we had a reservation issue when we first arrived it ended up being my mistake but the staff was very helpful and fixed it

Was easy to find and the check in was quick, no problem getting the room I had requested. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub located adjacent to front desk, and both ice machines I used worked great. Was a little worried at first because my room was facing busy street but was never […] bothered by noise from street traffic. Lots of restaurants close, many within walking distance. First when I checked in....evrything seemed find. Nice staff. The loddy was not the cleanest and most the staff did not speak clear english but I was then for only one night. The room ok... once I pulled the sheets back there wass long black hairs in the bed. The room looked clean but smelled like mildew. The Towels had holes in some of them. The room […] was either too hot r too cold. I woke up with a horrible sinus headache....which brings me back to the mold mildew smell. The bathroom was clean....but the shower....just warm water. I would have like to take a hot shower.....with my sinus headache. My real problem with this Dayys Inn.....was they continued to charge my credit card small amounts every couple of days. When I would call they would say they would fix the problem and take the charges off my card. But this continue for 15 days after I checked out of the hotel. Every couple of days I would see another charge from the Days INN Sprdfld MO for just a couple of dollars. I never could get them to fix the charges....so I called and emailed Days Inn Corp office and Hotels.com filed complaints. I finally got all the charges refunded. I would not stay here again. We were very pleased with the hotel. I have stayyed here 2 times prior to this and will return to the same hotel again.

Hotel was exactly as expected. The room was fairly clean and in good condition. Housekeeping did not come in one day to take towels and sheets but they did the following day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is just looking for a cheap, but very reasonable hotel. Would stay again!

We got a non smoking jacuzzi room. The second we walked through the door of our room, there was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke. The front desk gave us some Glade to mask the odor, which made the room smell lke cigarette smoke and spray. We even found a cup with filled with cigarette butts beside the tv. The jacuzzi, once the jets turned […] on produced a dirty film on top of the water. Worst of all, I got a bactierial skin infection from it. 더 보기

Reservation process was very easy. Checked in with out issue. Was able to purchase beer at front counter. Free cookies were awesoime. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend and visit again. Thanks,

Hotel met all our needs, close to all locations we needed to attend. Not a brand new hotel, but everything looked to be well maintained.

Price was good, people were nice, room was clean. Definitely not what you would expect for the area that it was located. Kinda out of the way from downtown, even though it is listed as downtown. Finding it was difficult due to its location, but once I got there it wasn't an issue. I will be staying there again when I visit.

Property has maintenance issues. The air conditioner in our first room didn't work. Call to desk got us moved to new room immediately. One of the lamps didn't work & the toilet ran in second room. It was late & it was cool so we didn't complain a second time.

The motel looked great as we entered but when we got to the room there was black mold on the bathroom sink rim, the back of the door was filthy. The hot tub had some sort of fungus stuff growing on the circulation drain and it was luke warm, not 1-2-105 degrees as I really had hoped after a long drive.

It was a little noisy in the halls, but it was graduation night.

Great location and price. Close to the University and downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean, but a little musty smelling.

This hotel was clean and nice. It didn't seem to have alot of parking though.

The room for the rate was pretty good and it's right in by the airport too so that's convenient.

The hallways smelled like smoke and there was no hot water in the shower. It wasn't even lukewarm. It was frigid cold. The woman at the front desk was very sympathetic and tried to compensate us as best as she could.

Our room smelled like smoke, all though it was a non smoking room..For the price I paid I expected a little better. I've stayed at other Days Inn's and they were by far much better..And the room could have been cleaned a little better as well..Will never stay there again..

Staying at this hotel was great. We felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We will be staying there again.

The hotel itself is fine. We had a non smoking room, but when we entered, there was an odor to it. I went down to the front desk to confirm we were in a non smoking room, and they said we were. They came up and sprayed some sort of deodorizer in the room, and that seemed to take care of the problem. I stayed there for 4 days. The personel was very nice, rooms were clean, location is good too. It's not a luxurious hotel but quite nice for the price you pay. Highly recommend

The room was clean and mostly well kept, decent price and central location. Our only negative experience was being in the room next to the stairwell, listening to the door slam shut at all hours. Next time we'll pack ear plugs.

This hotel was a great place to stay. They have an indoor pool and hot tub and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and an extra bonus was the great continental breakfast.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and neat. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a perfect location - close to stores and eating establishments. Breakfast was great - many choices!

You get what you pay for, the hotel was a nice place but nothing fancy.

I think this is a good hotel to stay in!!
