everything was great, the gentleman who checked us in was especially helpful.

/wonderful place to stay, very friendly staff that aimed to please guests. Very helpful. Nice rooms, very clean. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Fantastic breakfast.

Easy to book and get a return confirmation. Checked in after 11:00 PM. Needed 2 hours extra of check-out time and no problem. The room and all public areas of the lobby and hallways were very clean. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

For less than the cost of similar hotels, the Hampton Inn in Mesa also offered a terrific complimentary breakfast with our stay, further adding to our cost savings. It's central location put us in the perfect spot to get where we wanted to go quickly and efficiently. See you next year, Mesa!

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was easy to find and right off the freeway. Breakfast was, as usual for Hampton, plentiful and good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only negative was the heater/cooler was a bit noisy for me, but it didn't bother my husband. All in all, a good experience.

The location was fine in the sense that it was close to the freeway. I was glad to have Fox News on the TV

Only complaint is that the duvet cover was so wrinkled that it made the room look less desirable. Great breakfast!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean, and the very best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a 3 star hotel. Awesome, omelets, make your own waffles, bagels, toast, cheese omelets, hot oatmeal and a variety of cold cereal, fresh white and pink grapefruit, grapes and pineapple (NOT the canned stuff, variety of coffees and a lovely […] area to eat in. My only complaint is the mileage ratings on the hotel.com site. I had put in an address I needed to be at early in the morning and one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the site said it was 1.5 miles from my destination. WRONG!! It was 8.7 miles so double check if something like that is important. Otherwise it was a pretty nice hotel and I'd stay there again. Front desk employee remembered us from our visit earlier in the week and greeted us warmly.

Arrived quite late. Staff member who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.

The Hampton Inn is a nice place to stay for a night or two while staing in Mesa. Close to the Temple and the Deseret Book Store. Good Free Breakfast and the reataurant next door was reasonably priced and very tasty. It's right off of the freeway so it's convenient to get to other places nearby.

when my wife and I checked out we left some things in the closet and didn't realize it until we were a long way away. i called the hotel and the manager had a maid check the room and found the items. she then took my information and mailed our things to our home in illinois. this made the rest of our vacation less stressful knowing our things were'nt […] lost. thanks again.... 더 보기

One star room for a 4 star price. The room is VERY basic. Ask for a room that has a working thermostat or, at the very least, a thermostat in general. The continental breakfast is delicious. the lobby was under construction. after showering when you walked around on the carpet your feet were absolutly filthy dirty from the carpet. discustingly filthy. the toilet didn't always stop running.

My husband and I have stayed at 4 Hampton Inns in the last couple of years. We have always been pleased with this hotel. This time we were not so pleased. Our room was not the cleanest, you could see dust in all of the corners and you didnt even want to sit on the chair. Also, the bathtub did not drain well at all, it took at least 20 minutes to drain, […] the hair dryer did not work all that good and the iron was broken, so I had to ask for another one. The main thing was there was construction going on in the lobby/breakfast area so it was loud and dusty and we had to call the desk at 9:30 pm to see when they would be finishing up for the night. We could not sleep. We were not told that their would be constructions going on in the hotel when we checked in. They should have told us. That is the polite thing to do. 더 보기

I chose this hotel for it location between the place I was doing business and the Phoenix Airport. The room was convinient in that aspect alone and the price was good. It is an older Hampton Inn and the walls needed some repair, my toilet was cracked and my shower head was broken away from the shower wall. We were right by the freeway but we didn't hear a thing. There was a UFC fight at the bar next to the hotel and that was pretty rowdy but we felt safe and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was great and quiet.. Someone tagged the elevator on the inside but it was cleaned up very fast. Easy on and off the freeway. breakfast was up and running at 6am

Great value - good breakfast, clean and updated rooms, and friendly staff. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Close to Hwy 60 and easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend.

We felt that the hotel was clean and a very good price. The continental breakfast had lots of variety and our whole family was very happy with the pool and the employees.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn one night on our way to Sedona. The room was very clean and comfortable. We couldn't get the the TV to work from the remote but as we were only staying one night it wasn't an issue. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was great. This was a nice hotel for the price. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. This is an older Hampton. The bathtub bottom was very slippery, and no plastic or rubber mat was provided. Be careful! The bedspreads were a strange design (lumpy), and super heavy. They were not comfortable at all. Everything else was great.

Room was clean and confortable. When we first checked in the TV and refrigerator didn't work but they fixed. Good breakfast. Fair price.

Typical Hampton Inn. First impression was great, check-in was quick and the front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. My only complaint is due to the fact that we were given a room right next to the elevator and the noise of the doors closing and the elevator going up and down were easily heard through […] the wall all through the night. The breakfast area is very nice and the breakfast is what you would expect of a free breakfast and made it very convenient. This east Valley of the Sun hotel is in an excellent location, at the Gilbert Rd. exit in Mesa. Nearby there are numerous restaurants of various ethnic formats at reasonable prices. Mi Amigos offers good food within walking distance. Another unusual eatery is Organ Stop Pizza that features continues concerts from the huge Wurlitzer pipe organ. From the hotel it is easy to get to the Superstition Mountains, Globe or any points in downtown Phoenix or Scottsdale. Nice hotel, great price. Very clean, comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast every morning, sure saves on the whole family having to go to a restaurant for more $$. Pool nice, water a little on the warm side, could use a regular flow of cold water. Staff friendly.
