We've been to about 7 hotels in this area, and it is probably the second worst one we stayed at. It wasn't horrible, but it was just okay. On the good side: EXCELLENT theme restaurants. Hotel rooms might need some freshing up but the service given by the staff is a of a 5-star hotel. Great people, good food and plenty. Loved being there - there was a good vibe all around.

we did enjoy our stay, great servicees, many restaurants to choose from, good food quality, nice pools, and great beach views.

The air conditioner was very noisy that I needed to almost turn it off in order fall asleep. Even with 69 degrees the room still warm. I think it because the system was too old and need to repair somehow. Other than that, it is a perfect hotel.

This hotel is such good value that everyone goes there- to party. As a family, initially we were bothered by the number of people drinking from early morning till late at night, mostly poolside, and getting quite loud at times. It was something we would have preferred to keep away from the kids. but it was mostly harmless (except for a 5am catfight!). […] It's a pity because it's a great family location, with an excellent kids club, nice rooms, decent food and good staff. The only other thing that bothered us was the very low balconies, around the resort and in the room. We were paranoid about letting the kids get 2 feet from us in case they leaned and fell over. We would go back, but preferably with another family, as it is the first time we have been away and not met other people to chat to and hang out with. If you weren't in with the drinking gang, then you were on your own! 더 보기

This hotel was beautiful, had excellent service in most areas, was clean and comfortable. The big let down was the $200 resort credit and how they handled that. We never read or were informed in the booking that it had to be used $100 towards spa services, $50 towards food and drink upgrades, and $50 towards a room upgrade. They told us the room upgrade […] was not available to us ( we were already in one of the largest suites). We asked that it be applied to something else and that was not possible. Not a huge deal, but most nice resorts would have gone out of their way to make this right. The food was good, but not great. Overall, a nice, relaxing, beautiful place (a little older decor, but still nice)....they should have handled the check in better and it would have made all the difference. 더 보기

We were absolutely happy of our choice to stay there...The restaurants,the beach and the pool were perfect and the staff was very helpful...we just loved it!!!

The hotel is beautiful. Very nice caliber of people staying at the hotel. (I couldn’t say that about the Oasis Hotel next door). The restaurants at Fiesta Americana Condesa are very good and reasonably priced. The restaurants have nice views. The rooms are very nice and clean. Marble/stone bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful. The only negative is […] that there is Happy Hour every day from 6:30 to 8:00 on certain drinks, and the bartenders do not tell customers about Happy Hour. The spa and salon are too pricy. My girlfriend and I had the most relaxing, peaceful and stress free stay here and the staff had everything to do with it. They were sincerely nice, warm and happy to be working! The hotel itself is sooo much nicer than the pictures let on, we were both looking at each other saying, "WOW!" As for those complaining about no beach access, well, there is, […] they have chairs lined in sand elevated from the beach due to the waves creeping up and all the rocks in the water. So, just walk down a few steps and there you have a wonderful beach to swim in! They have 2 huge pools and a bar in one you can swim up to. The breakfast buffet was great, a chef cooking eggs, omelettes, pancakes, waffles and delicious local cuisine all to order! We had breakfast included with our room so if you can get that included it really helped us with our expenses because all we needed was a light lunch to get us to dinner (Los Almendros) have to get the combination dinner, a little of everything with house made tortillas, mmmmm. We will remember this trip forever and the Hotel and Staff deserve all the credit for such a terrific hotel!! 더 보기

Our first experience was an escalator that was inop...so hot to walk the stairs, then a mixup at front desk, they wanted to charge for third person, when hotels.com said kids were free. Just paid it and worked it out later with hotels.com Pool nice, very warm water; beach beautiful to look at, but very powerful in front of hotel, could not swim. Grounds […] were pretty, lobby nice. Restaurants were way over priced, and very unreasonable. Our room, was facing to the lagoon, nice, but bathroom very small. There was no refrigerator that worked; just a mini bar that didn't keep anything cold. Coffee in Room-there was a charge, this really got my goat; just the principle, almost always this is complimentary. It just bothers me that hotel will charge anything to make a buck. The internet in the room worked well, but of course there was a charge. The concierge service was great and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was average but expensive in price. I think I would recommend some kind of music by the pool. The staff was very nice, except for the initial check in. 더 보기

