The office staff was friendly but we did need to ask twice for a refrigerator and microwave as had been listed in the advertising.

Got a big shock when a dirty sofa with few big holes in the cushion covers glared at me as soon as I enter the room. Guess someone dumped it roadside and these guys picked it up. Bed itself is comfortable, not hard and not soft. Room is reasonably spacious. Bathroom is ok, spacious and clean. Shower is good. Oh, another thing. Internet sucks. Couldn't […] even get a page load successfully in the evening. Late night and morning seemed fast. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast. One thing I liked is, this hotel is nestled in woods. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was not fancy but it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything that we were there for. Nice mall across the street and restaurants very close.

We really enjoyed our stay with all of my wife's family at the hotel and viewing several sights in and around Holland, Mi.

This place is very hard to find. Five stars to the hotel staff!! Room was clean. Accommodations were nice and very comfortable, felt like I was at home. Only suggestion would to be put in some road signs directing you to location!

We were only there for one night but were very satisfied wit the accommadations Will go back there again. Fresh cookies and coffiee available all the time is a winner. Couldn't beat hte rate.

It was comfortable and the staff was great.

I stay 2 nights, check in and out fast. Friendly staff. Location excellent. Just follow signs behind the dutch town and mall.

Pros: Friendly staff, good continental breakfast, very comfy beds, clean, close to tulip fields and not far from downtown Cons: a bit difficult to find (at the far end of a large parking lot with abandoned stores)

Good value - mattress too firm though. Nice (small) pool. Found a second remote in the sheets on the bed (???). Hallway a little dark. Laser tag close lake Michigan about 15 minutes away.

This hotel is outstanding at least after you find it. It is in the rear of a mall next to Star theatre which is seen from 31. There is no signage visable from the road. At night especially it is dark at the mall making it worse. A person I talked to said she had a GPS. It said she was there but she couldn't see it. I was in town for my son's swim meet and needed an affordable place to stay. I have stayed at "high-dollar" hotels in the past and can say that this hotel is one of the best in quality for the price. It was significantly cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area and was just as nice.

The location is a bit hard to find as its set back from the main road but all in all its pretty good place to stay

A group of us stayed to go shopping in the area. The hotel was clean and nice, needed some maintenance work but all in all very nice for the money. Trying to please 7 women at the same time but it was done.

We came in the dark from the south and it was difficult to find as it was way behind an outlet mall. Apparently there is a sign coming on the highway from the other direction, but you don't see the sign until you're halfway through the outlet mall. Once we arrived, it was very quaint and clean! For the price, this was fine. We were taking the train the next morning, and this hotel was a short drive to the airport. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Very acceptable for the price range: clean, comfortable, helpful staff.

When I booked my reservation with Hotels.com I was promised a smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told all rooms were non-smoking and had been so for quite a few years. Hotels.com needs to update their information.

This is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting! This was my second stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Holland/Saugatuck area!

We enjoyed our stay here. Since we had read the reviews, we knew that this hotel would be tricky to find, but we found it pretty easily. It is located by downtown, Dutch Village and Lake Michigan. We thought it was a cozy place, the breakfast was good, fireplace in the lobby was comforting. If we stay here again, we will make sure our room is not close […] to the lobby because of noise. This was a wonderful hotel when built. Now it is in need of upgrading. The carpets are worn and tiles are cracked. Also, the internet was down the 5 days I stayed. No one knew who to call or what to do.

Staff was wonderfull. Hotel is not aging as well as it could. It is older and used, but clean and comfortable. Way off main roads as the mall in front has failed. Was great in it's day.

My boyfriend and I just wanted a quick weekend trip to Holland in the fall to tour the New Holland Brewing Co. and visit the light house. This hotel was on the cheaper side, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderfully pleasant. Hotel is dated, dark corridors and strange looking water in the swimming pool. Also, it is very difficult to find! Stay elsewhere, there are other hotels to choose from.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for famillies. It's very affordable.

Convenient location tucked away behind empty outlet mall and next to theater. Great place for kids. Bring your bicycles, Holland had bike trails everywhere.

This was our second year in a row staying in Holland for the Saugatuck Film Festival. We chose the Country Inn this time and I was very pleased - hotel was nice and clean, rooms were basic but clean and relatively new, and bedding was fluffy and clean. The breakfast could have used a wafflemaker or hot items, but it had a variety of things to go in […] the toaster (including pancakes, waffles, and bagels), cereal, yogurt, etc. Fresh fruit, coffee, and tea were available all day/night. The pool area is small, and the deep end is only 4 feet, but it was perfect for smaller children. And you can walk to Dutch Village, a good place to take kids. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown, a 15-minute drive to Saugatuck, and of course all the dining/shopping options on the US 31 strip are right there. 더 보기

Our room was fine for one night. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. As other reviewers have posted, this is a hotel that was difficult to locate even with the help of a map. It is indeed at the back of a strip mall with very few stores occupying it.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and the kids loved how warm the pool was. Great location, right off the main road.

Hotel was comfortable and a good value. Rooms are a bit dated and hotel is in an odd place behind an abandoned mall. Breakfast was just ok. Overall, hotel was a good deal and I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice enough, but the it is located at the back of a mall that has very few stores left. It was a little difficult to find after dark. The carpet on the stairs was extremely dirty. The breakfast was minimal. The homebaked cookies at check-in were very welcoming. Other than the stairs the hotel was clean.
