept 7 09. However I must add that dealing with HOTELS.com as well as with THE HAMPTON INN SAN ANTONIO was effortless. I will applaud the MANAGER of that HAMPTON INN .. she was a very pleasant,considerate and understanding person. It is an excellent hotel for families..location is great..breakfast is excellent large meal. Just BEWARE guests should be told they will have several charges added to credit card as a hold for extra charges even though you don't use them. Not just one but 2 charges... which will be removed within 3-5 business days after you check out. Excellent hotel for families, breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay except for the fire alarm going off due to a power outage & someone locked in the elevator due to the outage...I really enjoyed my stay..the front desk staff were very helpful. It would be nice if the rooms had a small refrigerator. Will defintely stay again.

The room was nice but for the price it would have been nice to have queen size beds.

Hampton's are always a good value. The rooms were clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. When looking for a hotel close to Sea World, we just naturally look for the closest Hampton.

It was a great place to stay and the staff was wonderful. It exceeded my expectations.

This was the second time we actually stayed at this hotel and it was as satisfactory as the first time. From Sea World to the riverwalk your pretty much right in the middle, just a few miles either direction. Very nice staff and loved the Sea World theme on the elevator doors! :) My daughter was excited everytime she saw Shamu! Rooms were comforable and the location was great. The resteraunt next door was SUPER! Breakfast was nice and filling.