We stayed in this hotel during the third week of August, maybe because it's not a popular time due to the hurricane season, we got a very nice deal. The concierge service is extremely helpful, they provided us with a booklet that had maps and other useful tips. They also have a book filled with menus from all the restaurants around the area, and they […] also made reservation for us when we needed it. The pool area is beautiful, very clean and well-kept. Although the beach area is a bit small, but because it's not crowded, it was still very comfortable. We tried to get lunch out in downtown area because it's a lot cheaper and the food was delicious, but the ride took about 40 minutes. Buses are right in front of the hotel, and they came very frequently. Most small, local places don't have AC, so we usually take the food to go. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back! 더 보기

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel itself was clean and the common areas were extremely well kept. Would stay there again.

Second time I stayed at this hotel and I will probalby go back even though it is a bit of a distance from shops, restaurants etc. due to the nice clientel here. The pool etc is also very nice and they keps the decor of this hotel in a Mexican style; yellow with flowers, cactuses everywghere. The guest are mostly from other countries and other parts […] of Mexico; not nessecary the US which is nice. Also no outside food, drinks are allowed by the pool area and I loved that as I get tired of the pools where guests bring in pizza hut & 12 packs of beer. The quality of the room, the friendliness of the staff and quality of the food (we took advantage of the breakfast buffet every day) were outstanding. From other reviews, we had some concerns about the "time-share" pressue but we said "no thanks" at the start of our visit and it wasn't a problem. Hace varios años que no iva al condesa por suete pude volver, es un hotel hermoso acogedor creo que perdio el encanto en estos años de aquel hotel exclusivo, note una gran falta de mantenimiento y de reglas mas claras en el uso de las piletas y limpiesa de estas . サービスは行き届いていて、対応良し。 バフェ、オーダー形式の食事ともおいしく、ドリンク類も上質でGood。 ２つあるプールの内、１つは温水になっており、涼しい日でも楽しめる。 クリスマス当日は、海からサンタがやってきて、集まった子供たちにプレゼントを配るサービスがあり、息子が喜んでいました。 毎晩、ショーがあり、ダウンタウンや、ショッピングに出かけない時も、家族で楽しめる。

Kjempehotell, vi var fornøyd med alt. Veldig bra service. Hotellet var bare halvfullt så det var ingen problemer med bestilling av bord i restaurantene, likte den Italienske godt, tok en surf & turf her og den var nydelig.

Buen hotel y no caro

Completamente satisfechos en la calidad del servicio, cuidando hasta el ultimo detalle, ademas el hotel esta a la distancia indicada de todas las atracciones de cancun, sin estar en medio del bullicio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El hotel es excelente, el servicio también y el personal muy dispuesto a ayudar.

El hotel es muy lindo, lo mejor es su hermosa playa y las picinas muy limpias frente al mar. El lobby esta muy cuidado y sus restaurantes son excelentes. El mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. Ni bien llegamos comprobamos que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, vinieron a repararlo lo cual demoro una hora aprox y luego dejaron cables, vidrios y restos […] de la reparacion en el piso. La banhadera estaba toda saltada en su pintura. La limpieza de la habitacion muy buena, pero se olvidaron de efectuarla el primer dia de nuestra llegada, en cuanto avisamos vinieron. A pesar de esos detalles es recomendable en relacion a precio/ calidad. Ahh, Cuidado con los maleteros que piden propinas de mas de 5 dolares, de lo contrario maltratan al huesped. 더 보기

Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel, y siempre he disfrutado de un exelente servicio, casi comparable con su hermano el coral beach, pero a un precio mucho mas razonable, esta en una zona privilegiada, cerca de grandes desarrollos.
