A big hotel close to everything in Stockholm. Receptionarea, restaurant and bar are attractive and offers good service, good breakfast and nice surroundings. Sergel Placa advertise that they have trainingfacility, but a small disappointining room at top floor offers just 1 training-cycle, one runningmill and a gym. Hotelroom are quite large, but is […] a little out of style. Very simple furnishing including bed (of good quality) and just a bench to use as desk. No chair or sofa and no minibar. To sit on the room offered a kind of stool - normally I would use it to relax my feet on if a relaxing chair were offered. All in all a nice hotel, but don't expect luxury feeling in welcome-area to follow you into your room. But good service, good breakfast and very good location. 더 보기

I was very disappointed because the breakfast service finished at 09:30 which is early for an international hotel catering to transatlantic guests, especially as the dining room staff told me very brusquely (at 09:35!) to just leave the premises as they were closed - not even allowing me to pick a piece of bread or anything else that was still lying […] around! 더 보기

Hotel was rated 4 star but unfortunately did not fulfill those requirements anymore. Some years ago this might have been true but not anymore. A fair hotel with okay conditions. Very basic room. Nice location, walkign distance to the old city and the train station. Pretty disappointing breakfast.

Great hotel, but watch out for symposiums. As a central location we had a symposium going on wich made breakfast a fight from the amount of people fighting over the food

This is a standard Swedish hotel. The rooms are small, very clean and very efficient. They have a very nice breakfast included every morning, which is huge considering prices in Stockholm. While the rooms are European small, the staff more than makes up for it in their lovely contenance. All were very helpful - perfect English (and all of the other languages that they needed). Breakfast buffet was more a lunch/breakfast buffet, with tons of wonderful things to eat and drink. We loaded up in the morning, had one large meal out and about, […] and were good for the day. We felt safe and secure, and all of the "tourist" infomration and help we needed were all provided by our front guest staff. There were times that they were involved with large group check-ins, but, for the most, all you had to do was to walk up & ask for help or advise and you immediately got it. They made dinner reservations for us, boarding passes, etc. They were superb! So nice and helpful! We would go back in a heartbeat. We were so busy seeing all of the sights we never got to enjoy the Spa, but if we went back, I would most assuredly check that out. The location was perfect, we got up every morning and walked over to Gamla Stan, the old town, and had a ball exploring everything there. It is great fun to just sit and watch the world go by as you nibble upon a classic Swedish meal in a outside cafe. All of the shops, the Royale Palace, the Hop-on-hop-off boat transit, their "Parliment" buildings - it was all just great fun and interesting. Loved seeing the changing of the guard, and all of the "officials". Scandia had great play areas for children, and computers available for Internet access right next to the front desk. The Scandic Sergel Plaza was in a very convenient location and the staff were outstanding. For the price, however, it was pretty spartan. No lotion, shampoo, bar soap, etc., in the bathroom. More what you would expect from a lower class hotel. Very comfortable beds.

Ideal central location. Excellent staff service, helpful and friendly. Beautiful breakfast with enormous choice.

Centralt läge vid sergels torg. Servicen var toppen och sängarna helt underbart sköna. Bra frukost också men otroligt ont om plats trots att vi var där rätt tidigt på morgonen. Betyget blir på topp. Hit återvänder vi nog varje gång vi bor i Stockholm härdanefter.

Det var några år sedan jag bodde här senast, men jag måste säga att Sergel Plaza fortfarande håller bra klass. Ovanligt numera med badkar, vilket jag tycker är ett plus. Trevlig frukost. Bra läge, nära Sergels torg och T-centralen gör det enkelt att ta sig runt i stan.

Nel bar dell'hotel intorno alle 21.00/22.00 il personale svolgeva lavoro d'ufficio, pulendo delle cartelline con un straccio, lo stesso straccio lo usava poi per öulire i tavoli dove noi eravamo seduti a bere. A colazione il cibo in fretta e i clienti restavano in fila aspettando che ne arrivasse di nuovo. Il personale, con atteggiamento piuttosto snob, […] non sapeva neanche rispondere a domande sulla colazione. Helt perfekt läge mitt i innerstaden till mycket bra pris. i övrigt standard hotell, varken mer eller mindre.

Wir waren zufrieden, aber das Zimmer war recht klein. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist genügt es...

