칼튼 호텔 싱가포르 (Carlton Hotel Singapore) - 싱가포르

Carlton 호텔은 City Hole 과 가까이 있어서, 교통이 상당히 괸찮은 편입니다. 3박 (어른 2 / 아이 2 - 10, 7세) 을 하였는데, Twin Room 의 Bed 폭이 작은 편이라 조금은 불편하였네요. Extra Bed 도 할 수 있었으나, 추가 요금이 있다고 해서 그냥 지냈습니다. 가격대비 만족합니다. ^^

Carlton hotel is located near to Shopping centers, Merlion Park & etc. It was clean and the staffs were kind. Breafast buffet was not bad. Good for business trip..

저는 싱가폴 출장시 꼭 칼튼호텔에서만 숙박합니다. 깨끗한 호텔룸과 서비스가 마음에 들구요... 개인적인 생각이지만 싱가폴호텔중에 가격대비 가장 괜찮은 호텔인것 같습니다.

두번째 싱가폴 여행 칼튼호텔 이용했는데요~~4성급 호텔답게 로비랑 기타 시설들은 매우 좋았고, 직원들도 친절하구요!! 한가지 아쉬운점은 세면대 물이 빠지지 않아서 좀 황당했지만 프론트에 얘기하니 바로 직원이 와서 고쳐주고 갔습니다. 수영장은 걍 소소, 호텔 위치는 좋아요~~!! 클락키까지 걸어 갈 수있고, 지하철도 가깝고 바로앞에 쇼핑센터에 푸드코트랑 슈퍼마켓도 있고 괜찬습니다. 텍시가 잘안오는 것은 좀 불편했어요.

Great location only a miniute away from MRT Cityhall. Raffles City just across the street and even extend to other mall which gave us a big pleasure in shopping and dinning. I would definitely visit Carton again in my next trip to Singapore.

매년 찿는 싱가폴이지만 일로인하여.가격대비 그리 나쁘다고 생각되지는 않앗읍니다.

LOBBY IS WIDE AND BEAUTIFUL. LOCATION IS NICE TO ACCESS TO OTHER INTERESTING PLACE.SWIMMING POOL IS ROMANTIC .

It is difficult to sleep due to mechanical noise. There's booming sound all over the night. I had turned off air conditioner but noise had continued. I had waked up several times. Windows can't be opened. It is tightly sealed with bolts. Carlton is not Litz(Ritz?) Carlton. It is a different hotel.

From check in, I felt that operation isn't okay. Delayed and no explanation nor apology. This attitude lasts during my 5 days stay there. One night, I had Internet connection problem ocurred all the sudden and spent 30 minutes trouble shooting with the service provider. It didn't work and called front desk. They said "we don't know and you work with […] the service provider again" this is crazy....greedy hotel, bad service 더 보기

The rates are very fluctuating so better book in advance.

i actually booked myself in another hotel but upon arrival and checking into the room; had to make an emergency exit plan and book myself in carlton instead. I am a born/raise in Singapore so trust me when I say this. The room is spacious, and prob because I booked the cheapest room, there wasn't lots of excessive toileteries supply but that works fine […] for me, as I am rather specific. Location location location. you can't asked for more. literally mins from the MRT. It's so convenient that I can plan multiple trips a day while in between take breaks at the hotel when I am exhausted. Only downside that may not matters to most is you get immitent sun while you sunbathe, because it gets partially blocked by the building next to it, and the limited seats that gets the sun (lots of other shaded spots but I want the sun) :) 더 보기

Carlton has all kind of rooms. Excellent, good and bad. We were initially given a room with foul smell, food stains on telephone. However, we were given a better room after request. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The rates of this hotel varies a lot, so book in advance. It is close to mrt so basically u r connected to the whole city. Wi-fi […] is free in the lobby incase its not included in the package. The hotel is over priced so you must do comparison before booking. 더 보기

Service was poor,have to wait for half a day for the requested toothbrush to be send to our room. Water pressure at the bathtub was low and have to sepnd more time on shower.

