Staff was helpful. They even worked quick to get us in on a morning Sound of Music" tour. Town was beautiful and my wife and I walked everywhere we went. We arrived on the weekend so we parked on the street for free. That was nice but even then a parking garage was just around the corner and the cost seemed reasonable. We had tremendous weather and […] so we had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and convenient. If you plan to visit research the places you may want to eat. We had a lot of italian simply because that is was we saw the most. Staff would have helped I'm sure we just didn't think to ask before we left for the day. 더 보기

This was a bit of a walk from the old town part and from the train station--about 15 minutes to each in the opposite directions. Staff were helpful but not necessarily overly friendly. Room was a bit warm and difficult to see how to adjust without simply opening window. Clean room. Free internet worked well.

This hotel is a few minutes' walk from the most popular parts of Salzburg. There was some confusion about our room at check-in, but it was quickly cleared up and the woman helping us said it was her fault, which was refreshing. I stayed here just recently and it was great. The staff was friendly and very accomidating. The room was great, modern feel to it and yet very comfy. Short walking distance from the old city and its sights. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

clean rooms, lovely and warm when freezing out side. Breakfast was good.

we were in this hotel over christmas and it was wonderful. the breakfast was really good, and our rooms were cleaned and the sheets changed every day. they had boiling water always avaliable so you could make tea and coffee anytime of the day, and the hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the main centre of salzburg. all in all, we had a very merry […] christmas! 더 보기

The hotel was easy to find and the reception staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was more like a suite - very spacious - but the whole hotel doesn't seem to have been redecorated in 20 years. Despite the dated feeling, the hotel was clean. The hotel is at least a 15-20 minute walk from the main train station. We stayed in a superior double and a superior triple room which included an extra cot and a kitchenette area. The beds were firm and comfortable. There was no air conditioning but we had a fan in each room. The breakfast buffet was great and there was free wireless internet.

Clean, convenient and affordable... I needed one night while in transit, and this did it.

Within walking distance of all the sights.

Good location with friendly staff. Advertised as a 4 star but this is a 3 star hotel. Rooms newly refurbished and nice but bathrooms need an update.

Good hotels, great service from front desk. Pillows were a little flat.

This was my first time to stay at this hotel, although I have been to Salzburg many times. The hotel is close to the Altstadt, without being in the center of it all. Within ten minutes by foot most people will be in the Altstadt of Salzburg. The hotel was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the train station and really surprised us. Our room for three was huge and breakfast the most complete we've had. Very helpful staff as well.

Great hotel overall - nice room, good size, clean, etc. Also sat in the lobby and had a beer while working - very comfortable and it had a fast wireless Internet connection. Only potential issue is that the hotel is a 15 min walk from old town, but it's actually a very pleasant, scenic walk if you don't mind the exercise.

This hotel was walking distance from train station, and was 15-30 minutes walk to the Old Town, the Mirabel Gardens, Hohensalzberg Fortress, as well as most major attractions in Salzburg. The location was perfect, and breakfast likewise very good, plus almost every hotel personnel spoke english.

the walls and floor could use a good cleaning. The bed was fine. My wife is 110 pounds and the she complained the shower was to small. I could turn around without bumping the water controls and changing the tempature. Location was okay but I wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is a little over priced as any hotel in Europe is. No AC sub par breakfast but at least it was included with the room. It is one of those rooms where you have to have the key to run electricity to your room. Lower end hotel.

En mycket trevligt hotell med stora rena rum, bra frukost och trevlig personal. Det befinner sig på 5 minnuters gång avstånd från Salsburgs Gamla stan, på en trevlig gata med affärer och serveringar. Det är även lätt att komma ditt med bil och att hitta en parkeringsplats.

Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten auf Rollen.

ホテル自体は割と年季の入った建物だったものの、泊まった部屋はリフォームしたのか、フローリングの新しいきれいな部屋だった。冷蔵庫もあり、そこそこ広さもあって快適だった。しかしトイレ＆シャワールームはリフォームしていなかったようで古いままであった。 ホテルの場所は目の前にスーパーもあり良かったが、その分旧市街からは歩いて10～15分かかり、少し面倒に感じた。 しかしロビーの人もとても親切で、朝食もそこそこ良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思う。

Obwohl in der Nacht jeweils grosser Strassenlärm, würden wir un wiederum in diesem Hotel einquartieren. Wir waren abgesehen vom nächtlichem Lärm sehr zufrieden. mit gutem Gewissen, könne wir dieses Hotel weiterempfelen-

Zimmer sehr warm, kein Kühlschrank, kein Zimmertresor, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, stadtnahe Lage, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden

Goed hotel voor de prijs. Kamer was prima, ontbijt goed.Parkeren in de openbare parkeergarage dichtbij, ca. 2 min lopen.Dicht bij het centrum, kortom alles goed.

LEIDER HATTE ICH EIN STRASSEN ZIMMER UND DAHER LAUT. DIE AMATUREN IM BAD SIND ZWAR SCHÖN ZUM ANSEHEN ABER NICHT GUT ZUM BEDIENEN. DER DUSCHKOPF SOLLTE DRINGENT GETAUSCHT WERDEN ! PERSONAL IST FREUNDLICH; UND DAS FRÜHSTÜCK WAR SEHR GUT !

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Der Preis war günstig

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, bzw. zur Linienbushaltestelle ca. 100 m. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Betten sind nicht jedermanns Sache (Dünne Matratzen). Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt. In nur ca. 10 Min. ist man zu Fuss in der Altstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Zimmer hat uns bis auf das Badezimmer sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen (nicht gegen die Strassenseite). Das Badezimmer hätte jedoch eine Renovation […] nötig. 더 보기
