Despite the road construction and front lobby construction it was a pretty good hotel. We arrived early and much to our surprise we were able to check in early which was very convenient. Liked the room for the most part but it was a tad cramped once we put a crib in there and I'm folded the sleeper sofa. The persons at the front desk were great. Their knowledge of the are was very helpful. The assisted us with all our hotel needs. Pedro, the front desk manager was great and it was nice to be greeted by him after a long flight. During our stay he did all he could to make us confortable. He is a keeper and very professional. the place was clean, the service excellent, and the breakfast it was different every day (hot bf). I would highly recommend this hotel to stay.

The hotel was great. My family came for a youth conference. There were very few youths in the hotel. We had 2 rooms 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable/clean. The surrounding area was very quite. The mall was 2 mins away if that. We arrived at around 10pm the front desk person was great. good buffet , abundant in food, fridge was not cold when we arrived it took 12hours to get cold. overlal good hotel

Great location - convenient to restaurants, Northlake Mall and I-285 and I-85. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would recommend to others.

A great location near Stone Mountain. Everything was clean and breakfast was a nice touch. Stayed with our two kids for three nights and had absolutely no complaints.

In every aspect, we enjoyed our stay

The room was lovely, however the shower was difficult to turn on and the water didn't drain properly making the bathtub very slippery. Our neighbors upstairs were very noisy at 4 am and the air conditioner was extremely noisy and kept waking us up during the night. Not a great nights sleep.

We enjoyed are stay.

We were in town for a football game, and were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. It was clean and nicely decorated, the staff was pleasant, it was close to the Interstate, and the breakfast was awesome! The only thing disappointing was that I thought we were getting two queen beds and a fold out, we ended up with two double beds. However, […] they were comfortable! Very nice hotel, very freindly people who working there great breakfast and very nice to have free drinks and food every day in happy hours from 5 to 7PM.

I stayed in this hotel during the Atlanta Gift Show because decent hotels that are closer to downtown are too expensive. The location wasn't bad - a few blocks from 285 and a Target, about a 35 minute drive to downtown plus time for parking or rush hour. The hotel wasn't bad; it just wasn't great. I would give them a check next to "needs improvement". They […] have two elevators but one was broken (it didn't seem like they were in a hurry to fix it - I stayed there for 6 nights). What's wrong with the 4th floor you ask? One night as I was getting into bed, our room started to smell like an ashtray. I called the front desk and apparently out of the entire hotel, there were 6 smoking rooms and they were right next to my room. It smelled awful!! Luckily the smoker was only there for 2 nights out of my 6. With so many hotels that are 100% smoke free these days, this is a big negative for this hotel (and are those 6 rooms really bringing them that many customers?). The perks of this hotel are: outside pool, nice off-the main drag location near trees and residences, very friendly front desk staff, 24 hour coffee, clean duvet/bedspread, nice size of bathroom & vanity If I had to stay here again, I would, but I would ask not to be on the fourth floor. There are many hotels in this neighborhood, though, so I would investigate the others thoroughly before settling here again. 더 보기

Can't say enough good things about the place. I just wish we had more time to spend in. Next time we will stay at least 2 days so we could enjoy it even more :). Places like that make you feel good and appreciated. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you all.

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to all we wanted to see. Great selection for breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only recommendation I would make, is avoid having a room by the elevators, the "ding" can become irritating. Overall though, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel for the price. Loved everything about the hotel. Would stay there again any time. Great value for what you get.

The Hotel itself was good. Breakfast bar was very crowed, and it took forever to get a waffle. Our reservation was not honored in the way we reserved it.. we asked for 2 double beds in each room ..We got 1 King and 2 doubles. They did , however, change the 2nd room the next day for a double. Nice facility in a quiet location. Not on the main roads, but convenient to a mall

Front Desk service was excellent. Hotel in a nice quiet location. There were alot of choices for breakfast and the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great getaway from stress and anything else you wan to getaway from just a little while. The rooms are very clean and the bed is so comfortable and cozy and just wonderful

Decent place. The pool isn't as pictured- it was very small. But, over all, I had a pleaant stay.

The staff was really nice and social. We initially had a room with two double beds but when the friends we were traveling with couldn't go on short notice, the hotel was kind enough to move us into a room with one king size bed without any issues. We spent three nights at the Hampton Inn-Atlanta/Northlake. The room was spotless and the front desk was very friendly as was every employee we encountered. The breakfast area was veryt clean, the food fine, and the woman who was working that area was terrific.

this hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. was on a trip to see my daughter in college and this was my first time staying at this hotel and I thought it was nice hotel and the staff friendly. also, the food was good, i learned how to use the waffle maker! I would love to stay here again on my next trip

The staff was all very helpful and polite. The room was extremely adequate and clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the down comforter and pillowtop mattress with the extremely soft pillows. The bed was my favorite comfort. Carpet was clean and a beautiful pattern. Bath was elegant feeling.

This hotel is located near the freeway, shopping, and restaurants. Unfortuantaly the quality of the hotel was not up to par. The condition of the walls and floor were poor and there were cracks in the tile in the bathroom. The refridgerator in the room also hummed and hissed which prevented us from sleeping soundly. The bed was comfortable and the flat […] screen tv was a plus. Our room was directly across from the elevator so we could hear people coming and going. We also were in a smoke free room the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was okay and the workout facility is convenient. Easy on/off access to I-285 and within walking distance of mall.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk person and she happily met our request to have adjacent rooms. The rooms were updated and very clean. The bed was super comfortable with the exception of the pillows. Our room was made up promptly in the morning and they seemed to do it at the perfect time. The lady stocking the breakfast in the morning […] was very sweet and gave our kids colors and sheet of paper. Breakfast selection was good but I wood suggest against the powdered.