This is my third visit to the Carlton Hotel Singapore and it met all my previous expectations of the hotel. It is truly a classy hotel with excellent amenities, friendly staff and wonderful service. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

good location next to Raffle City, below there's MRT that takes you around town, food and shop all within short walk. The rooms are not new, but comfortable, I can hear faint noise of air condition at night, water pressure from shower is not strong enough. Bath tub not meant for taking bath, only designed for shower.

A very enjoyable stay. Great room, comfortable beds, quaity staff. I look forward to a return visit.

read many review for local hotels which all have good and bad points, including the Carlton. But it's location to the CBDistrict was the main reason I chose it over others. Turned out to be a wise move - try and stay in the new wing/tower - fully smart and new rooms. I am told hte old tower rooms not quite so nice. Breakfast is pricey at $30sing, but […] it is a lavish affair so probably vfm if you have abig appetite. Friendly helpful staff and all runs efficiently. Third time at the Carlton, service friendly and efficient, good location, shopping, resteraunts & bars accross the road MRT station short walk away.

We stayed one night while on a vacation visit to Singapore. For us the room was comfortable and clean. We arranged for an extra person by requesting a roll-away bed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was convenient and in a nice area. We would like to stay longer when we visit again. Got a free upgrade to a suite as they were fully-booked. Room is clean and spacious, so was the bathroom. Very nice stay overall.

I and my family were satified stayed in Carlton Hotel, the service were good, however the location gave us little bit difficulty because we needed to use MRT to reach orchard road. Overall, we had a nice holiday because we got a better rest at night. The room was good.

I have stayed at the Carlton many times over the past 5 years, mainly when I am in Singapore for work. They have good sized rooms, the service is always excellent & the food options are also good. The Carlton Hotel is centrally located for shopping the MRT and local restaurants. It has a nice sized pool and a lovley open feel to the reception area. All in all a comfortable hotel to stay in.

I had a pleasant stay at Carlton Hotel, nice lobby and room.

The location is very good, close to all interest point. Lobby seems like a five star hotel but you will be disappointed when you open the door.

we enjoyed our stay at Carlton. there are 2 mrt stations near the hotel. it is clean, with huge lobby, polite staff, near shopping centers ( near raffles center, bugis junction, and all types of eateries, etc.).. near catholic and non catholic churches. can be recommended to couples, group or family travelers. In short, it is a GREAT hotel!

Hotel is very nice and convenient. It is just the toilet is still quite"classic". Rooms and surrounding is good.

The location is very good and convenience for shopping. The thing that made us feel not satisfy is see the death plant in the room, which mean housekeeping didn't check the room for long long time ago.

hotel is beautiful, rooms bright, clean, modern; room service alright, staff at the reception very accomodating and easy to talk to; only wish there would be free wifi service since room rates arent cheap. i think it should already be included. also i think the hotel should provide for free use of umbrellas when it is raining rather than asking guests […] to pay rent for it. location is great since it is near to shopping areas, museums, restaurants, catholic cathedral and the marina. it is also very accessible to the mrt and buses, thus alot can be reached just by walking. very central location and airport also accessible by mrt. it has a good enough reestaurant, function rooms, music lounge; though only a very few shops inside the hotel, which doesnt really matter as there are so many more in shopping malls nearby. 더 보기

The in-room internet access charge is very expensive, at S$0.6 per min., with a max. of S$20 before tax for every 24 hours. If you need to have internet access, better go to an internet cafe, McDonald or the likes.

One of my best stays! The staff of the Carlton couldn't be better, they were always there to help us and gave us directions to the get to our destination. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was ideal, close to malls, MTR and bus. We walked to the Flyer, to the Marina Marina Bay Sands and to Orchard Road. A well appointed hotel with very comfortable rooms and only yards away from lots of the places you will want to go, The famous Raffles hotel next door chimes across the street, Clarkes quay is a short walk and plenty of shopping nearby in the Raffles City mall