Skulle bare bruge et hotel til en enkelt overnatning ifm. kundemøde, men blev overrasket over beliggenheden - super central - og prisen, som var særdeles rimelig, når beliggenhed, service og kvalitet af rum og morgenmad tages i betragtning. Kommer gerne igen!

Et meget sentralt hotel med fin resepsjon. Imidlertid var badet slitt og bar preg av menglende vedlikehold, slitte fliser og ruskete, Frokosten var meget bra og de ansatte veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme,

ett fint hotell rent o bra med fin frukost o mat, gängavstånd till allt vi var intreserad av,

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt, med kort vei til gamlebyen. Rommene er noe slitte, men innholder alt man trenger. Frokosten er bra.

Ingen safe pa rummet. Störande trafic. Behövs renoverin Men ligger centralt och bredvid Stadsteatern !

Mycket nöjd med min vistelse på Scandic Sergel Plaza! Trevlig och serviceminded personal, perfekt läge och bra med parkeringsmöjligheter. Det enda jag saknade var kylskåp på rummet. Kommer garanterat bo på hotellet nästa gång jag åker till Stockholm

Perfekt läge när man vill bo centralt ,nära till Tåg C.

Quelle déception! Aujourh'ui c'est un hôtel vetuste, assez brouillant, DÉGRADÉ, pour hommes d'affaires ou fonctionnaires préssés et touristes cherchant les prix les plus bas pas la qualité, le confort ou le gôut. Le mot d'ordre de la direction: faire des économies! par exemple, le petit-déjeuner est maintenant servi dans l'espace réservé ... au bar, […] juste devant la réception, ainsi les clients arrivant ou quittant l'hôtel peuvent voir c'est que vous êtes en train de consommer! et pas de véritables renovation ou d'entretien. D'ailleurs, comme il faut "rentabiliser" l'hôtel, la majeure partie de la clientèle est composée de groupes, souvent brouillants, etc. Bref, le prix n'est pas justifié, je n'y retournerai plus. 더 보기

Hotellet börjar bli lite slitet.Rummet var det väldigt litet.Tittade in i badrumet och det var hårstrån på både handduk och i badkaret. Dåligt rengjort handfat. Fick byta rum utan problem. Det blev både större och med bättre läge. Bekväma sängar. Men det var kallt i rummet på natten. Frukostbuffen var jätte bra. Mycket att välja på. Läget på hotellet […] är toppen. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell. Har bott här förut och det är rent, bra service och mycket centralt.

Utmärkt läge för aktiviteter i city, nära till det mesta

Hotellet har bra service och ett perfekt läge om man vill bo mitt i staden. Har inget att anmärka på vid denna vistelse förutom att det var kallt på rummet men det justerade vi själva. mvh maud

Återvände gärna till detta hotell, som vi bott på förut. Rummen är bra, läget är bra, dock har vi inte bott under våning 5 innan, men denna gången hamnade vi på vån 3, och det var väldigt störande med tågen under marken vareviga minut. Dygnet runt. Frukosten är fantastiskt god och precis allt finns.... men....rörigt med liten matsal, maten tog slut..det […] ena efter det andra..och det tog evigheter innan det fylldes på. Pannkakorna var stenhårda...mickrade för länge tydligen. Men, vi tycker hotellet passar oss och tänker återvända. 더 보기

Flott hotell med god service, bra frokostbuffet, ligger midt i Stockolm ved Sergels torg, bak Kulturhuset. Området er rolig med minimal trafikk, og jeg vil klart gjeste dette ved neste besøk i Stockholm. Anbefales!

Kan bli litt trangt ved frokosten, ellers ok.

hotellet e bra, fint vid en första anblick...skulle dock utan en sekunds tvekan hellre välja ett av de mer nya/moderna scandic hotellen som ligger lika strategiskt om inte till och med ännu lite bättre... dem nyare scandic känns fräschare och jag skulle föredra ett av dessa alla dagar i veckan...

Отель Scandic Sergel Plaza расположен в торговом центре и недалеко от исторического центра города. На мой взгляд качество внутренних помещений тянет максимум на 3 звезды - ремонт делался давно, номера маленькие. На ресепшн есть рускоговорящий сотрудник, в холле также утром и вечером сидит русскоговорящий представитель местной туристической компании […] . 더 보기
